I want to give a major shout out to Susan Varney and the crew at the 1802 W Loop 1604 S location. I had an unfortunate tire blow-out on my truck yesterday and they graciously took care of it for me. Got the damaged tire off and mounted my spare so that I could make it to the dealership. I offered to cover the cost of labor but she wouldn't hear of it. I've had other vehicles repaired through Caliber and this kind gesture is just another reason why they are my go to for repairs. You guys rock!!!

Karinna Martinez is extremely personable and provides exceptional customer service with a smile! I am very pleased with Caliber Collision. If you have the unfortunate luck of needing auto collision repair, this is definitely the place and location to use!

Came here for a small bumper collision work.. truck looks like new!!They do an awesome job!! Great Communication on updates on my vehicle status!! Service Advisor Karinna M. Does an Amazing job! Can't thank her enough for getting my vehicle back to me quickly even right after going through the holidays n staying late so that I can pick up my truck.Definitely ask for her when coming here.Thanks to you n the staff!Good people..

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable with speaking to anyone. The front office women was very kind and helpful.Richard was the one that took care of my vehicle from start to finish. He stayed in contact the entire process and even completed the job sooner than expected.For sure I recommend!

I don t usually leave reviews unless business has been remarkably bad or remarkably good well Karrina Martinez and the good folks at Caliber Collision (SATX) are TOP TIER!! Not only did they provide up to the hour text messages as my vehicle was being repaired but they stood firm on the customer satisfaction guarantee by answering all my questions and even taking my vehicle back to re-look at some malfunctions sensors on my request and remedied all my concerns ALL BEFORE the estimated completion date. Above that they returned my vehicle cleaner to me than I gave it to them topped off for my inconvenience of having to bring it back. Nothing about this business was inconvenient, they boast quality customer service and practice it too! Don't waste your time anywhere else! This is your only stop!

They did great, the intake process was very good, we got the estimate within a day and work began immediately. They pulled out all the stops to get the parts and did an excellent job giving us back a very clean car.

I had to take my vehicle here for accident repair and Ms Angelina was my rep!! She kept me informed of very step of the way and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. We had a great experience here. Everyone was so polite and considerate. They actually said our car only needed a slight adjustment, which they did for free. They handled canceling my insurance claim and rental car. I still can't hardly believe some folks were this good and honest. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped us. He needs a bonus!!!!

Richard D and Patty J are Amazing!!! This is my first visit and would recommend any one to visit this location. Both Richard and Patty are professional and explained the process in detail. Got my car fix there and when I pick it up the vehicle was dirty inside and they lost one of my wiper snipet that direct water at windshield. Also alignment was done and now my steering wheel is stiff and hard when turning. Also steering wheel vibrates at high speed. The alignment was finally corrected and vibration of wheel was out of balance wheel. Thank Susan for correcting my problems. Nozzle of wiper was replaced.

I have to say, I went to Caliber, not knowing if what experience I would get. Jeremiah and Richard were phenomenal. If I had a question, they were both patient with me and never once made me feel like a nuisance. They stayed in contact with me and gave me updates on the progress of my vehicle. I highly recommend this Caliber location and if you happen to have Jeremiah or Richard as a point of contact, you will be in good hands. Dropped off my vehicle and it was ready within 7 days. It looked good as new, too. The service rep assigned to me, Eric, was friendly, explained everything to me and reached out with updates along the way. I was super satisfied with the service I received.

Update: 3 months later and my center panel falls from the ceiling while i m driving. Third trip to Caliber since dropping my car off in June. Someone with NO mechanic experience could have fixed my car better than this circus Susan runs. Richard how are you even a service manager you couldn t even correct the work your team did. I have had other repair shops take one look at my car and know how bad of work was done. Back to complaining to your regional manager Susan!-1000 stars would be better go to any location but this one they have no clue what is going on ever. Susan the manager has to be the worst customer service member I have ever seen. After kicking us out of the store, refusing to give me my car and lying about the work they did! They did such a horrible job and charged insurance 10k and all the work they did started falling off immediately. Since Susan couldn t help anyone if she even tried i reached out to the the regional manager (after my service advisor Richard) said not too because they knew they were in the wrong. 2 months later and my car is ALMOST fixed. The only thing I will say is the regional manager is great and Chris Castillo at the Culebra location is 10x better then these people. Richard also said my skid plate was on my car i knew it wasn t and my service advisor/ mechanic fiance knew it wasn t there as well. well guess what?! Culebra Caliber confirmed I was right this location lost my skid plate and Chris at Culebra did the right thing went to the dealership purchased it and replaced it same day. So not sure what Richard saw under my car????? Oh Susan said she could fix my car in a day we ll took over 2 months for anyone to even touch my car. I would say if you use caliber use Culebra and ask for Chris. Susan, Angie and Richard have no clue what they re talking about and lie through their teeth. Funny thing is they knew my fianc� works with cars everyday and every time he told them they did something wrong they got mad at him and They kicked my fianc� out of the building because he picked up on their lies and knew the work done was horrible. This team is clueless.Susan is the rudest person ever she didn t even thank us and when we said we would write a bad survey she said she didn t care. If Caliber management cares about their stores FIRE SUSAN. AVOID or you ll deal with issues for months to come.
