Disappointed on whole experience , went in because my car was overheating next thing you know I spoke to the front desk clerk and she very rudely told me that my car needed a new motor , also radiator fan was not working properly and I had allot of electrical issues then she stated you need come and get car that it was going to cost me about 10k to get it fixed surprised. With the diagnostic check , So I got my car towed from Car Fix to Blackmon s garage for a second opinion and I was glad I took it there because the only issue was the water pump and WOW I went from needing a motor to just a water pump , by the way I have been driving the car already and it runs great . I do not recommend Car Fix to anyone . Lesson learned get a second opinion!

Car fix is my Neighbor auto shop and they do a really good job at taking care of us and giving us great prices. Really efficient and really thorough with letting you know what's wrong with your car I really appreciate these guys here thanks again

Disappointed on your dishonesty do you even test drive cars before giving a quote to someone I was quoted a high cost repair ,come to find out it was no where near that .Good thing for second opinions .Too bad for you for the not gaining a potential customer..I feel bad for all the customers you rip off.Shame on you .

I came here to get my starter replaced .I was charged $589. Price is about average. A little higher than I expected, but they got the work done fast. It was ready same day. Labor cost $100/HR . The lady at front desk is nice and informative and I like that they allow you 5 days to pay them before they start charging a storage fee. I didn't have the full amount to pay them right away , so that policy worked in my favor. I would probably come here again.

I can't say enough about this business. Great service!!! I have been coming to this shop for several years because they care about their customers. I was originally referred to this location several years ago and I was told that if you want the best place to get your vehicle serviced this would be the place.and he was right.....Fair prices...Great service....I have been through several mechanics and Car Fix has exceeded my expectations thats why I come back.They have worked on all of my cars:-Volvo Xc60....sensors..brakes.. calibers...etc-Jeep wrangler. Complete engine replacement...transmission...shocks....AC...Transfer case...and so much more....I decided to fix my old 99 jeep wrangler and give it to my daughter...Carfix made it happen.-Chevy Traverse....Brakes....struts...cv joints.. Mary is always informative and keeps me updated with any issues going on with my vehicle. I have been using Car Fix INC for over 4 years and would recommend anyone and everyone to trust them with their vehicle. Reasonable prices for all issues and work is completed within a great time frame. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle except Car Fix.

Amazing shop. And lifesavers.I had exhaust done at another shop and as I was exiting the clamp popped off. They saw me right away and found that the clamps were incorrectly installed.Highly recommend. They saved me the time and hassle and were super friendly!

I was impressed with customer service. I stopped by in the late afternoon. Mary, the manager, asked me to come back in the morning and she would have it looked at. I live very close so Mary even gave me a ride home. Even though she said it would be next day when they had it ready they actually had it ready same day. Mary checked in the next day too. Highly recommended. They have been in business about 20 yrs and at this location 7 yrs. For an auto repair shop it was the cleanest and most organized I ever saw. They have a nice customer waiting room with tv and view of the shop.

I ve used car fix for many years now even before they opened up their shop. Mary and Manuel provide exceptional customer service and their work is top notch. They have worked on all our cars included our two classic cars that I won t allow anyone but Manuel to touch because I know his quality of work is the best. Prices are very competitive but it s the work, the care that they take of their customers and that fact that they are great people that have had us staying with them for over 25 years. This review was MY experience. I have a right to post what happened. We were referred to Manuel by a very close friend and thought we were in good hands. But it was a terrible experience, we over paid for having our truck serviced here and I think anyone would agree considering the truck wasn't in the appropriate conditions. It still trembled and we had to take it to the dealership because it wasn't working properly. We had terrible customer service because there was miscommunication on their part but that was nothing to what just happened. We received a phone call about our review! My husband was confronted about this review that I posted, He was told that as a pastor how could he lie and post this, he didn't post it I did, then they hung up on him.This is my view point and it was my experience with this garage. I wish I could give it a 5 star review but it wasn't the case.

My car broke down last week next door to Car fix, they came over there and moved my car to their shop. They went out of their way and helped me out more than I could have ever asked. They got my car fixed in a timely manner and did an amazing job. These are the most friendly and amazing people I ve ever done business with. I d highly recommend them!

We went for an oil change & they were nice to take us at 5:05 pm and they close at 6 pm. We got out at 6:15pm Thank you so much for working this late for us...its too soon to tell on our Van & how well it will performed. But, so far so good. Thank you so much we were so concerned for my Van..

Took my truck in for a list of things. They went to get the part I needed and made the repairs the same day. Also told them my brakes felt a little loose and they said the pads were good and just dirty. So they didn't take advantage of me and try to make more money by telling me I needed new ones. Great service, quick turn around and no BS. AND I paid way less than I was expecting to.

I stopped in where on a whim. Truck had been leaking oil for quite some time. They check it out and told me exactly what was going on with it. Mary was very professional and helpful. They were fair on price and had everything completed when they said it would be. Highly recommend Car Fix!

People may have been nice however I brought my car to them to fix an oil leak the work was quick but I noticed the next day it was leaking again. They told me to bring it back and after he looked at it he told me if I can find the leak he would fix it. I thought that s what I paid him to do as part of the diagnosis charge. Well my car has never stopped leaking so basically I paid these people over $300 for absolutely nothing

I've been taking my car and truck to Manuel since before he moved to his current location. If you want a knowledgeable mechanic that you can trust, this is the place. Manuel always makes me aware of the pros and cons of using original parts versus rebuilt and then the choice is mine to make. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Dodge Diesel truck and Manuel works on both of them. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Manuel or his wife, Mary. I see one bad review on here and THAT SURPRISES ME. I don't know what happened, but as for me, I won't take my vehicles to anyone else for repairs.

I took my 07 Nitro to them to replace shocks, headlights, and regular maintenance. Great front desk service and head mechanic takes pride in his work and aims to please. They also installed a bull guard on my Ram truck. They will give you a quote and you decide if you want the work done-no pressure. Also, they are trustworthy and don't talk down to you.

My car was bogging out so I took it there and they told me I needed a carburator so they charged me 500 dollars. After fixing it the next day it started doing the same thing so I took it back and they said I needed a tune up and would charge 250. So I took it to a family friend mechanic and he said it was bogging out cause I needed a fuel filter and that's why it was getting clogged. It turned out that I had Rust in my gas tank so It was clogging my fuel filter This place is not good for anybody to take there car there. They scam people so if you take your car there get ready to dish out alot of money for something you don't need. All these people posting good comments about this place are probably related to the owners. Don't trust this place

I needed a estimate on my power steering going out.. I'm disabled and I have a fixed income and they wanted a hundred dollars just to look at my car. What if I couldn't effort them I would pay for nothing..not good business. I live two streets away...

not hybrid specialists. couldn't diagnose problem but also did not charge for diagnostic, which seems honest and fair to me.

Came from out of town with A/C blowing hot air. Great customer service. Was in and out. Highly recommend this place. Left with nice cool air to continue the road trip.
