I took my vehicle here in June of 2023 for a routine brake pad replacement. I was the only customer there and I waited for two hours after being told the current brake pads I had were the wrong size, then being told they were actually the right ones. After waiting two hours they took my vehicle for a test drive and the tire fell off of my vehicle because they failed to put the lug nuts back on my vehicle. They replaced the damaged parts from the vehicle for free, however I still paid for the brake service and had to keep the same damaged wheel from the accident.It is now March 2024 and I still have not received reimbursement for the rental cars I had to purchase, the Ubers I had to take and I have not been given the money to have my rim *fixed* not replaced.This incident cost me nearly $500 on top of the service I went in for and I was out of a vehicle for about half of a week. I am in contact with someone named Juan who claims he will only refund me $200, but has not issued anything for me for nearly 9 months and hardly answers my calls or returns my emails. After telling him I found weed on my passenger seat, he tells me that would never hold up in court .This is a shady company and I would never do business with them again and have told many people not to go to them for service.

I had a wonderful experience here. When I came in for my appointment, I was helped by Patrick. He was very friendly, explained everything super clearly, and was very efficient. I truly appreciated his help, especially since I tend to be a bit anxious when it comes to expensive car fixes. But I felt confident with his recommendations, and we made adjustments so it was also still in my price range. I also saw a clear differences in my brakes after, so I could tell he did a great job. I will definitely be back! :)

Cannot recommend this place enough. They save me $450. I went to places who blatantly lied to my face and told me I needed to replace my brakes. Jiffy lube told me front and a ma and pa shop told me rear. Brake check let me come in and see for myself with my own two eyes that my brakes were totally fine. I did not need them replaced at all. Thank you for saving me money and doing the inspection for free. You guys are incredible. You deserve all of the business !

Although I had an appt. It did take a little longer than expected. Overall they were kind and friendly . The technician was a girl that helped me, I wish I would have gotten her name. She was super friends and explained everything in a way I cam understand. Any questions asked she was happy to answer. Would Definitely recommend this store location.

My husband took his Toyota tundra to get an oil change about 5:40pm which was close to closing but Patrick took the truck in anyway, changed the oil and did a brake inspection for the back brakes, Patrick was very professional and helpful and we appreciated him staying late. The next day my husband returned for the installation of the back brakes and Patrick kept us informed of what needed to be done and service was done well and in a timely manner.

I took in our 2015 Altima back in November of 2022, and they replaced the brakes and the left rotor. It squealed after the work figured that it was just brand new pads not a problem. Gave the car to my son in March of 2023 and yesterday he said that he had some grinding. I took it in today and the left rear pads were worn out with the inside pad all the way down to the metal. They wanted to change the right and left rotors and there was nothing wrong with the right side. The manager said that they always change both rotors if they change one side. I worked on cars since I was a teenager. I have had cars since I was teenager, and I have never heard of the need to change both rotors when one is damaged, because they will both be going out. The manager talked to the owner and he said that it was an issue with the piston that caused the issue. This brings me back to the need to change both rotors. If it is the piston that is the cause then why are we charging both rotors? I feel like someone either did some shoddy work the first time and then they are trying to fleece me for some more money. Yes they offered money on the work but were pushing a second rotor to make up for it. I will add and send up a note to all of my fellow first responders to avoid this place like the plague.Service: Brakes

Patrick and Samantha have been doing maintenance work on my Grand Caravan the last month and have offered great customer service! And best of all my vehicle is happy with the new brakes and shocks/struts. Well done Brake Check.

I had the BEST experience at this Break Check location!!! Patrick was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond! He explained everything to me and showed me how the breaks work, super informative I loved that, I have never experienced that and I really appreciated that! If you go to this location ask for Patrick he is the BEST!!!

Shift Manager did a great job explaining all the necessary replacements needed & was very honest about the evaluation in the vehicle inspection. She was very professional & I Highly recommend this particular location. Would definitely recommend.

Went for an oil change, both guys were very nice and friendly, they were super fast, pricing was good and they didn't try to up sell me on anything. I had brought it to jiffy lube down the street for my last oil change and it was about $60 more, and they also told me my breaks were metal on metal, when we had only had the car maybe 4-6 months and the breaks were brand new when we bought it. The guys looked over everything and said my breaks were in near perfect condition. I will definitely go back to them. It's nice knowing I can go for one thing and not be up sold hundreds of $ on things I don't really need.

Had to give a star to leave a review! I was completely taken advantage of yesterday! I tried contacting corporate and they refuse to take accountability even to the part of returning my vehicle in lesser then the condition I gave them my vehicle in. So I ve proceeded to seeking legal action as this was not handled correctly at all.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Jiffy lube priced me 450 just for my rear break pads ! Went here instead and the mechanic SHOWED me physically it was actually my front break pads that needed to be changed. He did that plus shaved my rotors and replaced some other breaking equipment all for under $200! Pulled me in showed me all the parts and explained everything. Will be coming back here for now on!

People are nice and communicate. But was there for 2 hours after I had scheduled an appointment and I still had to wait a while for them to check my car. Only to find, after they checked it, they couldn't do anything.

I scheduled an appt since I had a grinding nose coming from my rear brakes on my 2017 Ford f150. From the time I scheduled the appt which was for 9am the next morning the person I dealt with, Patrick, was extremely honest with me. When I showed up he was very nice an showed me what I was hearing and there was nothing wrong with my brakes just rust from sitting too long in a shop. He didn't try to sell me on anything since he said my brakes still had a long life still. He said we don't do that here and try and sell you on what you don't need. I would definitely come back here.

My wife went for an oil change this weekend they spilled oil all over the motor and told her it will burn out within a day or two. She drove home smoke was coming out from both ends of the tires and hood. The car smells like oil change and I have leather seats. I ended up taking the car back and making them clean it out I am not pleased at all.

Real customer, real review. Absolutely amazing, not even joking! I wish I could give more stars! If you don't believe me, just look at how many 5 star reviews they have! I thought that they closed at 7 (they close at 6), and I got there at 5:45. I had scheduled an appointment for 5 days out, but had a major issue with my brakes that couldn't wait any longer. Miguel told me he had somewhere to be right at 6:30, but cancelled his plans to help me. Got me right in and got me taken care of and on the road within an hour at a great price for emergency last minute work! I truly can't thank them enough! 100% satisfied with the service and this crew deserves a lot more recognition than they probably get. Again, thank you both so much for helping me and you guys need to be recognized by upper management for what you did because you absolutely deserve it. I will definitely be back because of that kind of service!

Manuel was incredibly friendly and helpful, explained every aspect of what they d be doing with my vehicle clearly!
