My experience here overall was very good! My car looks damn near perfect. They were very quick to fix my car. Only took 2 1/2 weeks! They even took the time to clean my car inside and out! I enjoyed taking my car here! Thanks Caliber!

I absolutely love Caliber Collision. I've used them a few times and each time was better. Their personnel is so friendly and knowledgeable and they didn't leave me wondering how things were going. I got text messages and links to follow so that I was aware of what the process. I would absolutely recommend then to anyone needing repairs. Thank you Caliber Collision!!

The experience was great! Very professional knowledgeable and caring. Due to my accident I can t drive. My mom took my car in and they gave her a ride home. When my car was ready the delivered my car. The car was nicely detailed and the work amazing. I m very happy with the job that was done and how professional everyone was thru this process.

ZERO STARSDo not take your car here. It has been the worst experience. I don t even know where to begin.I dropped it off at one location, in which they said someone would call me in two to three days to give me an update on what they find two weeks later when I hadn t heard anything I called them, they informed me they moved my car to another location. So I called the Lombrano location, asked for Eddy the gentleman who is working with my car. They informed me he was in a meeting and would call back. He never did. I called the next day, he was at lunch. When he did finally call back, he didn t really seem confident in knowing anything about my car and its status, called my insurance company and they hadn t heard anything from them as well, not even an estimate.When I went to pick up my car, Eddy walked out to show me, and when asked what all they had to do, couldn t really even tell me much. Got it home and started to really inspect it only to find Damage in areas that weren t even involved in the accident, brought it back the next day for them to fix, when I got it back again, they still didn t fix all the damage they caused.The manager Mark and Eddy, are horrible. They are always in a meeting or at lunch, and when you go there, they are unavailable and send someone else out to handle their responsibilities. What a disgrace this place is. I would recommend finding somewhere else to bring your vehicle regardless if this is your insurances prefers place. Save yourself a headache, stress and time.

Mother in law opted to use this location for service to her vehicle. Standard operations is far from standard. Subpar service with incompetent management is what is available from this location. Was able to take her vehicle to a different service provider and it has been superior service far exceeding her expectations. A learning opportunity for caliber on how to operate a repair shop but frail egos and ignorance will prevail. Save your money and patience don t use Caliber on Lambrano st in San Antonio Tx.

Paul was very professional and provided the best customer services. I was updated every time a part came in and the time frame of the installation. Overall very happy with my experience. Having an accident was horrible. Paul and his team put my mind to ease and had me back in my truck in now time. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Thank you

Go to Caliber Collision for all your repair needs! Phenomenal business from communication to service to prompt repairs. They delivered my vehicle to me 2 hours away and returned my rental for me. They are the best of the best and everyone was so personable! My ONLY go to for repairs, and should be yours too!

Took my vehicle for repair, they took about a month to repair it and when I picked up my car, my window did not work and the rear reflectors fell off (they didn't bolt them on). I contacted the email provided by the community manager to see if they could resolve my situation and they did not respond. Emailed again as they asked me to and it's been weeks since I have not received any response yet.

I received my truck back with different tailgate hinges, Chevy emblem damaged and bumper not aligned. I feel it was a rushed job and did not accept delivery. I was also given a new tono cover that made my bed space even smaller. I have yet to receive a call regarding my concerns.

Great customer service and our service representative Eddie, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and always kept us updated on the status of our vehicle...the only reason I didn't give you 5 (****) stars was that it took almost 4 months to get my car back.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. To start off with, they returned our car with a warning light still on! We had left front end damage to our car and had to have the while suspension, rim, tire replaced on our car. So when we went to pick it up and a low tire pressure light was on, we knew that this was related to the repairs that they did on our car. I spoke with the representative about the light and what they were going to do to fix it and I was told to take it to Discount Tire to fix the issue. What, really? You are the repair shop that just fixed this part of the car and I have to take it to someone else and pay out of pocket?! Which we did since they had our car for over two months. They told us to send them the receipt of what it took to get the light off and they have not acknowledged it or paid us back the $300 it took to fix the issue. This place is terrible! It is the recommended repair shop for our insurance company and believe me, my insurance will be getting feedback on this too. Nobody called to keep us updated as to what was going on, we had to be the ones that called to find out the status of our car. They ran the bill up to just a $1000 away from totaling our car too. I would have preferred that my car be totaled, but of course, nobody called to talk to us about this before they started repairs. I do not understand how front end damage ended up requiring a new muffler be added. They are scammers. They ran the bill up, did not total our car and replaced things that don't make sense. When we asked what the cost of repairs would be, they told us that the estimate is created and updated while doing the repairs. I understand that things are found during repairs that were not expected, but what started out as an initial estimate of $5500 turned into a total repair cost of $12,600! That was not a good estimate to begin with. PLUS, they did the repairs on our car without our consent!!! They never asked for verbal or written consent to do repairs on our car. Neither did our insurance company. I would never recommend this shop to anybody.

Our vehicle was hit when someone blew a red light 3 weeks before we were set to move to our next duty station in Virginia from San Antonio. Caliber worked tirelessly on our vehicle which had a lot of work that needed to be done. We were always kept informed of the process and status of repairs. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and quality service of Caliber Collision staff. In particular, Derek Rodriguez, who kept us informed with detailed information on a regular basis. He was extremely friendly and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He clearly communicated the issues with our vehicle but explained in 'layman' terms so we could understand the process and why it was taking several weeks. It was obvious he had expertise in dealing with the repairs of our vehicle and this fact allowed us to be confident that we chose the right business to repair our vehicle. We received our vehicle in the time frame provided and we are more than pleased with the results! The service provided by Derek was impeccable and of the utmost quality! My car was finished in about 2 1/2 weeks when it was estimated at about a month. Paul was so nice and professional. He kept me updated every step of the way. They even brought my car to me once it was finished. I really appreciate Paul and Caliber Collision for working so fast. Being in a car accident sucks and they made this part of the process a little less stressful.Service: Painting
