They do exceptional work here, with exceptional customer service, while the location may be a little bit out-of-the-way, you won t experience that much traffic getting into or getting from it, also very convenient that they work with the local enterprise that you can just pick up and drop off your car at the repair site.The personnel are extremely polite and are willing to go extra length just to make sure that you have a good day and a good experience highly recommend recommend this location 10 out of 10

Car was returned on a flat tire with a detail done on interior which was haphazard. Bulbs on lights were not replaced until requested upon delivery. Painters tape found throughout vehicle. Poor panel fitment and even worse glass fitment on rear deck. Trunk handle was returned with broken pins hanging off my vehicle by the wires. Not to mention the battery terminals were poorly tightened leaving the battery dead and me stranded upon picking the vehicle up. Need better quality control as the finished product was far from finished. Absolutely unacceptable service not to mention the delays that had the rental company breathing down my neck to pay out of pocket for the extended time the rental was needed. I recommend anyone else your insurance sends you to.

Got hit and they were able to take me car in the same day! The team at CARSTAR fixed my car in less time than quoted and it looks better than before! Super impressed with their communication, speed, & work throughout the whole process. Will definitely be recommending!

From the moment I called them to the moment of getting my vehicle returned to me I can absolutely say that I was glad I took my vehicle in to get repaired. They have three different locations and informed me they can move my vehicle to a closer location. They keep you informed on your vehicle progress. The quality of work they did on my Jeep was amazing. The only thing I wish they had was the equipment to do interior cleaning. I highly recommend to take your vehicle yo Superior Collision.

Marcos and the crew at Carstar did a great job of taking care of me. There were some issues with parts and they were very communicative about the whole thing and resolved it quickly and well. Excellent customer service.

This place was amazing! I ve called couple other body shops around prior to coming to this Carstar location and people were rude on the phone and said they don t have anything available for 3-4 weeks, but this place is by far THE BEST place from very friendly lady on the phone to the very honest adjuster. They were able to get me in the same day for estimate. When I had trouble finding the place, the lady on the phone was very nice and explained exactly how to get there (as they are little bit away from 90w) The service writer Marcos was very professional, gave his honest opinion and they were able to fix my car the same day. It s definitely the best service I ve ever had with body shops. So friendly and honest people. Highly recommend this place, you will not regret!

We had our car towed next door not knowing the neighboring shop had closed and had a few complications. The staff at Carstar were so kind and helpful, even when the issue had nothing to do with their business. Wish we lived closer, we would definitely have made them our go to shop for body work, based on their professionalism, kindness, and overall great morals. Definitely recommend bringing your car in to this great shop!!

The biggest waste of time. I bring my truck to with an estimate from the adjuster. They tell me give them 24-48 hours to schedule a time to bring it back in since it is a box truck because they want to have the parts on hand first. No issue with that. More than a week goes by with no response so I call and they say they cannot find one part and asked if I can help look for it. So I find the manufacturer and send them the number (which was on the estimate i gave them). Another week goes by no response. I call back and the rep says he found the part but its only sold in pairs and insurance was being difficult. Again at this point it's twice they did not respond at all to let me know the status of the truck. I call the adjuster and he said if its sold in pairs they insurance will cover the pair and install both and the adjuster reached out to the shop directly. I call the shop to verify the part is now on order and the rep says we don't feel comfortable purchasing the part. This is three times the shop failed to let me know if the part was on order or that they could not complete the work. If the part was hard to find that's fair THEN LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW!!! But then I call them and the part is found the next excuse was insurance wouldn't cover it, THEN LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW!!! Then i have insurance call them and let them know not only is it covered but they will cover bot sides since they have to match and still they failed to.... you guessed it THEN LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW!!!My wife and I operate a small veteran owned business. It's literally just her, me and my kids and sister in-law. This truck makes it possible for us to continue to grow with our small "staff". As a business owner client engagement is paramount to our success. It's sad to not get the same treatment in return. All I wanted was communication. If you can't find the part that's ok, but to call call EVERY STEP OF THE WAY is unacceptable.Service: Body & Trim

I 100% recommend this place. They do their job correctly and they re very kind and nice people. I had to drop off my car here, but I did not have a ride home and they were nice enough to give me a ride. They also kept me up-to-date with what they were doing to my car, and how long it was going to take until it s ready.

After a rough experience with a different body shop, CarStar provided my estimate and completed the work within a few days time. Someone was always in contact with me during the process too and answered all of my questions without seeming bothered. I ve recommended this location to anyone who s asked because of the work and the customer service.

From start to end business communication was superb. The receptionist & Marcos are very professional and sound. I'm Jubilant with this spotless reconstruction of my F -150! After my vehicle was stolen and recovered, I had a difficult time finding a collision center willing to accept my car. CARSTAR was phenomenal from my first communication with them to arranging delivery of the car, all the way to the day I picked it up. Thank you to Marcos and all the staff/management who were very professional and every interaction we had. They also provided status updates via text weekly, which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Carstar wS so profesdional a.d willing to work with an insurance that noone else would in town. We were hit while parked, with significant damage, and the other party insurance was not one that is common and had no contracted repair shops. After several calls Carstar was the only one that was willing to give it a try. They were personal, friendly, quick and did an excellent job.

After getting in a wreck, I took my car here based on the reviews I read. I am really glad I did! Everyone at Superior Collision is extremely friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my car; it looks like I never even got in a wreck. When I was supposed to pick my car up, my boyfriend got tied up at work and couldn't take me. I called to ask if I could pick it up the next morning, and they said they would just drop it off at my house. Amazing customer service. Very thankful I chose Superior Collision.Service: Body & Trim
