Very happy with the service that was provided. From the beginning, middle and end of the process I was informed of all repairs. The office manager Griselda informed us of all details of the repair, also helped us in working with the adjuster to make sure everything ran smoothly. Boomer the body technician did an amazing job on the car. You can't tell that a whole entire section was cut out and replaced. It looks amazing! We are forever grateful for such amazing customer service. We recommend Caliber Collision in Converse to everyone!

Over the years, we have entrusted several vehicles of family members to the care of Donald Krock and his team at Caliber Collision for repairs and we have recommended them to several friends because they have always provided exceptional service and unsurpassed quality work. We are always impressed with their attention to detail and amazing customer service; everyone on the team is so very friendly and happy there.This time my husband took his 2020 Ram 2500 to have a brand new Rebel hood match painted and installed plus a dent fixed on the side and as usual, they did an outstanding job!He was kept informed throughout the process, and was sent photos via text of the progress. He absolutely loves the new look of his truck. We would not consider going anywhere elsewhere

After what I thought was an unassuming accident with minimal damage and thoughts of not taking it in, I d like to thank Michael and Ray for working with us and communicating with the insurance to get our car fixed right. What turned out to be extensive work needed seemed a breeze thanks to the whole team s dedication and commitment. The paint was done extremely well to where I couldn t tell the difference from the repaired areas and the original. And their detailing team did an amazing job as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have their vehicles repaired.

I have had great communication with Ray Barr he is awesome. I have been updated on my vehicle just like he said he would. He is very professional and easy to talk with, he explained the process and was very clear on how long it would take and it is actually sooner than the date he gave. All in all we need more Ray Barr out there that deal with customers all day everyday. He was very polite, he has great energy and communicates well and makes sure us customers understand the process. I will recommend his location every chance I get. Thank you Ray

My bf had gotten into an accident the second time and we made sure to ask for Ray, the man who had taken care of us the last time. Although no one wants to be in an accident, we wouldn t have anyone else handle the car like him. From start to finish he made sure we were taken care of and understood the entire process. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend him to anyone coming to this location.

My 2020 Toyota van had extensive damage to the rear passenger side panel, bumper, lights and possibly the back lift.Caliber Collision on FM 78 in Converse TX dud an excellent repair job. The customer support from management, the receptionist, Ray repair specialist and the repair team was outstanding.I highly recommend their service.

Ray Barr did an outstanding job with my vehicle. He even finished work that was not completed the first time I took it in. Overall Caliber Collision did great work. Hopefully my vehicle doesn't sustain anymore damage but in the off chance it does, I know where to bring it.

The communication was very thorough and I opted in to receive text messages for updates. My car was ready a day after the projected date which wasn't a big deal. I am overall satisfied with the work that was completed on my vehicle. The customer service was great as well.

This place was great!!They kept me very up to date and well informed along the way in process and got my car back to looking like new after the hail storm. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision location. This location is clean, friendly, professional, and provides world-class service. Griselda Gomez, Office Manager, is friendly, courteous, as well as professional. You're also in great hands with Service Advisor, Jeremiah Caraway. He is awesome with communication, a great listener, professional, friendly, and was able to ensure my repairs were completed in an efficient manner. Jeremiah provided a quick turnaround with having his technician get on the job fast. In addition, this location and Jeremiah gave me daily, text updates on the vehicle's progress. Mr. Caraway performed self-checks prior to releasing my vehicle to me. During my experiences with Caliber Collision on FM 78 I always felt a peace of mind. This location performed a detailed wash of my vehicle once ready, as a bonus. This location lives up to their great reputation and I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I will not go anywhere else but here, if services are needed in the future. One should not hesitate in choosing Caliber Collision. There is a reason why USAA chooses this business as an approved repair facility. The FM 78 location is a 5 star vehicle collision repair facility! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is my first time at this location and the service was flawless. My advisor was Ray. He was very professional, kept me in the loop, and even humorous. They even fixed my car faster than expected. I have to also say the front desk ladies were also very kind and professional. The quality of work was excellent. They had to replace my entire back trunk and lift gate. On top of a new toe hitch cover. If you come here ask for Ray. He will make sure you are taken care of. Thank you Caliber Collision.

So my insurance assigned me this place it s alright but you ll have to bring your car back about 5 or 6 times. Had my car back around 3 weeks or so and since then they still can t properly fix it, also they won t check the car before returning it back to you and will waste your time going back to the place and telling you they ll set up an appointment with the mechanic and not do anything with your car.

The servicing representative kept me informed of the whole process regarding my vehicle. The only complaint I had was it took 7wks to get my car back to me. I had to mitigate between Enterprise and the shop to see who was going to pay the rent since it had been more than 30 days.

First of all I want to say thank you to Jeremiah who is my contact there at caliber collision. He did a great job of keeping me up to date on my repairs. We encountered one small issue and Jeremiah was a professional and immediately took care of it and made everything right. I highly recommend this place to anybody their customer service is one of the best I've seen. I have nothing but praises for this company and for Jeremiah who took care of me. Been here a few times and one, the service from beginning to end is top notch, two, they're usually cheaper than most (from my experience and maybe there are others i haven't visited) and three, the work they do is great. They can be a little slow, which is my only negative.
