Avoid this location,full final review coming (Man , where do I begin? Whenever it comes to body shop repairs needed there is no cross shopping. There are endless locations, however we go out of our way to make it to this one. At this location they define above and beyond. I m looking forward to the end result for our second vehicle that they are taking care of.Edited 4/18/2024Total let down I don t know what happened, management change I guess, but this repair has been the worst customer service experience ever. (Give full story at some point but for now avoid this location)

If you want to feel like a valued customer while receiving top notch service and repairs, this is where you need to bring your vehicle. Price was great and repair was complete a week earlier than expected. Best all around service I have received since arriving in San Antonio two year ago!! Keep up the great work.

Recently had repairs done from an accident with another driver insurance claim however they certainly went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. From the beginning to end was treated professionally and kept informed throughout the process. Work that they did looks great and am extremely pleased worth the level of customer service that I received. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future and thank them for such superior service.

not impressed with the service!!! as the owner of the vehicle, store manager won't even release the estimate of repair to me(owner). I had to call my insurance. The car belongs to the owner, and it was my choice to take it to them due to previous review. I'm so disappointed with the service provided, specially talking to the Store Manager. Also, i was picking up some personal belonging from the car and the representative(front desk guy) was watching me closely getting stuff from my vehicle. Never again I'm taking my vehicle to this place.

Worst experience I have ever had. Never come here. My car is worse than before I took it in . In areas that shouldn t have been touched. There are still issues. Torn up parts were just glued on and were still coming apart. The window panel came off, the mirror didn t work. They put a dent in the inside panel, forgot to attach parts The list goes on do not bring your car To this location you will be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.Update - It was taken to another caliber to try and fix the mess that the broadway store created.

Took my daughter's truck in for the right rear and right rear quarter panel to get some damage fixed on 17 December. Around mid-January of 2024, I called and asked for a status and was told we could pick up the vehicle later that week. This went on and on until the middle of February until the vehicle was finally ready. The bad part was that I had to keep calling them to get a status, If and when I would finally get my service advisor all I would get is e very excuse why it was not ready and its in line to be painted. This is the worst Caliber Collision I've ever dealt with. This one is the one on Broadway in Alamo Heights, San Antonio. All I wanted was to be kept updated, they had a hard time with that request.

Staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. Kept me updated through the repair! A few discrepancies missed by their quality assurance at pickup but the manager agreed the items needed to be addressed and I returned vehicle for the fixes! They want to deliver 100% satisfaction and get it right!

initial estimate was 6 calendar days to complete minor accident repairs; ended up taking 47 days. communication was poor, and 7 of 8 updated ETAs were missed. had to return to the shop for them to replace a missing weather seal, and to put rivets back on the rear corner window trim. new bumper has small paint scrapes, the shop ruined my key with water damage, and roughly cleaned the interior, knocking off and losing a button on my radio. overall a poor experience, would not recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

Caliber Collision is an excellent place to have your car repaired! I have personally met both management and the employees and everyone is dedicated to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this location on Broadway and NE Loop 410, to anyone looking for automotive repair work. five stars!

So far not good. My truck has been there for 2 months, still not fixed. They lost my keys and their communication with me has been awful. I will give more stars once I receive my truck IF their repairs we done correctly.

I was handed my Jeep emblem and told to place it myself after waiting for 50 mins. I called ahead, called the day before as well, and was told it would take less than 5 mins to complete . This whole situation occurred due to the fact that they failed to complete their job on my vehicle the first time around. Was told that the general managers name was Marco.I have no idea how to put this on and I am completely disgusted with the customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible when I got my car back all my stuff was taken! Yes I should have took everything out but they had no business in my car all the damage was outside I trusted them and failed

Repair of rear tailgate & bumper was good. My experience with the rental car company, ENTERPRISE, was a nightmare!! Overcharged, deposit still has not been returned. Rental car was broken. Waited 5 hours for them to deliver a car to me while waiting in Caliber s office. They beed a new partner arrangement.

Hard review to write. The work was solid, and initial communication was excellent. After picking up my car, I had a question about the repair...whether part of it was done. Because it wasn't on the invoice. Two voicemails and an internet message, plus 5 calls where I couldn't leave a message were fruitless. Two weeks. Very frustrating. I wound up messaging a Regional Manager through LinkedIn to get a response, which I did in an hour. But I hate having to do that, and shouldn't have had to.

Went in hoping to be taken care of, as soon as I got a call from my insurance that my car was totaled after being in the shop for over two weeks. I HEARD NOTHING BACK! I had to be calling leaving messages and they would never call me back, ended doing a owner retain, I was over their poor lack of communication. Picked up my vehicle and several parts were missing, I didn t even bother to go back because they are not helpful and they ignore you like you re a bother.

I ended up taking my car to this location in accordance with my insurance and location to the hospital I work at. The customer service so far is pretty great. They re overall responsive and i am waiting for my car to be completed. If any updates to my review are needed, I ll do so then.

I've had my car repaired their twice due to damage received in parking lots. I've had to return the vehicle for follow-ups both times. One time the dent reemerged, another time they placed the decal in the wrong place. When I picked it up the last time it wasn't really clean. It has been "cleaned" but with a really dirty trash and there were streaks and spots everywhere. When I went and got it washed I could also see that the paint was not a great match and some of the markers used to indicate damage they wouldn't be repairing had eaten into the clear coat and needed to be waxed over.I wouldn't recommend this shop.Edit: Removed a star. The company replied here to my comment asking me to follow up with them. However, they've not responded back to my email so it was a bad faith reply. Additionally, I've found scratches in my rear tint (where they were working) and still nobody has returned my call about the emblem/decal replacement.

The only reason this is not five stars is because it took more than one month before they repaired my car. Once they got the time, they did an excellent job. Tony was very helpful keeping me apprised of the status of the repair. When I got the car home I noticed that they had done the interior, dashboard and car doors, with Armoral or something. I haven t had the car detailed for a long time, so it was a nice surprise. It looks as good inside as the outside now. Thanks Tony.

Took my GTI to get fixed after being rear ended. Someone at the shop broke the shifter console and didn t tell me when I picked up the car, I had to inform them it was broken. They also somehow broke the rear hatch release.Had to return the car 3 different times after they initially delivered it.Never take your car to Caliber!

I had a positive experience at this location. Bobby was thorough, accommodating, and kept me up-to-date throughout the 2 weeks my car was at their shop. In terms of work performed, everything looked good, and couldn t even tell my bumper was involved in a fender bender.I would recommend Caliber collision for anyone looking for a body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Very poor customer service and damage estimating and completion. They were 36 days late on completion, fought with our insurance company and had to create 5 change orders due to poor damage diagnosis up front. Do not go here. They hold your car hostage because they can not communicate properly with insurance company. DO NOT GO HERE. They read this review and said to email them so they can look into this...two weeks later and two emails later and NO RESPONSE from them. The whole staff were super friendly from the moment I came in the door. Tony S. was excellent! He went above and beyond to ensure I knew every step of the process. My car was completed before the due date and they made sure to clean it inside and out before I picked it up. The communication from Tony was immaculate. He was so kind and positive! His energy should be the standard for all companies. Thank you all very much! I truly appreciate the superb service!12/1/22 Update: I began hearing a noise so I went back and Marco (GM) went above and beyond to make sure they figured it out. His positive attitude was amazing! George also assisted and exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the moment you walk in to Caliber, is highly courteous, kind, and displays top notch customer service. They never once made me feel bad about having a concern and they made sure I was satisfied. I d recommend this establishment 10/10 times!!! Thank you everyone!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our experience at this repair shop has been terrible for the following reasons.1. We brought our car to caliber in January. They said they didn't have opening until March. We set a date in March. When we brought it, they had no record of an appointment. They took the vehicle, but probably only because we had proof of the appointment.2. When we got the car back, the cellphone holder had been stolen from the vehicle. They said they would replace it. It was never replaced.3. When we got the car back after the bumper replacement, the blind spot monitoring system was completely broken. After bringing it back FIVE times, the issue has yet to be resolved. Each time they said the problem was "fixed," the system failed within 30 second of driving off their lot. This is our time and money that Caliber is wasting. Not we are getting ready to go on a road trip without an important safety feature.4. There was peeling paint from the repair. It was very minor, and we told them about it. They said it would be fixed, but was never addressed.5. All communication has been initiated by us. They never called to give an update on the vehicle or to admit to their mistakes.6. One week after getting our car back for the fifth time, our bumper started falling off.

I was recommended this place by my mechanic. However, it s been 3 weeks and I have not gotten my car back. I was told repairs would be done early last week I hear nothing. I m then told they ll be done near the end of last week again nothing. I get a text saying Monday nothing. I call Monday afternoon and I m told Tuesday nothing. I m not made of money. I need my car back. It s been almost a month and I m sick of waiting.
