I'll be honest, based on some of the other reviews, I was expecting some kind of an issue when taking my car in. Well thankfully I was wrong. I can't think of anything that could have been better. They were constantly in communication with me via text, giving me updates on my car's progress. I was expecting be without my car for at least 2-3 weeks. It was done in 9 days. Seriously, everything was top notch. My service advisor was Enrique, and he did a magnificent job. Thank you, Caliber, and extra thanks to Enrique. You guys knocked it out of the park on this one!

Excellent customer service from the guys! After a run in with a deer ended up with my car being totaled, I had to take a couple of trips to get all my belongings out, and the guys there were very kind, patient and helpful! (Jose and another gentleman who I can't remember his name , although I know it starts with a D)

I can't rate their work because my car was totaled out but I can rate the two receptionists who caused undue delays in the resolution of my claim. Mercedes scheduled me on the wrong day which delayed my estimate by a few weeks. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she proved it by recalling the day I had told her I couldn't do it because of a doctors appointment. She actually scheduled me on that day instead of the day we had agreed on. After arguing about that and refusing to honor the agreed upon date, she claimed that I had not assigned the USAA claim to Caliber and that they couldn't proceed until I did. A few minutes of arguing later and she realized she had gotten the claim number wrong. You mean like you got my appointment wrong? There were no apologies. When I finally was able to drop the vehicle off I witnessed her and Skye arguing with another customer over something that was above her pay grade. The customer asked to speak to a manager and they refused until finally someone heard and came from the back and resolved the issue. Finally, it comes time to get paid by the insurance. I had to release the vehicle to be towed to salvage/auction which I did and notified Mercedes to note this and to let my service advisor know. True to form, the message did not get passed on. I received a call that Caliber wouldn't release it so I had to call again. I would not use Caliber again or recommend them to friends based on this experience.My service advisor, Rey, was good and communicated well.

I have had two good experiences with the Caliber Collision at this location but the last one has ensured I will NEVER return. My hummer was totalled after I was told there were two parts that were no longer made. I was hit so I used his insurance (Farmer's) and we were assigned to Carlos. Farmer's gave me tbe option of getting X amount of money and I give them the hummer. The second option was I get a restoration company to fix it and they give me less. I wanted to keep my Hummer but I could not make a decision until the restoration place looked at it. They picked it up only to find the 2 parts that could not be ordered, the fender and the the front grill were missing. My husband called Carlos and asked him why the spare was on the hummer. We had spent $2,500 3 weeks before on new wheels and tires and it was somewhat apart. He told him the spare was on the car because they were going to send the tire out and once totalled they don't put them back together. After the restoration guy told us all the parts were not there, my husband called the manger who told him the parts were in the back of the hummer. He told the manager 3 parts were missing and the manager went to the back to talk to the technician. The manager was told the parts were thrown away. The manager relayed this to my husband who said, "why would u put the cart before the horse and check with the owners". At this point the manager froze and said nothing. My husband told him the restoration guy would be there after work to get the front grill which was the only part they did not thrown away. Now instead of just fixing the parts they are having to scour junk yards in the US for these parts, including one they could order. Who knows how long it will take to find these parts. I have to turn in the rental so how long will I be without a car? NEVER AGAIN NEVER

Friendly staff. Repairs were completed promptly and on time. Bobby Castro handled my service and was professional, courteous and communicated almost daily on all aspects of the repairs. Job well done!

Overall, my vehicle looks as good as it does the day it left the factory. My car took longer than originally quoted due to unforeseen parts shortages as well as my paint having to be re-painted to be up to the company s standards. I appreciated that my advisor Robert S. was straight forward with me and kept me up to date on what was being done on my vehicle. Definitely bring your vehicle here if it needs to be worked on and the friendly staff here will be happy to help.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The worst experience, customer service, automotive service, and service from management! I would not recommend this place unless you WANT to be lied to, have undue delays due to staff, and have general and regional managers who frankly DO NOT CARE! I hope this doesn t speak for all Caliber Collisions .the icing on the cake was being given a car back on fumes of gasoline and it not even being able to make it a mile from the collision center on one of the busiest highways in town! I wish I could have given them ZERO stars! 5 months of my car being there and I had to get Allstate involved for them to kinda complete it after being paid! Stay away from this place of business .. I am warning you! I feel bad for the poor guy from Caliber that risked his life to bring me gas on the crazy highway .

For all my car/ body work, I have always used Caliber Collision for the job; their customer service and work performed always exceeds my expectations. But this particular location went above and beyond the past experiences. Bobby kept me updated throughout the process, worked diligently to get my car back to me in a timely manner, responded immediately to all my texts, communicated in the manner that was convenient for my work, and busted his tail to get my car back to me by end of business day on Friday so I didn't have to suffer a rental for the weekend. Incredibly impressed!!! Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend NOT using caliber. Car was returned missing parts (that were there before service), hood was loose, Steering was improperly repaired and aligned.

Ray was just the best person to give you complete peace of mind. He took care of my vehicle as if it were his own and kept me updated as to the changes needed to be done. He took all my worries away! I had an accident on a Friday morning. I had contacted 2 other caliber collisions trying to find a place for repairs, and was turned away. This shop, immediately got me taken care of, & helped with a rental car all on a Friday afternoon no less. They were also a week ahead of the time frame to complete. Highly recommend!

Do not bring your vehicle to this location. People were friendly but they do not have the man power or equipment to get a collision repair done timely ! They stated when my vehicle was towed in that it would take a month . One month has passed and they have not started on my vehicle . Speaking with the manger offered no clarity . I was told they have two jobs ahead of mine and could give me No prediction as to when my vehicle would be repaired !

They were very customer oriented and provided updates throughout the repair process. Discussed in detail the work to be done and then went over all the repairs completed. The work was excellent and I couldn't tell it was ever damaged. Before and after pictures:

Took our Volvo to get fixed after someone backed into the drivers side. Mike let me know everything they were going to do to the car and kept us updated along the way. He even checked for quality in the repairs and sent it to get redone because it wasn t up to standard. Overall smooth and easy process.

Caliber Collision is an excellent place for car repair. I stopped by because I scraped the side of my car pulling out of my garage. They removed the paint with no other repair and it looks like new. My service advisor was Daniel, He is very friendly and quick to help. He kept in touch with me the entire time. Not only through phone calls but through texts with are very helpful with my busy schedule. Paint and body work came out great, car looks better than new. It's been a few months but I wanted to wait for the perfect time to write this review in regards of my experience with this PARTICULAR location. The first time I came, the experience was wonderful! Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Car looked great! But, the next time i came in due to a wreck (keep in mind i've been hit three times since I moved in San Antonio) will never come back to this city. I got hit on the front right passenger side and the impact caused it to make it impossible to open my passenger door without squeezing in. Of course, the person that hit me had USAA insurance and was told that caliber collision would fix the issues of my car. It took approximately, 2-3 weeks of getting my car fixed, had a rental through ENTERPRISE at the time while they were fixing my car. Got a notification telling me that my car was finished and ready for pickup. look at my car on the side that was damaged and loved everything that I was seeing, but not PAYING ATTENTION... I get in my car and noticed a crack, keep in mind when I gave them my car there was no type of damage to the windshield whatsoever. Mr. Carlos is the one that handled all of the transactions, parts, etc.. When I brung it to his attention he had the audacity to ask if I got that type of damage from the wreck, knowing that he took pictures way before he took my car in. With moving into a different city I couldn't get it my windshield done in San Antonio, Which I'm happy because they probably would've damaged something else that I wouldn't have got on until later. But, the simple fact that he didn't want to own up to his own mistakes is very disappointing and unprofessional. I personally wouldn't recommend going to Mr.Carlos to do anything to your car wether its consultation, pricing or anything in general. DON'T GO TO HIM!

I will never use any other collision company other than caliber. Not only was the work top notch but the customer service Bobby Castro gave me was amazing. It was like we were family, like he s known me my whole life! That s exactly what I look for when I do business wherever I go; family atmosphere and A+ service. Nick was awesome! Always texting me updates and going above and beyond to make sure I was well-informed and that all my questions or needs were met in a timely manner. My car got hit from behind in an accident and it took some time to get it fixed but I was never in a state of confusion about my vehicle.
