This has been the absolute worst case of unprofessionalism I have ever experienced! They have had my van for a month. Almost everyday for 3 weeks I have called and asked for an update. I'm constantly told "the vehicle is on the lift, we have the engine removed, just need to put one part on". Everytime I call! After they missed 3 deadlines for delivery I finally drove over to the location. I see my van sitting in the corner of their parking lot collecting dust. That very morning I was told it was "on the lift" now when I call no one can give me any update, I cannot speak to the manager, I cannot speak to the mechanic, I cannot speak to anyone in the shop. I call and I'm put on hold till they hang up on me.Zero stars absolutely run from this location

Top notch service and professional work. Jimi provided excellent support and communication throughout the repair process. Extra shout out to Sam, the shop, and the office team for going above and beyond. My car looks brand new, especially with the included wash and detailing. Would recommend!

Caliber Collision could easily be the epitome of an extremely well run operation. From the cleanliness of the facility to the leaving with your vehicle, it is amazing. They constantly keep you updated on the progress of their work. The work is top notch. I have had 2 different vehicles at Caliber for repairs and I will never go elsewhere. This is the 2nd time I've used Caliber and have no reason to go elsewhere. Sam, my Caliber contact, was amazing. She kept me updated and answered any questions I had. She was polite, professional and put my mind to ease about any concerns I had. I wish every company that deals with the public had the work ethic that Sam & Caliber has.

Hassle free with exceptional customer service from start to finish. Every employee that I came across made sure to ask how I was doing and if I had been helped. Best service I've recieved from any business! Communication was top notch. My claims adjuster could take notes from Caliber. Had my car in and out of shop with repairs in under a week. Car was washed and deatiled inside and out. Hopefully I'll never have to use a collision center agin but if I do, I'll be going to Caliber.

Fantastic service. Was kept well informed through the whole process. Jimi was very helpful in bringing the car inside off-hours and Greg did a great job calling me several times to let me know how things were going. I definitely reccomend their services.

I had Caliber Collision repair my vehicle and I couldn't be more pleased. The daily updates regarding my vehicle provided me a sense of confidence that the repair was being done correctly. Caliber Collision will always have a loyal customer with me. The customer service was awesome throughout the process.

Sam was always on top of her game, from the day i dropped off my car, to the day i picked up my car. Sam was always giving me updates. She even gave me her phone number to text to make it easier on my end due to me working at a busy clinic. I recommend getting your car fixed at Caliber. Thank you Sam for all your help.

Not only did they do an out of this world job because I didn t think it wasn t going to be the same after my accident let me tell you they killed it. Greg had me worry free updating me talking to me as if my truck was his own thanks again Greg and again hell of a job to his team who were able to get my truck back to me at pristine condition, 16 days before the estimated timeframe, they put in some work. I definitely go back only because of Graig and his team I can t stress out enough. Thank you.

Very impressed with the customer service at caliber. Samantha was incredible at keeping me updated every step of the way and went above and beyond and ensuring I had all the information I needed and timeline of repair. She let me know when the work was completed and made sure I had her number to get in contact at any time if I had concerns.

This is the only Caliber I will ever return to as well as refer to my family and friends. The customer service is exceptional! Samantha helped me with my vehicle and did such an exceptional job! She was always courteous and respectful and super friendly in spite of me constant calling to check in my vehicle. She understood me, she was patient with me, and made sure to put me at ease everytime I called. I am blown away by the exceptionalservice I have received and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle! They did an excellent job restoring my truck and communicating with me once the process got going. The truck was in EXCELLENT condition in terms of body repair (which is the most important part)when I received it! However, there were a few minor things that were easily fixed (tonneau cover was on backwards and the decal sticker was missing). They made it right and all is well. In terms of quality, customer service, and timeline, it was 5 stars! Jim was very nice!

We had our 2017 Dodge Dully at Caliber Collision 11511 Old Perrin Beitel Rd, San Antonio, Tx 78217 for a substantial dent on the passenger rear side panel. The repair was suppose to be done at a location near Spring Branch, Texas where we live, but they were not able to order the rear panel due to the automobile strike. Actually no one was able to get it. I was told it may be up to a year to get the panel. Because I took the day off work I was searching for a solution. A near by collision repair recommended this Caliber Collision location. While driving to the address, I called my insurance company to make sure I could transfer the repair. She stated they had a 5 STAR rating and the name Greg was mentioned several times in the reviews. To say the least I was not disappointed. The manager met me outside to look at the repair area and said I really think we can get this dent out without needing a new panel.AND THEY DID. Repair looks amazing. Even a 2-3 week turnaround time was met. The technician GREG was fabulous. His communication skills throughout the repair was over the top exceptional. This guy deserves a HUGE bonus. Very professional team from the front office to the repair staff. I give this location a 10 thank you!!!

vehicle was at this establishment for over a month. due date got pushed back three times with poor excuses that made no sense. after car was "finished" , i couldn't even take it off the lot without issues. a week later and I'm still finding stuff they didnt fix, when they had it for OVER A MONTH. I'm highly convinced they let people borrow cars theyre working on, as upon receiving my vehicle, my bluetooth devices were deleted and someone elses was added, paired with the insane amount of time my car was here and still not fixed. I'm now having to pay for ANOTHER rental, because this location refuses to offer compensation for their insolence.

UPDATE: the response was just an empty gesture. I emailed the address they provided me and no one responded. Not surprising at all. My car was ready only a week before it was originally set to be ready so this is urgent status they put on my car was really didn t serve a purpose. When I finally went to pick up the vehicle, Zack did not tell us that he decided to take it to and different caliber collision then the one where my car was supposed to be. He never came out to face us, of course, and he had the new manager come and tell us that our car wasn t there and it was at I 10 west. I was not completely shocked but I asked him why and he said he was told I preferred that location. I told him I never said that I wanted my car taken there after all repairs are done just to pick it up. Another middle finger from our so-called advisor. When I went to go to the other location, I was treated with respect and Bobby was great even though he just went over the car with me. I told him all that I had been through and he apologized profusely for my terrible experience. My car was also delivered completely filthy on the outside and the passenger door on the side where the accident occurred has two scratches. Also one tire looks very worn on the left side with scratches on the rim. I did not turn my car in that way. IPAC or Caliber probably cut corners to avoid replacing the rim and wheel where the accident occurred and changed it to the opposite side. It also had about 300 miles put on it and don t know why it was being driven so much. I have no idea what they were doing with my vehicle but I know now never to take it to Perrin Beitel ever again.I suppose I m one of the few that gets horrible service. Yay me. I was not even at fault for the accident, but I feel like I m being punished anyway. I have never had problems with caliber before, but that was the one on I 10 west. I ve never had to deal with Perrin Beitel but I suppose it s my fault for buying a fully electric vehicle. In addition to hardly anyone in town knowing how to fix it, caliber took back my vehicle from the dealership where I wanted it to go and towed it somewhere else without even notifying me. The only reason I knew that they took my car was because my advisor from the dealership where I bought it told me. Caliber told me the reason they moved my car was so it could be repaired quicker. That is a laugh because it is not going to be ready for a total of three months and counting. The date keeps moving further and further out the latest one pushed it back three weeks!! I told them to take my car back to the dealership where they had left it in the first place and they called my husband and did not even mention my request. They just keep repeating the same thing about the part is on back order. I want to know what part this is that no one knew they needed until 2 1/2 months later. This IPAC dealership is not making my car a priority and they are probably ignoring it and parked it in a corner somewhere so they don t have to deal with it. Caliber is doing to me what every customer absolutely loves ignoring me and pushing me aside. I really am reconsidering ever going to Caliber again because this has been the absolute most horrible experience I have had with a vehicle repair in my life (and I am definitely not going to buy a rare fully electric car again either because literally NO ONE knows what they re doing apparently).

I am blown away by this Caliber Collision location! Both of my driver side tires were blown out, needed alignment and body work done and they completed it all one month earlier then the estimated completion date. Greg was fantastic and went above and beyond with communication and getting my vehicle back to me. I m currently 9 months pregnant and he even had a coworker - Mark drive to meet me so I only had to drive 30 mins vs. over an hour. They even handled my rental car drop-off for me.Thank you so much Greg, Mark and the rest of the Caliber staff!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my tundra here after I got hit by someone running a red light, the repair was done quick and it looked perfect when I went to pick it up, hope I never get in an accident again but if I do, I would definitely come back !
