Outstanding service and real attention to detail. A minor problem was solved immediately and with professionalism. Anthony Hernandez kept us informed regularly and updated the insurance company. I'm excited about the lifetime warranty because we'll be keeping this car for MANY years.

It was a great experience! We were definitely in great hands with Tony & his staff. This was my first time being rear ended in my new car :(. I was extremely nervous & devastated to take it in since it was new! (March- 2023 Elantra) However, it needed to be fixed. Lets just say, my car was ready for pick up in less than a week! That Saturday we drove home to visit my parents. My father was very impressed with Tony's work. He couldn't tell where it was hit. As an educator and my husband a city employee we talk to alot of people daily. We will definitely recommend and return to Tony and his staff. From day 1 we were taken care of and my car looks just like it did when I took it off the car lot. His receptionist & manager were also extremely helpful, friendly, and as dedicated as Tony. Thank you for making sure my new car was at 110 %....

Five stars for this Caliber Collision Center location at Broadway. The reason for my five stars and also for my five star comment is this. Powerful home driven personality within the company manager and employees. In my other way of saying is that I felt comfortable to trust them. By Caliber contacting me consistently and was done the date that was given. The time was not lengthy and the details of what needed to be fixed was precisely finished the first time given. I am more than pleased. I really hope this company continues to strive among the eagles. This is the 2nd time you gone and put peace back within. I couldn't asked for a better collision center than Caliber Collision. Fantastic work Caliber Collision at Broadway of San Antonio, TX.

Had a minor bumper bender from behind and was connected with Caliber through USAA which is a preferred partner with Caliber. Tony S was my manager and he and his team did an outstanding job from beginning to end. I was kept in the loop from beginning to end and was very satisfied with the process to get back to the rhythm of my life.

I had a great experience here. The whole process from start to finish was great. Antonio was very friendly, very professional, and communication was excellent. My car was ready a week before expected so that was definitely a plus in my book. Hopefully I won't have any more accidents, but I definitely would recommend this location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Tony did an excellent job keeping me up to date with the repairs of my truck. We had a slight hiccup but Caliber kept the truck a little longer and made it right! I am very pleased with the work that was done! Overall a great job!

I had gotten into an accident and decided to take my car to this location. The service was friendly and highly efficient. My service advisor (Antonio) called me with updates as they came and he was easy to get a hold of when I had questions. The rest of the employees had great customer service, 10/10 recommend. Was in a car accident with damage to passenger wheel well fender. When I left my car I was told they would call with time frame on repair. Never received that call. Trip information for while my car was in for repair indicated every time they drove my car, they drove it at high acceleration speeds with harsh corner turns and hard braking. This company should know that car technolgy records trip information. My car was not there for a joy ride.

Had my car in for minor door issues from a friend backing into in the driveway. Anthony me service coordinator was great! I was never promised anything but I feel that was a great thing. I got my car back looking good as new! I am very pleased and would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to have your truck or car worked on in San Antonio, Texas! If you need automotive or body work done I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I ve unfortunately had my car stolen two times in the span of 60 days, and both times I ve had my car repaired at this Caliber Collision. Their service is quick, they communicated with me the whole time throughout the repair process, and they even gave me a ride after I had my car dropped off. Big shout out especially to Tony for making sure I m being taken care of. Everyone was very professional and friendly, the work on my car was excellent.UPDATE:Sorry, I had to change this review because, I ended up back to the shop two more times for them to fixed the work that the had done and what started in April 2023 was finally corrected by the beginning of August 2023.This shop ended changing the manager of the shop and he was the most rude, disrespectful and unapologetic man that I have encounter, apart of unprofessional individual that I have ever dealt with.I will never ever bring or recommend absolutely not, this shop to anyone to take their car to Caliber in general.I did reach out to corporate to report the incident with the new manager and not one person call me back, I was not able to speak directly with anyone only to leave messages.This man should not be dealing with customers at all specially with females and I don't know who did him wrong but, definitely he has no respect for clients specially woman.Shame on the whole company.it had taken me this long to come to peace with what happen at this shop.

This is the first time I went to this caliber location, I usually go to the one on Culebra due to it being the closest. I decided to give this shop a try mainly because it is close to my work and when I called I was told by a gentleman named Chris that he could get me in immediately. I showed up about 30 min later and was very impressed to see him waiting at the front for my arrival. He proceeded to tell me the process that I should expect and walked me outside to introduce me to Julian, at this point Julian started marking all the damage on my vehicle and took pictures. Julian asked me if there was any sensors not working and I informed him of the ones that were not. After that was done we went back inside and I was told my rental was already on its way to the shop for me, a few minutes later my rental was there. After I dropped my car off I was called throughout the whole process and informed of where were we at in the process. The shop did not take long to get the work done, I dropped my car off on Monday and I picked it up today on Thursday. When I came to pick up my car it was waiting outside clean and ready to go. I went inside and both Chris and Julian were in the front to greet me, Julian proceeded to go over the paperwork with me, take my payment for my deductible and then walked me out to look over the vehicle. Everything look amazing, basically brand new! I am very impressed with this shop and the staff that is there as well. Caliber collision never fails to impress. Thank you so much Chris and Julian for your awesome customer service and great attitudes, caliber has some good assets working there for sure.

Worst customer service. I was told my vehicle was ready when it was not. When I informed them that I had been waiting for almost 2 hours i was informed that i might have to drive back the next day. Then i was told that my truck was being clean. When truck was finally delivered it hadn't been cleaned nor washed they had just sprayed water on it. To top off the manager followed me out and somewhat apologized and informed me that if I give them a great review bring them a copy I would then get a free car wash.
