Worked with Carlisle to get my A/C fixed on my 2019 Miata. Had a few issues troubleshooting the root cause, but eventually it was found and fixed.Just in time for the Texas heat wave.Big thanks to the shop. Cheaper than the dealer by quite a bit. Great updates and explanations of repairs.

Absolutely amazing service!!! They repaired my brand new 2024 sierra hd. The high side hvac line had a pinhole leak, dealership said it would be 5 month for the part to come in, they repaired the line in 5 hours.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

The cashier lady is extremely rude. From the first day of arriving and asking her where I could park, she was rude. Then I found a leak on one of the ports to recharge the AC and explained to her how I found the leak. she wanted to charge me for a diagnosis and that it was the only way they could fix my ac. I again tried to explain that I found it leaking after it stop blowing cold air. I even told her it sounded to me like they were trying to poke my eyes out and spend more money.....she stated we are no longer gonna service your car here so come pick up your vehicle. When I got back the technician came up to me and I talked to some older man with tattoos, he seemed to be the owner or manager. I explained what I saw under the hood and was able to show the technician and it turned out to be the valve stem on the low side leaking. He and the older gentleman were happy to help me and recharge my system and replace the valve stem and got me back on the road. If it wasn't for that cashier lady I'd give this place 5 stars!!!Service: Auto A/C recharge

First time bringing my vehicle here was recommended by family. Not disappointed at all. Honest and to the point when it came to the work my vehicle needed done. There is a service charge to get your vehicle checked but worth paying excellent customer service skills. I'd definitely recommend this place to any family and friends

Had no problem with the service I received. Everyone was courteous and helpful, and the work done on my car was excellent. My 2010 Honda Civic cools like new now. I ordered and paid for a part that was supposed to be ready for pickup the next day. Two days later, I was told that it would still be another 1-2 days. The parts staff went out of their way to get my part that day before the end of the day. That is what I call customer service. I will definitely continue to do business with Carlisle in the future.

First off I highly recommend this specific location and give them five stars. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I want to specifically recognize Victoria and Zack, Victoria greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door and was very nice in explaining the process for my vehicle. I also want to recognize Zack, he was able to diagnose my vehicle within 10 minutes and it was an easy fix. It s employees and establishments like this location that have me coming back since 1999. Once again I highly recommend this specific location for its five star service.Service: A/C installation & repair

Thank you to Carlisle Air Automotive. It was a great experience. My A/C went out, and I had a blend door that was broken. I dropped my car off on Thursday afternoon, so they could get started Friday morning asap. I was told the part had to be ordered and probably won't be ready until Monday, which was fine, I had made other arrangements already to get back over there. To my surprise I was called around 4:30 Friday afternoon telling me it was ready and I can pick up by 6.Luckily I was in the car already, so my husband rushed over and we picked it up. I am so happy it wasn't anything more than a broken blend door and A/C recharge. I even asked if anything else needed to be done, like change the spark plugs or something, because I inherited my Jeep from my dad. They said no, not right now. The service was quickly done, and honesty in all aspects, nothing hidden or deceptive, and fairly priced. Carlisle was recommended by my cousin who is a mechanic and takes his cars there.Thank you from me and my daughter, who I have been picking up in a hot car from school. She is so, so happy because she loves to ride in my Jeep, now we can ride in a nice air conditioned car!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto maintenance

Took a while to get my truck in to them, but it is the middle of summer. That said, once in the bay I had it back in 2 days which I thought was great. Would have no issues going back. Very reasonable.

I am satisfied with the repair, it was a little high on price, but I understand that the job was difficult. Bottom line is you get what you pay for and the warranty helps. I have full trust in Carlisle, they have been in business for a long time for a reason. That is why I didn't take my business somewhere else. Employees Erik and Vanessa were very helpful in my process of purchasing my air conditioner parts Erik came out and looked under my hood to make sure they we re ordering the right compressor for my truck thanks for going the extra mile. Vanessa was the employee taking my order she was so nice and professional in helping me getting everything ordered I thank you for that . I would like to recognize these employees for there job they are doing here at Carlisle Air on New Laredo , I will definitely pass the word on to other family and friends that can use there services.
