The absolute best shop I have had. They kept me informed every step of the way. I got my vehicle back repaired perfectly, clean, and when they said it would be ready. So impressed!!! Trinity was my contact and just delightful and she knows her vehicles well. They are now my go-to shop! Great job everyone!

A delivery driver sideswipe my pick up in my own driveway? My insurance company sent me to caliber collision. Everyone there was very personable and professional. The job was done in a very timely manner and it looked good. I had to go back for one minor adjustment of the tailgate so it would align a little better, it was done cheerfully and quickly. A very good job and was done about $5000 cheaper than my previous estimate.

I can't believe how painless an experience I had here when compared to the actual dealership. This team completed most of the same repairs the dealership did and then some! I was never in the dark on what was going on, and my vehicle was finished far ahead of schedule. What took the dealership months, took two and a half weeks here. I'm still blown away. Fantastic job!

This is the best shop around. Destiny, Trinity and Alexis have been extremely helpful to our family during this difficult time. Our Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross was towed here after a collision, and wound up being a total loss. They made the whole process painless. They kept us up to date on everything, were very understanding and let us come up there after we forgot a few items out of the car, and were extremely professional, genuine, courteous and helpful. Wow Stephanie is the bomb. Great customer service, explains everything just as it should be. She made me feel like family. I also would like to thank the lady at the front desk for being so courteous. Did I mention my car was back less than a week, cleaned n smelling good.. Please let them know the whole team how grateful I am for them.

The Caliber Collision on Foster Rd provided us excellent service and the service updates were excellent as well . They also finished ahead of schedule which was great as we were able to get back on the road for school and work. Thank you David and your team for your outstanding service.

Went in this morning with what felt like heavy questions, a few of which I wasn t proud to admit. Trinity helped me and was totally knowledgeable and friendly throughout. What I needed above all else was someone with expert knowledge to come take a glance at my vehicle and advise me on the best route from there, although I was embarrassed to ask for something like that and didn t really know how. But before I knew it me and Trinity were standing out in the windy cold of a January morning working out my problem, and I never even had to ask. Phew. I feel a lot better. Great customer service, Trinity! You re a rock star!

I wish I got the names of everyone who assisted me...When I dropped my car off, three weeks ago, they told me it might take some time depending on parts and how quickly we can get them ordered. Ok, no problem.They called or text me every other day, checking in and letting me know where the repairs stood. When the rental place called and said my time was up, CC was quick to call and rectify. I never had to jump thru hoops or wonder what was going on-- despite the bumper needing to be ordered THREE times.When I picked up my vehicle, I asked the girl about something completely different from a repair from last year, from a different location. She said hold on, let me take the car to the back and see what the painter says. She came back a few minutes later w the problem rectified. And the car was nice and clean inside.Perfect fix, great communication. I'm a happy gal. I just wish I caught everyone's name so their great service could be applauded.

I cannot recommend this business less, do not take your car here. They have had my van in and out of their shop after a side swipe at least four times every single time I get it back there is new damage and issues. My van was less then a year old and after months of dealing with with this company I ve had to accept the fact they have no idea what they are doing or have an intention of making any of the issues they caused right. I quite literally have parts of the car fall off or come loose all the time. Terrible work and no accountability.

I received excellent customer service from the moment I called to set up an appointment to bring my car in for repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to see me within a week of my phone call. I was immediately welcomed and greeted when I walked in. My advisor explained the process and assured they would keep me updated through the process of repairs. And they did. He did notify me that there could be delays because of shipment or part availability. Which I was expecting. But my car was repaired and ready for pickup within two weeks! Once I went to pick up my car, I was so happy to see my car just like new. They also made returning my rental car super easy. I was able to leave it there and they took care of it. Thank you to the entire caliber team for taking care of me!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience here, even though I had to withdraw my vehicle from being worked on here due to a family emergency, I was treated very well by Stephanie! Highly recomend the shop, I've seen the cars that they've worked on and do a great job. Thank you Stephanie! Will def come back in the near future if my car needs work.

The Service Advisor, Stephanie, always made sure to keep me updated on any repairs that were necessary on our vehicle. Our car was done before the estimated date of our car being ready. I have done business with other calibers in the past years. But I have realized their service all together has gone down. They don't have an on-site mechanic which only makes it more difficult to get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I have to pay my rental due to this. I now know to ask before I take my vehicle if there's an on-site mechanic or mobile mechanic.

My husband had some body work done on his truck at Caliber recently and it was our first experience at this establishment. They kept my husband and I informed of the progress every step of the way. Stephanie was always so friendly and helpful each time I called and remembered me by name. Jose in the body shop was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the work that was done to repair my husband's truck, but the stellar customer service is what we appreciate even more.

My car needed repairs and they did a great job. The car was repaired and was ready a few days ahead of schedule. Excellent work I highly recommend this facility for all body work. Perfect customer service. I didn t have to go to the trouble of returning my car rental caliber collision took care of it for me. Frank was extremely helpful.
