Victor came and assisted me when I needed him the most. I had to reschedule a tire flat repair as my vehicle could not be repaired during that time. I was only available after hours of the store being open and victor still came to repair my vehicle even though he didnt have to. Absolutely amazing of you victor. I will never forget the amazing service you provided. You are a great person. Thank you victor and his caliber crew!

This place offered better prices than another nearby shop, and their waiting area is nice. However, I think they could do a better job of managing customer expectations with respect to how much time things will take.I came in on Friday for fluid changes and 2 new tires. They originally said it would be ready by about noon that day, but later said the tires haven't come in yet and I should come back tomorrow. I asked how long it should take if I brought it in first thing tomorrow and they said 30-45 minutes. I took this estimate seriously as I had a lot of things to take care of on Saturday and was also leaving for a big road trip. I also confirmed that I could drop it off before hours.I dropped off my car early Saturday morning, and when I came in 45 minutes after opening to pick up my car, I was disappointed to see that it had not even been started working on yet. I was not told that the 30-45 minute estimate from the previous day was changed, but was told they would start working on my tires. Then about an hour later I heard them telling someone else about an increased waiting time. I asked about my car and they predicted it would be an hour longer. 45 minutes later (triple the estimate I was given on Friday) the car still hadn't started to be worked on, so I unfortunately had to just ask them to take my car back and leave to get the tires done later at a different shop. The other shop got it done in 15 minutes for less money than these guys were asking.I understand things get busy and estimates are not guarantees, but when it changes to triple or quadruple, it makes it hard for people who are trying to plan their day around it. Also a little bit of up front honesty would have went a long way.

I was stranded on the side of the road and victor from caliber auto care on potranco rescued me by jumpstarting my vehicle. Absolutely amazing service from victor. Ask for him 10/10 highly recommend. First time visiting. My usual shop is within walking distance of my house; but doesn't do alignments. So this is the closest reputable shop to me. No surprise they have a 4.8 rating. Simply amazing service and soft skills.Requested alignment, wheel balance only (i have staggard wheels), and oil change. They explained and went into detail of each service and the associated cost. I was pleased to see they were attentive to the needs of my particular car.I knew it would take a few hours to complete the services and was willing to sit in their waiting room. They estimated 3 to 3.5 hours and mentioned they have a shuttle service that would take me home and wait there instead. I did not hesitate to take them up on it.Got a phone call about an hour later and it was the mechanic changing my oil and inquired about getting the engine flushed due to high mileage and condition of the old oil. Hadn't thought about that; but, yes, sounds like a good idea.Two hours and 44 minutes from dropping off the car, they call to let me know all services are complete and the shuttle is en route to come pick me up. Nice...that's almost an hour sooner than anticipated.They went over the alignment corrections in detail and recommend new struts in the future. This here, is what takes them to the next level: they also emailed me the receipt and also a link to the services completed on their website in detail w/ pictures of the different fluids and inspection spots so I could see for myself. That's freakin' awesome.The whole experience exceeded my expectations of service and customer service. Thank you.UPDATE 11NOV23: Had an alignment scheduled. They were quick. 25 minutes. Showed me the before and after results. I like that they do that. All green. Drove home...steering wheel is still at 5 degrees to the right and when I let go of the steering wheel, slight drift to the left. Could be air pressure; but was hoping they'd at least correct the steering wheel misalignment.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Robert had always been extremely helpful in expediting my appointments to coincide with my busy schedule. The patience and friendly customer service as well as detailed auto care, make it worth while to be a repeat customer. If you ever need auto care of the highest quality, go and see Robert. He will ensure that both you and your vehicle are taken care of!

There were caps left off under the hood after investigating a noise I was concerned about. The timing belt was brittle and about to break. And instead off telling me about it in your inspection you told me about the air filters? The attempt to scare me into making high ticket repairs instead of being honest about things was ridiculous. You really shouldn't underestimate anyone walking into your building. I not only did I witness the staff question someone that came in for a specific part only. It was recommended on further investigating even though they new the problem and what would fix the issue. I understand informed recommendation but this was not that it was pushy ticket upsales. Ididn't get a great feeling from my visit. I'm so glad I got different opinions. Instead of breaking my pocket and waisting money and time only to be stranded on the side of the road later.I gave 2 stars for quick appointments and responses when I called.

Great work from start to finish. Tried their best to have extended warranty cover certain jobs. Couldn't get the warranty to cover most but were able to get something. My car has over 146,000 miles and it rides much smoother now. Service was way better than a shop I took it to prior. Robert did well with keeping me informed of what needed to be done and its progress. Glad they work on at least one day of the weekend as opposed to a lot of shops here in SA.

I have used Caliber Auto Care several times. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have always taken care of my Ford F150 needs. I would recommend Caliber Auto Care to all my family and friends.

I take my car to Caliber whenever I have an issue with it. I had suspension work done and I had Robert as my service advisor. He is very friendly and communicates very well with how your car is going and how long everything will take. They are a very transparent team and don't hide anything from you they'll tell you what needs to be done and what can wait. These guys are my go to for car repairs. Thank you, Robert!

I had such a great experience here I ve been using there auto collision for years and decide to upgrade to their auto care. Naomi was such a great help and recommended some I actually needed for me my car. They were helpful in answering my questions and concerns. Such a great place

I had brought my car in for regular maintenance in the past and had great experience. When the check engine light came on my car, and I had problems with it accelerating, Caliber was my first thought and call. They were able to test and diagnose the problem and had it fixed within the following 24 hrs. Robert Guerra took great care of my car and updates on the progress. Highly Recommend!

My Journey had overheated and left me stranded!! Caliber Auto was quick to diagnose the issue and within two days I was back driving my SUV! They also send the best quotes I ve ever seen. With pics or videos to show you the issues they find. Great service! Thanks Troy for all your help!

Went for a state vehicle inspection. Service was quick. Assistants seem a bit busy but very polite. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable, I felt like I was in a home. They also have a play area for kids which is very thoughtful.

Caliber was responsive and helpful, but my expectations for completion of the work were not set correctly on multiple occasions. Additionally, I was misquoted on some work by hundreds of dollars. The work was not done without my permission, but that was 1 less thing to complete. This should've reduced the time needed, but it didn't.I will give them another chance because of the service provided, but this time has to sway me to come back.

Troy and his team were able to get my car aligned when BigO could not after buying new tires there. Troy was also very helpful with other vehicle advice that I appreciated. Will use them again just based on professional customer interaction.

So I originally went to this location due to the positive reviews. I was needing a temperature sensor replaced and an oil change. I purchased my own part for the replacement. However, I was told that due to legalities, they won't use MY part. I had to purchase their $50 part... which I agreed.Was given a card and Robert's name, and since I was paying more, I had to come back the following week. Once I returned, Robert is not there, andcim told nothing about my quote was on file, I explained what I was told by Robert (who they knew), and no work could be done. I was told Robert would call me to give me a final legit quote..he never called. I called, and we went back and forth about the initial price he quoted and once agreed I scheduled I showed up only to find another manager tell me that since THEIR SHOP DIDNT INITIALLY DIAGNOSE the issue, they can replace the part with no guarantees, no warranty. (I asked why I couldn't I have used my own part, if there were no guarantees after installation, no answer)However, the other manager took my car back, then came back and said to replace the sensor, the mechanic would need to go into the engine manifold, and according to the MAC chart it's a 3hr job. He said he pays his mechanics off the MAC chart, and he would need to upcharged me over $500 for 6 bolts. Regardless, I couldn't pay it and they had no intention of honoring and arranged quote. So I was given back my vehicle, I would NOT recommend this location, even if your military. Unless you have insurance to cover costs, they will loophole the prices, and ensure you can only purchase from them.

Caliber has always taken care of me. I do a fair amount of my own automotive work, but even I need help sometimes. They do quality work here, finding problems and shortcuts that lesser mechanics miss (or deliberately overlook). After coming to them for so many big issues, they even hooked me up when I had a smaller issue. Special shout-out to Mr. Robert. He's made my car problems his personal concerns, offering advice and recommending fixes that fit my budget instead of pressing me to just replace expensive parts and hope it fixes the issue.

Female at desk was helpful and polite. Male was pompous after my car sat in shop for 20 min with hood up for state inspection my vehicle was one of 2 in bay they were not busy at all. I went over state check list and wondered what exactly they were performing the man explained they were checking steering components (that is not under the hood) abd they do that with the drive test but he stated they had to inspect hoses belts also not on state web site. I do not appreciate men trying to make women feel stupid about vehicles I told him I had the check list in front of me he wanted me to come behind his desk I said i was looking at the xheck list then he tried to man splain auto terms like I was stupid to bad I sold auto parts as a Commercial Manager for a large company and taught auto drivers training. When women ask questions about maintenance stop treating then like idiots!

Had my oil changed there on August 31st. It was my first visit. I like my usual guys but they're further away and I was looking to save a little money. Discovered a few weeks later that my car was leaking oil. Took it to my usual place and they determined the leak was from the drain plug and the crush gasket was missing. Caliber refuses to reimburse me for any part of the subsequent fix saying I should have come to them first. They could have offered a partial refund and I probably would have given them a second chance, but I don't find this a trustworthy way to do business.

Im rarely impressed when the time comes, and i have to take my vehicles to a mechanic. Feels like i have to get ready to get ripped off and knowing that just sucks, and most times, you sit there and take it. I never like to leave reviews - good or bad, so I save my reviews for when they are warranted. Today the GM Octavio and his staff (specifically Matt), really impressed me - they really took the time to take care of me and in a way I have never seen mechanics do - they could of easily told me I needed thousand of dollars worth of repairs and I would of probably believed them based on the research I did before hand. Both Octavio and Matt took the time to do some extra research before making a judgment and saved me thousands of dollars. I left there with extra funds I wasn't expecting - I feel blessed and now know family will have a much nicer Christmas this year because of their honesty.

I have already given this business a good review for quality work, excellent service, beautifully clean facilities and professional staff - but today I was exceptionally WOW-ed!While I ve been to Caliber multiple times, this was the first time I had ever had my 4 y/o daughter with me, as though waiting on auto repairs isn t stressful enough. She was treated like a little VIP by Irving Diaz. , who helped us today and also provided me with a welcoming environment and excellent service. (I don t even think my daughter realized where we were!) He was super professional and made sure that we knew exactly what was going to be done with my car, how much it cost, and made recommendations of what repairs will need to be made soon. All very helpful and educational - never pushy or condescending. I would not only take my car here over and over again, but I would ask for him specifically.Caliber is the only place to take your car, as far as I m concerned!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Communication and service here is top notch. I have taken my car here for damage to my gas tank, my breaks, my a/c, and an oil change. My fourth time here and have told others, "come here". They are so straightforward and easy to work with.They are a honest auto repair/maintenance shop which is rare. 100% would go again. Prices are reasonable and they charged me nothing to fix a mistake another business made. Lovely waiting area and up front with everything. The shuttle staff are extremely courteous and having the option of a free lift is amazing. I was kept informed of everything and was not pressured for any repairs or maintenance which other oil change places, repair shops will sometimes do. If you have family or friends looking for an auto repair or oil change place, come here.

Was able to bring my car at the last minute for a Friday evening. I spoke with Troy, and he was professional and friendly. They were very thorough with trying to solve the problem with my car. I will definitely be coming here again for future car issues.
