I normally don t do reviews but Jacob is the reason why I will be making this review. Jacob has the fastest shop with the highest quality of work. Jacob and his crew knocked out my oil change and state inspection in no time. Jacob put a high priority on every vehicle he had including mine, ensuring I was going to get out as soon as possible as he had other cars to take care of as well. Jacob you are an outstanding person and such a great representative for the face of caliber. Please ask for Jacob, he made sure my vehicle was safe and up to par for the road.

Went in for oil change. Rudy was my service advisor. He went over findings with me and got my vehicle done quick. The facility is extremely clean and they had complimentary coffee and water. Waiting area is cozy which helps pass the waiting time . I will definitely continue to get maintenance on my vehicle there. I was kept informed throughout the process and that made the entire experience a pleasant one.

We had to make an emergency stop at Caliber due to another shop, that s not caliber, failing to do proper work on our vehicle. And caliber not only fixed the problem with diligence and excellence, but they also did the job very fast. We are grateful for this company, and will return in the future.

I do not recommend this place. I had my vehicle serviced there within the last few weeks and I had to take it back because the warning lights came back on. I had to constantly call the shop to find out the status of my vehicle. They would always tell me that they were going to call me back, but wouldn't. After I finally got my vehicle back, there was still something wrong with it. It smelled like gas and they left a large metal tool underneath the hood of my vehicle. I called to report it and Fred told me that he would let the General Manager know and would call me back in order to pick up the tool. Of course, no call back. After a week, I ended up taking it to another mechanic to have it fixed correctly. I basically ended up paying someone else to fix their mistakes. Find another company to service your vehicle, it's not worth the hassle, uncertainty, and cost that comes with this shop.

Mr. Fred was very professional and informative when explaining the cost. Will be back soon. Yes, they did a free inspection which is like a benefit for me instead of paying $100 or more just for an inspection in any other shops. They provide flexibility in deciding whether you wanna repair your car or not. My brakes are going to be all good. Appreciate everyone for a great work on my breaking system.

First time here and Fred was so kind and helpful!! He provided me a shuttle to my apartment when I had to leave my car at the shop. Great experience! Thank you Fred and thank you Jacob for the ride.

Do not get fooled by A. Guerra , Caliber auto care on wurzbach has got to be one of the best auto mechanic shops in San antonio, staff is always professional and friendly, they will get the job done right the first time without any hesitation. As soon as i walked in fred and everett were more than happy to help me figure out whats wrong with my vehicle, very professional!They gave me all the details on what had to be done to my vehicle to get it to 100%! Truthful and helpful is what this shop is.Jose, Edgar, adam, raul, and jake were all very educated and knew what had to be done. I got updates on my vehicle no problem, even getting it earlier than i should have! Now thats customer service!

The young guy broke the hood of my car. Marie Trevino was the only saving grace in the place. I was ready to call the cops. I watched him do it from the window and he did try to play it off and keep going. He also took the emblem off my engine as a little token.Marie gave me a discount on an oil change and new tires but I only went in for an inspection so this was a bill I was totally unprepared to pay. Even though Marie was very nice and kind as she stated my car is older and if they break something on it everytime I take it in for something minor then I might as well replace my car or replace my car shop. Finding someone who is capable of car maintenance on 2006 without breaking something on it is my better option.Every time I pop my hood and see my missing emblem I am reminded and feel violated all over again.

Mr. Alfredo was so kind, knowledgeable, transparent and efficient with repairing and aligning my vehicle. I dropped it off at 11am and by 530pm that day they had completed diagnostics and realignment. I appreciate his help and would 100% recommend them!

Requested to get window replaced. Tech was 1 hour late, very unprofessional. Refused to do service when asked for refund got very irrate. I had to call corporate and still no refund. Been since last Friday 7/21

One of the best experiences with auto care shop this team was respectful and very knowledgeable and you could clearly see they enjoy being a team and working together which is passed on to the customer

Wonderful customer service. The process was quick and easy. Everett and Noe were super great to work with! They made sure I was taken care of and had no lingering issues with my vehicle after. Will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Everett Frye was amazing! He got us in fast and helped us make sure we understood what our car needed to pass the review so we can car registered.The paperwork was easy to fill out and he answered our questions easily and in a way that made sense to us who did not speak car lingo!He was incredibly friendly and I would recommend him and his store to anyone.

Although the staff were obviously busy working on autos, one of the young men took some time and walked over to where I was parked with my vehicle. I explained I needed a vehicle inspection. He called over Eric from the office to speak with me. Eric helped me as quickly as he could. They worked around their workload. That was smart instead o telling me they were too busy to help me. I was out in 15 minutes. That was good critical thinking.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

These guys were super helpful. They got my break issues all figured out and FINALLY got my parking break dash indicator off on my 2010 mini cooper. They worked with me on the price and got me a good deal. I was happy to walk home for a bit of exercise and walk back there for a bit more, but they offered to give me a ride too. Great place. 10/10 would recommend

So efficient and the lady at the desk was so helpful and respectful. The cheapest price I could find. The service was quick and easy. Loved the coffee and water they had. Will only be going to them from now on. Mostly thanks to how sweet the lady at the front desk was. Went on 9/16/23

Very pleased with my service here, they helped me out quick and were also personal. Everett was very nice, every time I called to check on my car he gave me a quick update with no problems. I recommend you get you car fixed here thanks caliber auto care !

The few times I have gone to get my car serviced, I have had exceptional care from Everett and Noe! Noe is a great technician and knows his stuff, he also doesn't try to scam me like other shops have. Everett knows how to speak with people and goes above and beyond for customers! Great experience quick and affordable , was immediately attended by Eveverett who advised me of the option for the oil change in my car. Had the oil change completed in no time rather than waiting like other shops, Noe the technician took his time to explain with pictures some possible issue that were not immediate attention but to be on the lookout. Free pictures of you undercarriage with the service and of your fluids can t go wrong with a checkup.

Had a crazy day and was so stressed when I found a nail in my tire with a flat came to caliber and they took care of my nail in my tire I was so impressed by Gina s customer service and kindness. It s not often you go somewhere like caliber. If you have the choice, come here! I will be coming here for my auto needs going forward!

Non communicative. Took almost 2 weeks to change a sensor. Didn t really seem like they knew what they were doing. Rear axle seals were leaking wanted to change the axle I would give zero stars if I could

Awesome and amazing customer service. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot somebody was already walking up to my vehicle with their computer in hand, ready to take my information and see exactly what it was that I needed. This is my very first time ever going to Caliber Auto Care. I just happened to get a coupon in the mail today that gave me a $35 oil change and so I was "like heck yes I'm going to go get this cheap oil change," and it was not cheap at all as far as the service, the friendliness, the knowledgeableness of the staff. An amazing price for the service that I was provided... Everything was just great and spectacular. I was treated very well. I was out the door in no time. Thank you so much Caliber Auto Care for doing a VERY amazing job. I will be back!

I want to thank Everett Frye for being of great help.I took my vehicle in and it took a few days but he kept me in touch the entire time which was greatly appreciated .My car is running very good. I truly appreciate the great customer service there.
