Good work. Jessica is friendly and has good customer service. This place was recommended to me by multiple individuals.*8-31-2021- I take back my rating and would give a 0 if possible. I had my radiator replaced and they insisted on replacing the thermostat even though it was brand new... They replaced it and even though it has been about four months, I really never drive it because I have a company vehicle... The vehicle has had about a hundred miles put on it ever since they worked on it and it has been leaking coolant this whole time. $500 roughly is what I was charged for labor and this what they gave me... there are three bolts that are removed to replace the thermostat... They stripped two out of the three and this whole time it was leaking from there onto the top of my thermostat housing and going onto the top of the engine block as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND HEADACHES and go elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my Ram 1500 to Bring Your Own Parts automotive shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service at a great price. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was repaired efficiently and effectively. One of the standout aspects of Bring Your Own Parts was their transparency and honesty. They provided a detailed breakdown of the repairs needed and gave me an accurate estimate upfront, allowing me to bring my own parts and saving me a significant amount of money. The technicians at the shop exhibited a high level of expertise, demonstrating their skill and experience in working on Ram 1500 trucks. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the final cost matched the initial estimate provided. Not only did they fix the specific issues I brought my truck in for, but they also conducted a thorough inspection and addressed a few minor issues they discovered, all without trying to upsell me unnecessary services.Overall, I highly recommend Bring Your Own Parts to anyone in need of automotive repairs, especially if you're looking for a shop that offers great prices and values honesty. Their exceptional service, skilled technicians, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them an excellent choice for all your automotive needs.

This place a scam! They make you sign a contract, mess your whole vehicle up. I had to pay $1,200 just to get my car towed away to a mechanic who finally fixed it a few days and this place had it sitting in their garage for weeks! Save your money, run and take it elsewhere! I would recommend Trevinos on Zazamora any day!

Don t ever bring your car here. The owner scams you. Horrible work if they can even diagnose properly. Especially foreign cars.

CRUCES!!!!!!!!!!!!Never Ever Again!!!I went to get a break caliber and brakes changed and was quoted $484.99..I was told they don t make any money on parts and purchasing the parts through them would be at no additional cost. So I did so. Upon trying to up sale me on some additional services, the rep showed me his computer screen where the part he invoiced as $119 was actually only 79.. A $50 mark-up!! I called it to his attention and he notated the difference in price.Upon paying for the services I noticed the invoice was still the same price as before even with the $50 difference. Once again I called the price to his attention. He then goes back to the invoice to show that the adjustment was made and the price was the same. I take a closer look at the invoice and I see an added line for Fuel Flush+$50 .. I then called that to question. Nothing of any sort was requested or agreed to and labor was already included in the original invoice. He then looked me in the face and said Thats for bleeding the breaks As if I didn t know that is a part of changing breaks and calibers. He went ahead and removed the charge that had randomly been added since discovering I was being scammed on the parts!!I don t trust anything he told me about other work needing to be done and I will NEVER EvER USE ThEir Service AGAIN!!!!Service: Brakes

Had O2 sensors replaced on my Mazdaspeed 3. Handled it same day within an hour or so. Also gave me pics of ball joints that are bad and explained what was going on with the suspension. Will be back to have them replace it.

Went to this location for a diagnostic after The guy on the phone told me they ll figure out the problem through a diagnostic test and did not explain of the up charges of more intensive diagnostic test. Went to the location had two big old potholes went inside and the air condition was broke and felt like 98 inside!Very rude and bad customer service from the lady in the front and tried to explain my problem to the guy on the phone that I first talk to you and he was rude and talking over me to try to get me to pay more money for a more extensive test.I wish I would have listen to the reviews and passed on this place but I m glad I only spent $100 because they seem like the kind of business that just keeps up charging you. James and staff at Bring your own parts are the best!I took my truck to get my door handles replaced and and these guys did a great job! They did the job in about 2 hours and at a very reasonable price. I had called around for quotes and they were the less expensive. The customer service was great too. I definitely recommend this shop.

They quoted me an hour and at exactly an hour I am wrapping up! They are polite and don t try to scam you which is nice! They show you what is going on before they lower the vehicle down and do not pressure you to make fixes they do it to make you aware and do with the information as you wish. I will be coming back! Also if you need vintage cars serviced here they are very knowledgeable!Service: Brakes

Brought my stick shift in to get a brake repair. Everyone was really nice and qualified to drive manual. They did good work and spotted a issue involving a leak in the cylinder. Would bring my car back again.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Don t trust these people. They give low price estimates and then charge three times as much once you are actually there and they have a hold of your car. Was told it would be $100 and then it suddenly becomes $300. Not to mention the poor customer service lack of communication and outright rude staff.

We brought our own part to get replaced, took no time at all they took us right in fast friendly service the also pointed out a couple of issues that may effect the safety and drivability of our Nissan Rogue the have us prices for parts but also have us the option to bring our own, after researching we found there price was better as the only charge the cost they pay which is the wholesale and the do not mark up like other shop. In all we saved over $5000 that is compared to the dealership. Awesome work y'all we will be back soon to finish up other need repairs.

Great service, just make sure they charge you what they quote. Reviewed my invoice, showed a fee for parts( took my own parts) was never told there was parts fee ($9.95 for rags used while performing job). I m sure they don t use different rags when going from job to job. I don t mind paying for the service, but just be honest on what you are going to charge, if it s part of the normal charge then stated in you quote.

So I'm visiting here from Round Rock. My AC stopped working, I found this place on Google. Let me tell you from the time I showed up until I got my car back they have been fantastic. The pricing is more than fair. The service is exceptional and they really care about you. They talk to you and not at you. I will be bringing my truck here in a couple of weeks to get fixed. They go above and beyond and I'm so very grateful for them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I would give it a 0 but I can't. They had to change 7 spark plugs in our expedition, my husband did 1 but got busy. They gave us an estimate of $290 and 3 or 4 hours. My husband got a phone call the next day asking him how he got the 1 spark plug out, he told them he bought a special tool to extract the broken ones. The next day they asked him if he could bring his tool, he did finally on the 4th day at 1:30pm we got the vehicle and a bill of $1147.00. I told them they shouldn't be doing things they don't know how to do or don't have the tools for. The receptionist said they know exactly what they are doing and never did use our tool. We got no credit for bringing in our tool.

Spoke with a jonathan over the phone regarding a hose i needed replaced, quoted me 100 for labor. I get there an he take a look under the hood and starts pointing to other hose that look like there going to burst WHILE pointing to a air intake.I dont see the point in pointing out things when the place is called BRING YOUR OWN PARTS and well i didnt bring any of those parts.Anyways Prices jump from 100 to 600 for everything. I of course walked out, i dont feel comfortable taking my car there an prices dont seem consistent.

Can't speak for the other negative reviews, but I was treated fairly, and they did a great job on replacing the starter for my car. The price was fair, and was done within just a few hours. I will definitely consider them for future repairs on my vehicle.

Bring your own parts made fixing my headlight so easy. My car was done in a timely matter and everyone I spoke to at both locations were super friendly and nice, especially Martin! My car looks great. Martin even offered a discount to put on my other headlight. I would definitely recommend their services!

Would you like honest and professional automotive repairs with no markups or gimmicks? If you answered "yes" to the following question run as far as you can from Bring Your Own Parts! I initially thought I would have a positive experience at this place, as they were helpful when it came to finding my parts. Once they get you in the door, it's all downhill from there. They took forever to even begin work on my vehicle. Nick was very rude and unprofessional. I was told that my repairs would cost $300, however when I left the total came to nearly $600. The shocker is that the issue was never repaired! $600 down the drain! They then asked me to pay an extra $60-75 dollars so they could do more diagnostics. They also charged me for coolant when they used the coolant that was already in my trunk. They searched my car top to bottom to try to find anything that they could repair, which were all unrelated to the issue I came in for. Maybe if they focused more on the actual problem I was having with my vehicle it would have left their shop repaired. If I wanted to pay an arm and leg for repairs I would have simply gone to the dealer and asked to to fix any and everything they could think of. When they test drove my car it overheated and they left my car sitting at an undisclosed location over the entire weekend! I was never able to get in touch with anyone working on my car when I called to check in on it Monday. My car was returned to me with a newly ignited engine light, it reeked of body odor, and it also had personal records from other vehicles inside. In the end I just wanted to get my car out of there as fast as possible. If you want the experience from hell or if you're trying to play a really bad prank on someone, tell them to go to Bring Your Own Parts.

Seems like they extremely overcharge for labor. Went there just to have my rear brake pads changed. They called and said I needed rotors as well (maybe I did, I didn't check before bringing in). Later they sent a bunch of pictures of things that needed repairs, and a video of an extremely bad coolant leak that I'm pretty I would've noticed before, but I guess it's possible it was new and I missed it... Long story short they charged me $1000 just in labor to do rear pads and rotors, fix a rear differential leak, and replace the upper radiator hose.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I went to this place to get my spark plugs replaced since i seemed to be loosing power and was told i may need a tune up. I called and was told a tune up costs 169 bucks which was a lot cheaper than anything in town. So i show up and found out that price was just the labor, i forgot i needed to buy the parts so it cost 233. Which still isn't bad considering they put a warranty on the parts you buy or so i thought. They came back and gave me a list of issues with the car and i got a quote of just under 500 bucks to fix it all. Which again is not bad. I couldn't afford it all at the time so i said i will come back and get it done a little at a time. Well since i refused the extra work they gave no warranty on the parts i paid for. I took it to the chevy dealer the next day and they looked over the car and found nothing else wrong with it. This place may be cheap but they cannot be trusted and get you in at a low cost to try and lie to get you to pay more.

Called and got a great quote on labor only for my Wheel Hub Assembly. Was told to come in anytime the next day and the repair/replacement would be done while I waited in their express service lane. Great customer service and the total time I waited was less than 45 mins!!! Martin and his staff were upfront about what other services I may have needed but did not cram them down my throat. Excellent job! I definitely would recommend them.
