A lot of waiting and sitting around which is understandable . But having the employees talk about customers in a negative way caused me to not even want to get the car . Girlie was a great help ! Very nice and reassuring . If you need a car definitely go to her ! Denny was also a great help . But LARRY was rude and professional . I could hear him talking about me with the door open with the GM Nikki . I had a reason to be upset because I had already went the first day everything went to the underwriter and was approved , the next day I was only coming to sign the paperwork and drop the rest of my down payment . I was there for almost 4 hours and got absolutely nothing accomplished . Not only did Larry go into the office with Nikki and talk about me , apparently my key fob battery died and I wasn t going to be able to take the vehicle that day even if they did get their paperwork together . Which wasn t an issue I want a working key fob , the issue I had was that he asked the GM if he should tell me before or after I sign the paperwork and proceeded to come into the room and not tell me until I started asking more questions . My main concern was I only heard him say the battery but didn t know at first that it was the key fob . Which made me feel as though if there was something else wrong with the vehicle they wouldn t tell me . I WAS RIGHT ! I should of did a double take after that happened but I was in desperate need of a car and was ready to get out of there . My right passenger door in the back will not open ! From the inside or outside ! And I was not told about it at all . Not only did I hear them talk about me I could hear them talking about other customers and what sounded like another employee . Like I said very unprofessional , wouldn t be my first option

Sales and finance was moving as if they wanted me outta there asap before I changed my mind on purchasing the vehicle because of the large price tag and me constantly moaning about it. I didn't need or want another paymentMy current vehicle is paid in full, runs great, and due to overall great care and maintenance have another 100,000 miles in her easy. Enter stage right and see future ex-wife who thought and desperately wanted said vehicle, even after given very good and reliable vehicle by me prior to her 2nd totaled vehicle accident. Purchased the vehicle anyway which I now believe is a great vehicle. Salesman had less and less to do with me the closer to the purchase of vehicle. The vehicle was only cleaned in the obvious places only. Under and in between the seats was absolutely nasty. And everywhere else included. Not happy with overall experience. Had to familiarize myself with the vehicle to safely drive home due to no owners manual and salesman repeatedly telling me to Google the owners manual. Well no $*&#. Will not go back there ever.

Jodee was a sweet sales person. For being a 1st timer financing a car she helped me through and made sure I was a happy customer and talked me through the entire run down with all my 21 questions.I had my heart set on an older car and lower caust but Byrider was able to work with me and get me approved for a loan I didn't know I could get.Jodee went above and beyond to make sure I got the best that I deserved. This dealership made sure I felt at home and was more than helpful with my 1st experience financing a car. Definitely recommend Byrider with Jodee. Hope yall had a safe Halloween

Just know what you re getting into when you go to places like this. I don t recommend going here unless you were like me and had no other choice. It s extremely convenient for needing something as soon as possible, but not worth it at all in the end. I ve had my car for about 5 months now. Literally the day after getting my car, my engine light turned on, the car started riding rough, my oil change light turned on, and my brakes are squeaky. I inspected the car inside and out, and everything LOOKED fine and SOUNDED fine . but I m not even joking THE DAY AFTER everything changed. I already knew something like this would happen, but I had a repossession on my other car 7 months prior to getting this one so I had no car for 7 months and my situation was getting worse to the point where I needed to drive something as soon as possible or everything would crumble. My car hasn t exploded yet, so I guess that s good but yeah avoid it if you can.

Tracy and Jodee were personable and helpful. I appreciated their willingness to assist.But Denny did not show a friendly attitude, just a dry approach to financing. And only 1 car was shown to me as a match??Also - asking for 8 personal references is way too intrusive.

Car was delivered for service 5/9 vandalism occurred not looked at for 5 days, constantly lied to about repairs, they never used warranty. After 9 days claimed battery cable was lose charged me $50 bucks and gave me a empty car with tore up interior! Service department is horrible and all the while I was haggle for my car payment and not given any reimbursement for $670 in Uber charges while they didn t have time to look at broke car at a service department! Poor customer service, poor location management and apparently no working cameras.

Absolutely avoid this fraudulent sales lot. My sister got a car and the sales woman was 100% reassuring that the car was verified and checking out with no issues. Next day, the check engine light came on and come to find out it was a catalytic converter issue which is the same issue of why she didn't want her original car. She did not even have the car for more than 7 days they refused to give her her money back so she left the car and they gave her letter it appears that she was not paying on it and it said It was a repo. The manager Nicki was so rude and dodging my sister's calls. All theirs will break down soon. Avoid them. Also they finance with CNAC which is a last chance financing so if your credit isn't bad do not go there go somewhere better. CNAC advised my sister that if she did not even make her first payment that she could sign a letter to basically voluntarily give back the car which was NOT disclosed during the sale nor was i disclosed in the sale or the paperwork when she was buying the vehicle such a scam I would never go here not go here.

FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP!!! DONT GET SCAMMED READ THEIR REVIEWS!!DONT DO BUSINESS WITH LARRY LEUNG!!I am a first time financier. To begin with their down payments say $899 down for listed vehicles, but pry to make you put a higher down payment to put you in a better vehicle as said per sales Larry Leung. I was presented with 4 cars off the back in real beat up condition, alerts on the dashboard lit up, and one vehicle (dodge dart) even smoking when lifting the hood. To me it seemed as if every car in the dealership was a lemon. After those I was presented with a Chevy sonic. Newer car with supposedly no issues . Test drive fine as most lemon cars do. Before signing with salesman Larry Leung and the General Manager read over the car fax with me and elaborated what good condition this car was. They explained how byrider cares for their customers, and run full inspections on their vehicles to ensure we remain on the road . They both told me the car had never faced any issues and has only been in the shop for oil changes and inspections. I was told the car has not been worked on for anything else. I put $1000 down and signed.I travel surrounding areas of San Antonio for work around 9 in the morning I brake down when getting to my first job due to engine problems. The entire car locked up while on the highway. Not even 24 hours after having the car I broke down 3 times in Austin. I was left stranded in Austin with the car, and had to Uber from Austin to San Antonio getting home at about midnight. I had to miss a day of work and pay because I was lied to about a car I was being placed in. I had to explain to my boss why I broke down in a newer car I purchased from a dealer the day prior. Not only messing with my way of transportation but how I support my family.While being on the side of a busy highway I contacted the service department multiple times, during business hours, and received no answer. When I reached back out to the sales person, I was told this issue was my problem now and that the Gm gone for the day around 3pm. I know byrider sells used cars, but to have a motto on the company website elaborating how well taken care of you will be when signing with byrider, I was presented with entirely the opposite. Here the advertisement is sweeter than the product.When I finally got a hold of the service department manager I was told the car might be facing a minor issue or a minor malfunction. An engine shutting off a car, while locking up the steering and brakes, and refusing to run is not minor in my opinion. Joseph, service manager, then informed me about all the repairs that have been done to the vehicle by his department that was never informed to me by Larry Leung or the general manager when reviewing the carfax and going over what has been worked on in the vehicle. I was lied too through the entire process.They do not refund your down payment or try to help you out. If the warranty doesn t cover your repairs you have to pay that out of pocket and cannot receive the car until so. They do not have a cancellation policy either, so your only option is to voluntarily repo. Basically surrendering your rights of the car back to them, without refund, as I have done. I d rather take the hit on my credit then to entangle myself in fraudulent deal with a location of individuals that are corrupt, scandalous, and immoral.Please don t let this happen to you or your children. Please don t get scammed by them. If you read the reviews many others have been scammed also.What they do is get you into a car that has been fixed enough to drive off the lot. The get your to put a higher down payment to ensure you are placed into a better vehicle. The provide warranty that only covers a certain amount of repairs, everything else is out of your pocket including a tow truck or Uber if you break down.Don t get scammed!! God bless you all in your journey of getting a car. I recommend looking elsewhere than byrider.

I couldn't believe with my credit score I got approved the staff will do in their hands the impossible got there in uber 2hrs later drove out in a 2013 buick verano thanks byrider i35 San Antonio. Be positive bring all the documents they asked you...n u will be driving in ur car approval..n it will help bring credit score satisfied..thks staff byrider..

This is the worse car place I have every witnessed. 1. Make sure you fully look at every vehicle that is there they tried to hide issues at this location because one you sign the papers your stuck2.dont trust their mechanics fiancee had a car come back for the same issue they claim they fixed 3 times and didn't they just waited till after the warranty period and said it would be a charge3.i tried to warn a friend about this location and they still went the car they was given had check engine light on was lied to said the light was because the battery died (which is a lie every day of the week) then when the motor started acting up the same day and the light came back on told her she already signed the contract and no take backThis is a janky place with janky employees They are going to act like they're your friend to catch you off guard and make sure you don't look at the stuff that is wrong with the vehicles and when You point stuff out they will act like they didn't Know that stuff was wrong with the vehicles even though they Don't have that many to sell all The Cars on their lots that have for sale most they can't get the titles to so they will Only be able to show You 3 or 4 cars and all of them will be in horrible condition and You will have to pick the best out of 4of the Horror stories they have they won't show or tell you prices until the last minute at finance so you have no choice but to waste hours of your life dealing with them and their rudeness ESPECIALLY DENNY he is the worst and they will make sure you leave with something with 200,000 + miles owing 3 times what the car is worth or close too IF YOUR SMART OR HAVE HALF A BRAIN. STAY CLEAR AND WARN EVERYONE YOU CANP.s. they coat the entire motor and and inside of car with tire shine to make it look better than it really is smh the baby needs to shut them down

Worst car dealership we ve ever dealt with. Car was broken into once a year ago while it sat there for 3 weeks for repairs and was broken into again 2 months ago while it sat waiting on repairs. They had no remorse and quoted me $600 to replace a window that was broken on their lot because they re too cheap to hire security. You will never be able to get a straight answer from the service department and that s if you can get them to answer the phone. Go ANYWHERE besides Byrider for your own sake

Soo I got a car 2-24-24 the the next 2 days the motor went out and they did nothing about it still took my money I didn t here from them yet I will be filling a class action law suit against them it s really sad how they take people money I will post them all over social media to closed them down I been waiting and waiting soo it s time I take legal action

Brought a car from them on November 11, 2023 at 6pm. The next day (11/12/23) at 12pm on the way to training the check engine light came on. Took the car to them and they want to charge me $1000+ dollars because nothing was under warranty.

I ve had this car for two years and I fell behind trying to do the maintenance after they messed up in service. They repoed my car then offered me to get back into the vehicle for a set price and I paid it. Two weeks later did I find out that my car was sold at auction. They lied and gave me the run around. Now they want me to get into a new vehicle with a new loan . So everything I paid goes to waste .
