AVOID. This place used to be great, but has recently proven to me to be absolutely unprofessional.I had a sideswipe a repair that took 3 weeks (no biggie). When I arrived to get my completed vehicle, my vehicle door was obviously misaligned, they didn t even attempt to repair body damage where they said they did on their form, and they completed maybe 70% of the work that the insurance had authorized. They literally said oh the insurance changed their mind about replacing your taillight . Then they said your insurance mentioned tgat we can charge you an additional 10% of the repairs directly instead of thru them . Insurance had never heard of anything like that.The tech told me to lie on the survey and give him five stars, and just to reschedule more repairs in three or four weeks. Never got a phone call back from them. Told me to wait 2-3 weeks before washing my vehicle to let the paint cure. I did, and when I washed my car? Water sprays into the cabin from the door they repaired .This is lawsuit level negligence.

Walked in for a quote, and Denise was the receptionist. She asked if I had an appointment. I said no. That was the end of her interest! I asked if it was possible to get a quote and eta of repair. She wanted insurance information first. She also stated that there is no one available to do an estimate of my vehicle. Handed me a card and dismissed me. She said call us when you have the information! I will not be going here or recommend this location due to the rudeness of this person!

I originally placed a one star review here due to some issues that were not resolved. I am very pleased to say that the Caliber team was able to address all of my issues and truly return my truck to it's pristine prewreck condition. My truck was returned to its like new condition (it was only a little over a month old when the accident occured). We had used them before and they were great and while it took a bit longer they showed that greatness again. I just wish there had been adequate time for them to resolve my issues before being required to take their closeout survey i doubt there would have been a negative review at all.

I have no idea how I managed to leave a 5 star review but I take it back. They do good body work, but they are incredibly backed up in their work and are clearly not in need of business. They also do not assess for anything more than body damage, so if you have been in a car accident, I would recommend going somewhere that will assess for structural and mechanical damage and is less busy.

Remains to be seenUpdate will follow once everything is settled.***UPDATE 2-6-24***Bodywork was good, no issues there. HOWEVER, front bumper had to be removed for bodywork. When it was replaced our front sensors no longer worked. When I reported this Caliber refused to take responsibility. After arguing with the rep her manager said they would repair it "as a courtesy ". I doubt he had any intention of taking care of it! I was told for weeks the part "was on back order". Then the rep quit responding to my calls. In the meantime, I went to Gunn Honda , ordered the part, and it came in the next day! I eventually had Gunn repair the sensors at our expense. Never again!!!

Looks as new as when I bought the car. Very good work and customer service with constant updates about the status of my vehicle. Initially I was told the repairs would be completed by December the 9th, however my car was ready for me to pick up on November the 21st only one week after I had took it in to have the damage to my rear bumper and rear tail light repaired.Service: Body & Trim

Peaches was absolutely amazing! She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, never rushed me no matter how many time I called her with questions, even the dumb questions I had. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient!! Highly recommend!!

Would not recommend. Had hail damage repaired here as insurance preferred vendor. Damaged vehicle and did not finish job. Gave them 3 stars for fixing mistake but demonstrated carelessness with my vehicle. Gives me pause with using Caliber again.*Update*Since I ve had my car back now panels on the mirror and a pillar always come loose now and I have to pop them back in place frequently. The rainguard piece they found after I told them it was missing and put back eventually failed and I had to order a new set. I can not recommend them going forward. They are careless with your property.

My car was damaged at a parking lot and through my insurance provider which Caliber is a preferred vendor, I took my car in for the repairs.Being without a vehicle is stressful enough and dealing with employees responsible for the repairs that really don't have empathy for the situation does not help.THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT CALIBER COLLISON EXPRESS.From bringing it in for the cost estimate, waiting for repair completion and final pick up of my vehicle the service was exceptional.Every person that I had contact with was genuinely friendly and always offered to assist me.My service advisor, Victor Rojas, kept me informed of the progress, answered questions I had all with an attitude of caring and assurance. His customer service was exemplary.In addition to the personal interactions with the staff the work done on the car met all of my expectations.I will highly recommend this company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here after getting into a car accident and the process was so fast! They texted me details and updates every time my car was updated in the shop. My car was finished 2 weeks earlier than the expected finished date. My car looked brand new after fixing! Super shiny! They even washed my car and cleaned the entire inside from my center console to every seat. My specialist was super nice and knew what she was talking about! She had much knowledge in cars and was super helpful!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

This location is basically Insurance repairs only. I will say this years ago this place was very good not this location but caliber in general.I had my car worked on right before the big freeze of February 21. They did repair my car but they failed to respond after the freeze on what they were planning to do. Three other places were going to repair the whole piece instead of just the wrecked area. I wanted to see what they were going to do this place was going to be faster. But had I known they weren't going to replace the whole piece I would not have had them do the work.Now fast forward to a couple of weeks ago. My wife had brought in her car after speaking to one of the agents there. As speaking to them they did mention that it was full that they couldn't get her in but they did say if you bring your car we can put it out back for you and will call you when we're ready to do the work. My wife had a rent car set up to meet her at the location. So as instructed by the agent she decided to drive up there. The manager was extremely rude and used a condescending tone to my wife. Pretty much telling her that no, nobody told her that that it was okay to bring her car in. The agent who spoke to her didn't even bother to stand up for her or himself and say it's my mistake I did tell her this. My wife even mentioned why would I waste the time organizing and scheduling the rent car to be brought to me here at the location if I wasn't told to go ahead and do so. After she put the manager on the spot it kind of changed his tune. With not having to want the hassle of finding other places she went ahead and came back a couple days later. I have had bad luck with this place they even didn't finish some things that they said they were on my vehicle. So I'm hoping they do a fantastic job on hers and maybe I can change my rating.But as far as the manager I will not. You don't get to treat your customers like that. Be professional.Acknowledge the mistake and fix it. Or at least have the mannerism to say man I can sit there and get your car in here but I can't guarantee it's safety at this time until you bring it in at the time I have available. I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding. My wife and I are very understanding as long as communication is correct. Remember communication is key to everything.

I d think twice before bringing your vehicle here. I had a damage estimate done and was told I d receive a call back to schedule the repairs. The estimate was sent to my insurance company as well; however, two months passed and I never received a call to schedule the repairs. After discussing with my insurance company, I was told that this collision shop was not appropriately following the required protocols and should have already scheduled the repairs as my insurance company had already approved the estimate. Poor communication from staff all around. Take your vehicle elsewhere unless you want the runaround.
