Thank you for taking such good care of my car!!! They did a wonderful job and made sure my car was fixed before giving it back to me. It looked some what brand new. They kept me informed and they were very patient with me when I called to check on it. Thank you for everything :)

My car is a rare Hurst Edition SRT-8 Challenger that had been side swiped. I got sick to my stomach when I saw all the damage, but CarStar took my car in. Replaced the door, rear quarter panel and stripe kit as well as perfectly matched the paint so well, you cannot tell it was ever damaged.

So happy with my experience with these guys! Very professional! I love that they kept me updated via text. I never had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. And above all they returned my rental car for me. They even fit in other cosmetic work I needed done. Their prices are so reasonable I could not find another company that could even compare. Very impressed with the quality of their work. Grateful I was referred to them. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was excellent!! My vehicle was towed to the CARSTAR location and I received a call when it arrived. Michelle walked me through the process and I appreciated the text updates. They handled all the paperwork for me during the time my vehicle was being repaired. I highly recommend Car Star superior. Julian, Michelle, and the crew at CSS were communicative, gave me regular updates, and made sure to do a thorough quality check of the repairs. Julian was adamant that all repairs to the steering & alignment were done properly until it felt safe to drive. All the staff were very friendly and patient with the questions I had about my car repair. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle to Car Star Superior, they'll take care of you. A+++ service!

After having a phenomenal experience with CARSTAR (CS) Superior Collision 90W, I called the CS Superior Collision Broadway location for a repair on my vehicle. They were able to get me an appointment for the day after I called. I met Julian upon entering the store. He explained the procedures and did a thorough walk around the vehicle, and explained the estimated wait time. In total, the repairs were completed sooner than expected. Thank you once again, to Julian and all of the staff/managers at the CS Superior Collision Broadway location!

Took my car in due to an auto accident. She came out looking brand new. . Sadly I have to change my reviews. The outside looks good, but a floor board was removed and not put back. I have been trying to get it replaced since September. I am the only person who is communicating with them as they don't return the calls. I found out on Thursday that they have the part in, but was never informed. The collision manager still hasn't returned my call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Daniel at Carstar was in charge of my KIA Soul after someone broke into it & stole it. He kept me updated weekly by text messages on the progress of the repairs, paint & body. I recommend CarStar on Broadway.

Recently I was involved in a fender bender, took my infinity to superior and with the help of Lawrence, everything went smoothly. He had the car rental place pick me up from there. Words cannot describe how good this place is. Their integrity and work ethic shows from communication to the final delivery. None of my car buddies can tell where it was repaired and painted which is just how it should be. Not a single noise after almost all of the suspension was replaced. The panel gaps look exactly like it came from the factory. If you call your car your baby, named it, bought the hot wheels toy.. This is the place to go. I was already car shopping weeks before it was ready. The cliche of it never being right again. This place is a super rare gem and is leagues above your volume shops. Thank you Tony for not only reassuring me there are still shops out there that take pride in their work but feeling good about not having to sell my girl. I live in Houston and had my doubts about leaving my truck in San Antonio for the repairs while I went back to Houston. But they were really nice and made me feel at ease. It was a wonderful experience to a terrible situation! Michelle was the best, and went above and beyond. She kept me updated on the progress, sent me pictures and she even met me there to give me my truck on her day off!!

Speedy service. Catalytic converter replaced within 24 hours. Maria in the front desk was super helpful and Julian our service advisor was great! Highly recommend this place. Despite extreme weather conditions and icy roads they came in to get the job done because they were mindful of us being from out of town.

I took my truck in for body work Feb 1st. This was my 1st time ever having to go through this process. Everyone at Carstar was extremely helpful and professional. The team did a great job. My estimate to get my truck back was about 3weeks, it ended up only taking them 2weeks to get the work done. I noticed there was part of my truck that wasn't fixed and right away they took care of it and had done by the end of the day. Michelle Aguilera kept me up to date every step of the way and made the entire process very smooth. She even returned the rental car for me! I would highly recommend this company for any auto work! Lack of communication aside from off-timed text messages made it very difficult to know the actual progress of my vehicle. After rushing from Austin to San Antonio to pick up my car that i was told was ready, I was informed as I was walking inside (only received one call and no text messages it was my fault for missing the call but no follow up message was sent or voicemail) that my car was actually not ready and I would have to come back later.I work full time in austin, and I don t have time to waste three hours going to a different city when they could have reached out prior (the first phone call from them to me was today at 11:30 AM when she told me to get there early because they open at 8 am; I left austin at 10:30 am because i was told that my rental needed to be dropped off immediately so they could avoid being charged).I was told my car was in the front waiting for me yesterday, and since I couldn t pick it up and was traveling from out of state then, I m assuming the light came on after it was moved the second time, but when I arrived it was moved to the back (this has nothing to do with my initial complaint, just recounting my steps).That also raises the concern that my car wasn t fully ready and they were trying to just get rid of it, but contrarily were very quick to remind me that I would have to pay them $500, regardless of the status of my car. I m only upset and infuriated at the waste of my time and the lack of important communication that I have experienced thus far. With only text messages as reminders and constant back and forth on the status of the progressions, it has been very confusing and not a pleasant experience for me.
