I came to Brake Works due to their online ratings. I had a flickering ABS light in a 2002 GMC Sierra. They assessed the possible cause as a spliced wire from a repair from before I bought the truck. They were both honest and professional. I will definitely be back for future brake work. This business still understands and places a high premium on customer service. I highly recommend this location for your brake repairs.

Originally went to Midas for front brake pad replacement. They told me I needed new rotors. I wanted to try this place out after reading all the great reviews. Eddie is as advertised. They resurfaced my rotors and charged way less than Midas. They also pointed out I had wheel locks in which I did not have keys for. It is so easy to trust these guys despite the auto repair industry being so shady.Service: Brakes

Great service went in expecting a long wait, however quick and easy. Came in explained the issue I was having, took the car, drove it to test it, came back, took a look at the car and told me what I needed to get fixed and the price. Drove off and already felt the difference. Would definitely come back and recommend.

They diagnosed my car without a problem. Just a bit pricey. I was recommended by a friend. She did say they were pricey but they get the job done right the first time.

Just had brake work done on my vehicle and the experience was awesome. Eddie,Mark, Tim and his partner are the most trusted people in the auto repair business. Honest,trustworthy and friendly. And I have never been ripped off. This place is awesome. Thanks for the great work and fast service. Keep it up. Highly recommend them.

Are you are looking for Trustworthy. Honest. Reliable. Reasonable Price car repair shop? Your search is over! They were highly recommended by our neighbors. Great people to deal with. Get the job done promptly & right with a reasonable price. I paid what they quoted me even though it took them longer time to fix my car. I am now relieved that I found them as I don't like car dealership. And oh! I left my purse in the shop & it was passed their closing time but when I came back Justin was there waiting. I felt so bad for holding him up from going home. He kept my purse in their safe. Look no further! Let them take care of your car needs.

Excellent, fast brake job. They weren t the lowest price but sometimes you get what you pay for. It was a lot cheaper than the dealer and other shops that I checked. Best part is that they didn t screw up anything and the brakes work well. No vibration, no noise, and they brake evenly. Turned the drums and put on new front pads. Didn t try to upsell me and told me exactly what they found. The also do alignments and other front end work. I will be back for other similar work.

One of the best shops I have been to. They were fast, honest, and fair in their prices. Inspection was done within minutes and I was quoted a price before leaving. When picking up my vehicle I paid that price. This may not seem like a big deal but at a lot of places the moment you leave somehow they find another issue and prices almost always increase. Just to add to everything the owner was great and gave me a ride to and from his shop and acted happy to do it. Typically I will work on my vehicles myself to save money buy if I m ever strapped on time again I will 100% be visiting them again.

I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love the care, and dedication, Ray, Jason, and the entire Brake Works family show my car. They are such knowledgeable and skilled mechanics, as well as kind, professional and friendly individuals. Seriously if you need work done on your car, look no further. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back in the future. Absolutely amazing mechanics.

I am a woman traveling cross country alone and needed to find a shop that could repair my breaks and get me back on the road. I feel so fortunate to have found Break Works! They were honest, professional, and treated me like family. The prices were very fair. They took care of my travel van promptly without an appointment and had me on my way within a couple hours. I got my brakes fixed. Pads changed in front and they needed to fix my sensors on my brakes in the back. Took a little longer than told but they had to wait for a delivery part. Price was reasonable. They kept apologizing but there was no need. Car drove wonderfully.

If I've had any trouble with my car my dad told me to go to brake works, he has been taking his own vehicles there for the past 25 years and knows the owner very well. They are honest, know what they are doing, try to get you the best price possible, and they will work with you. They have a lot of good guys there and they will take care of you. If you ever need service on your car, truck, etc.. TAKE IT HERE!!

You want a trusting place to take you car or truck then take it here.There's quality work being done all the time there honest and don't try to screw You over.And great prices. They have two shops I've been to both same thing alkyl the tumor respectful trusted and great prices.Ty ed and Ray for everything.

I wish I could give them TEN stars! Wonderful, genuinely nice people. Got me it the same day I called, on a Friday before Memorial weekend! Diagnosed the problem and replaced my front brake pads, hoses, calipers and rotors by the end of that same day and for a very reasonable price. I will go there for ALL my car needs that they service! Thank you Ray and Justin!

I'm sure they're a good company, but I have yet to experience that. I called them in the morning to get a quote on brakes, told them that I will be off work at 5 can they do it? They said that's cutting it close so I told him I would get off work early they said okay. I got off work 30 minutes early rust to their shop just to be told they can't do it today saw that was more than a disappointment because I wasted my time going to their shop when I could have went somewhere else.

My family has been going here since 1990. Ray and crew are honest and well priced. We had 3 teenage sons and now I take my cars there. I hope it's around forever! They do more than just brakes, that's the best part.

I've gotten my car repaired here on multiple occasions over the past few years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & trustworthy.I always leave feeling like my car has been properly repaired & the cost of the repairs are reasonable.

Went Pep-boys, quoted me $1200 worth of work to fix my steering. A laundry list and needed to schedule an appointment. Went to Brake Works, found the issue was ball joints, which wasn't in the Pep-boys quote by the way... Fixed it same day I brought it in for quarter of the price. Genuine mechanics. Enough said.

Eddie is fantastic. Really stands behind his work. He did my brakes and was not happy with how the brake pads performed over a years time. So he replaced them with different break pads for free. Additionally he also replaced the rotors as well due to the damage the break pads had caused. If you want a shop that is honest and stands behind their work and the products they use, this is the place.

Outstanding costumer service and knowledgeable mechanics.Very honest and reasonable price . I'm very satisfied with the work they've done to my vehicle by replacing the "power brake booster" and charged me $312,when others were asking for $400, and the dealer of course $600+. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired at a trusted mechanic shop..
