Recently, I was quoted 99.50 to change both headlights on my vehicle. When I showed up, I was told I was going to be charged 99.50 PER Headlight!The manager then told me he could charge me half the price for 1 headlight when I inquired why the price was SO HIGH for 2 headlights and asked why the phone associate stated differently.Get names of who you speak with here.I ended up paying 150 just to change headlights on my car. I could have done it myself free, but my fingers were too large when I tried.He really thinks 150 was a good deal for headlight replacement, and then he took pictures under my hood and told me my shocks looked bad when I never asked them to do that. I looked at the picture, and they just looked dirty.Not to mention, the replacement quote for 1 side to be replaced was almost 800 dollars not including the price for the parts.No thanks, I don't feel the need to go back to that place if the work is so outrageously high priced. I can go elsewhere for cheaper and not have to bring my own parts.

PSA: DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid $599 on diagnostics and testing . MARTIN REFUSED to provide me with any print outs for any of the test done or any codes on my vehicle. Martin charged me $200 in labor for his own mistake of not communicating with the owner of the car (i.e me) and putting parts and performing task I did not approve of. Martin held my car hostage to force me to pay these outrage prices. I replaced my air valve boot and mass airflow sensor (parts that I SUPPLIED) on my 2010 Nissan Sentra. To replace this part you effectively only have to remove about 4-6 screws (check attached photo to see how little labor is needed to replace the parts) The mechanics didn t need to take off my cars manifold the parts was not buried under other parts and takes about 10 minutes to change the parts. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE MARTIN WILL SCAM YOU AND SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND CALL IT A DEAL! I recommend A&I or Chad miller to get your mechanic work done!!

My experience with Bring Your Own Parts.- Quoted $399 for install of both lower control arms on my mid-sizepick-up truck.I ended up paying...- Paid $1200+ for labor, $190-ish for 'washers and sleeves' from the dealership.- Truck was taken in at 12pm Monday and finished by 3pm Tuesday. (considering the time the shop is closed)- I was told there was a lot of cutting and prying in order to get the "seized and corroded" items removed.-I was told additional blades were purchased and I was not charged for them.I paid the bill because they have possession of my truck and could keep it for "non-payment" - (I don't know the law). I needed to get to work, and haggling wasn't worth time wasted.So, to sum up - quoted $399, paid $1400+Maybe labor is $175 an hour?Based on my experience, you can make your own decision on whether to give them your business.An update 02/21/24: i was told an alignment was completed on the vehicle. Odometer reading at BYOP when work was done was 107751, odometer today from dealership 109984. I had a severe alignment issue with the vehicle and needed it fixed. I am not a mechanic and I am sure there are a numerous amount of factors to an alignment issue. Ive only put 2000+ miles and drive on streets. Either I was lied to or there is something wrong with my vehicle. Now, I did ask the dealership to inspect the suspension, and they did not find anything wrong.

A couple of months ago we had a headlight that possibly needed to be rewired. We saw Bring Your Own Part and decided to stop in and see if they could help out. $350 later they hadn t fixed anything even after the gentleman stated we can fix it . He suggested we run a diagnostic test that would pinpoint the problem. Ok, go ahead we needed to know where and what to do to fix this headlight. After the diagnostic test that was supposed to pinpoint the problem we were told again they couldn t find the problem. Never, never, never again will we go to another Bring Your Own Part !! BYOP replaced my headlight housing on my 2020 F150. They did an amazing job and worked hard to get me in and out in a timely manner. Price point was good and and staff were friendly.

I come in for an oil change and bring my own oil. They tell me they no longer do oil change but are willing to take me car in. I get charged $482 for break fluids and coolant exchange. They don t fill any of those fluids and who knows if they even ran a proper diagnostic. I can t believe they have the nerve to charge me that much money and not even do any of the service they put on the receipt besides the oil change.

I have a 2011 Lincoln TownCar. Needed the brake system flushed and the brake rotors & pads replaced as well. Martin was very professional & the team at BYOP was very efficient & friendly!! He even took the time to show me a few minor things that might need attention down the road. With over 30 years of automotive experience, Martin brings the know how AND Customer Service to BYOP!! I will definitely be coming back for my other car needs!!

The guys here installed my cat-back exhaust for my vehicle. Excellent work and attention detail! Martin and his crew here are straight forward and tell you like it is. From one Former Marine to the next, I'd expect nothing less! Andrew new what he was doing and they let me look everything over while on the lift before they finished the job. I went here a while back. I don't have a lot of money so I waited until I got my income tax to buy parts my car needed. I talked to Martin on the phone to let him know what needed to be changed out. He gave me a good deal over the phone so I said yes. I bought my parts that needed to be changed out and took those parts to him. He told me it would be best to leave my car there so I did just that. When he said my car was ready I was excited to pick it up, my car was going to have new parts, I was excited. I dropped three parts off with Martin. I went straight in to pay the bill with cash and left thinking everything was OK. Not long after that, I had my son change the oil for me to my car and he calls me, he's like mom I thought you you changed this part out, the old part is still on there. I was shocked! I called Martin right away and he acted dumb of course, my part was not on there and he said I never dropped it off! He charged me 700 dallors and only fixed my control arms for both the left and right side. My part stayed missing. Never got it back and got screwed on the price for sure, should've read these bad reviews about him, I would've never taken my car there for sure. This guy can't get away with doing people bad. So, I did try making a police report but you have to take the person to court . It's kinda like your word against there's. I should've fought it. Someone really needs to stop this business, and horrible people like Martin!! Please stay away from here.

I had mirror installed on my 18 ford fusion the shop is supper helpful Martin walked me through the process the price was fair and they performed work while I waited I would definitely recommend the shop to everyone

Even though their website says they do oil changes, they do not. Swung by and was told they don't do them, so I called their phone number to see if maybe the guy I talked to was misinformed. Same answer. No oil changes, even if I bring my own oil and filter.

Great Service/Pricing! The team at BYOP is incredible! I came in to get a spoiler installed, and they did a fantastic job. The waiting time was Minimal, and I will definitely be coming back and would 100% recommended.

Today I came in for an oil and filter change, I enjoyed the service simply because it s hard to find a great mechanic thats willing to works on European cars. The people here at BYOP were very nice and very professional. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back in the near future. Yooooo. I came in for a job I was affraid they were gonna tell me they couldn t do. Thought they were gonna tell me nah bro, needs to go to a body shop. These guys did the job and did a great job on it. Loved how the staff admired how my truck looked after. Great work guys.

I couldn t find a place that would work but on my Maserati and I had the parts from the dealership already I called and Martin got me right in with no hesitation it took longer then expected but due to the type of vehicle I had I understood. This is my second time coming to this location and I didn t have any problems. I highly recommend.

I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze LT and both Martin and his team were great. A few months ago I had my breaks, shocks and everything underneath my car replaced. They did a wonderful job! I had a faulty part for my struts just recently and they had me take it in right away and prioritized my car and fixed it right away. I m so grateful to both Martin and his team. I would highly recommend going here if you need work done. I will also be recommending them to both family and friends.
