Go see Ruben! The customer service and attention to detail they paid were very much appreciated. The constant text/app updates, they worked with our insurance and coordinated with our rental car as well! It was just such a great experience during such a stressful time! Caliber Collision and Ruben were awesome go see them!

I regret coming here, every time I look at my car I can't help but notice how the repainted area is a noticeably different color. When I pointed this out, they insisted only I was seeing it, and that the only difference would be texture, given their painting equipment could not compare to that of the manufacturer. I give 2 stars instead of 1, because despite the multiple times coming back to fix remaining functional issues that resulted from the accident, with them consistently believing initially that these issues don't actually exist, they did eventually fix these. I could not give more stars, as I had a large cooler bag as well as a large umbrella taken from my car while it was being worked on (they assured me it should be fine to leave these in my car, then posted the signs to not leave personal belongings behind after this). They did attempt to make right by this incident, and asked for the link to the cooler bag so it could be reordered, but ordered the completely wrong bag and told me that was as good as I could hope for, they were square with me now. Ultimately, I left this experience feeling pretty resigned about the whole thing. If my paint was not such a lasting thing that I would notice every time I walk up to my car, I don't think there would be as many negative feelings left about their service.

Caliber Collision is top notch, from customer service to the actual repairs. I was very impressed with Morgan. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt throughout the process. They returned my vehicle to me looking like new. You can tell they really care. Caliber Collision is an integral part of the success of USAA.

Outstanding service. Caliber worked with our insurance and car rental to take care of everything behind the scenes. It was the easiest process I have ever had in dealing with multiple businesses to get a final product. Caliber's work was stellar and my car repairs turned out perfect. Their communication was excellent. They kept us informed and gave regular updates, while answering all of our questions and concerns. I highly recommend their product, service, support.

Nothing lined upThere were HUGE gapsMy hood still looked like it was open even though it was closedWhere the front bumper and my headlights meet, part of the bumper was popped out and over my driver side headlight. My husband had to physically pop it in. Even then that area of the front bumper looked warped or buckled.They did not return my license plate to me nor did they provide a way for me to attach a license plate to my front bumper.Where my driver side corner panel and roof meet, in between the window and windshield, that piece was popped out and when pressed would not go back into place.

Had a great experience at this Caliber. This was my second time taking my vehicle here and haven't had any issues. Dariela (Dotty) went the extra mile and was able to fix something that wasn't apart of the accident, and that meant the world to me. they did great work overall and got me my vehicle in a timely manner despite there current workload. They even offered delivery service to my place of employment so i can drive right off. Overall, every happy with my experience here and would recommend to anyone. upside for me is that they are less than a mile from me.

The customer service was great, my advisor, Tre was spectacular.They fixed the bumper that I went in for, but left with a large crack, from top to bottom, in my windshield that occurred while my vehicle was in their care. They said it was the heat. They offered me a discount to get it fixed, but, for real, now I gotta pay extra for something that was not even my fault.... not happy with this at all.Thanks for getting back to me. I have contacted the location, immediately as I was driving off and noticed the crack. I turned right back around and spoke to them. They said that it was the heat that caused the crack to go from end to end. They said I still have to pay for another windshield. I wasn't needing another windshield when I took my vehicle in for repair. I don't feel the need to pay for another windshield when I wasn't needing one until I got my vehicle back.The number that was given in the response was a shop number, to the very location that my vehicle was at...just for me to speak to the very person that said that I need to pay $200 plus dollars for another windshield.... no resolution as of yet

I had my SUV in for repairs with Caliber after I was hit from behind. Poe regularly updated me with the stages of the repair process and was available for questions. Completed the work 1 day early! Would definitely recommend!

Poe and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my truck after a hit and run. Their communication was top notch every step of the way. All of my questions and concerns were cared for in an attentive and efficient manner. I know they re a very busy collision center but I truly felt like the only customer. Start to finish the process to repair was painless and done with professionalism.Tre was on point with communication. He was professional and followed up constantly. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for your automobile needs. The ladies at the front were kind and welcoming and Poe Picasso took care of what was needing to be repaired as well as going over and beyond to take care of what needed to be done. If you are needing repairs, I recommend Caliber Collision. Ask for Poe. He will definitely help you out.

Everyone at this Calliber location was terrific! I'm a repeat customer at this location, so that speaks for itself. Now, Tre was stupendous! He was not only professional, courteous and always communicating about the status of my repair, but he went above and beyond in customer service and making me feel like I was an important customer. I might add that he also gave me the impression that he is not only VERY knowledgeable about his job and the industry, but that he truly enjoys what he does. This is really refreshing!!! Thank you for making a "bad situation" (car accident) a refreshingly pleasant one. So happy.

Ruben was fantastic! Easy to deal with and very friendly. The rest of the staff didn't seem to care. In fact I was told "That's a Ford problem" by someone not even aligned to my specific vehicle. I ignored him and of course Ruben fixed my issue with no other issues. Just wish the rest of the personnel were more professional.. like Ruben.

From dropping off my vehicle for repairs to having them drop off completed I always consistent communication & friendly service. Took a lot less time than I thought to get the repairs done. They handled all the claim. Would definitely recommend this shop for your repairs.

10/10 absolutely recommend bringing your vehicle here if you have any issues or repairs needed! TREY WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! He had promised he d try his hardest to get my vehicle in and out as we only have one vehicle and he kept his word! The repairs looked insanely good. And they even detailed my vehicle! Felt like I just got a new car! Truly amazing working with this team!

My GMC front bumper area was damaged from hitting a small hog in the road. Took to Caliber who worked with my insurance and returned my truck with very satisfactory results. Process was easy going with Caliber Colision and was updated during repairs. Would recommend based on my experience with them.

I was very disappointed in the quality of service to my vehicle. There was huge scratch that wasn t there before I dropped it off to the shop. It looks intentional. I asked the tech what happened but all he said was it was there before the repairs but had no photos to prove it. I know it wasn t there because it s right by the gas cap.Not happy at all.

Great quality service and great customer service. If you ever need anything taken care of, ask for Poe and he will get you right! Couldn t give this particular location more stars but I would if I could!

I came in for a rear bumper repair and Poe was the associate that assisted me. He was amazing! He constantly sent me updates on the repairs and kept me informed throughout the entire process. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, he went above and beyond to make sure the car was better than the day I purchased it. Highly recommend using Caliber Collision and make sure you ask for Poe!!

My service advisor Poe was very professional and kind. He made sure to keep me updated about the status of my vehicle and answered any and all questions I had. Considering the situation I was in he made the process very stress free and was able to accommodate to my hectic schedule.
