They were quick and responsive. They also kept me updated through the process of fixing my vehicle. I had collision damage to the front and undercarriage of my car as well as my wheels/rims and rear bumper was damaged. They were fast at submitting my estimate to insurance and were fast to fix it, during holiday season, about a month. I highly recommend them.

CarStar were always responsive to my inquires about my vehicle. They had it a month, but it had extensive damage after I was hit by a vehicle that spun out on wet streets. As far as I can tell the workmanship is really good. I do need to get back with them. About an hour after leaving their shop I had a maintenance message appear. They guarantee their work. They were all very professional. I appreciate what they did for my vehicle.

The staff at Carstar Superior were great. They expired my claim in a timely manner. The repair was exceptional and I will definitely use them in the future if I have any problems with my vehicles. I strongly recommend them. Thank you.

I arrived at CARSTAR and was greeted with a warm welcome from Lawrence. It felt like I was with family and friends. I never met Lawrence before but his demeanor and personality was just very calming and trusting. I knew I was in the right place and in the right care with my Vehicle. Lawrence kept me posted on the progress of my repair. Everything was handled professionally and timely. I would recommend CARSTAR SUPERIOR to everyone and anyone I come in contact with. This was a tough time for me and I was greeted by such great people. Salma at the front is such a beautiful person, and made my daughter and I feel comfortable. Lawrence was very professional and really took care of us like family. Would definitely recommend!

They did the best job on my car, and I loved how they updated me on everything especially if they were running behind schedule they called immediately. Definitely recommend and will be going back

The overall performance was outstanding except for one part of the trunk between the racing stripes on the spoiler you can see the old spoiler stripes the only thing I didn't agree with.

They were professional and communicative. Serious delays were not their fault, but a supply issue. A little more timely communication in those cases would have been good, but the work was very good and thorough.
