I had a really bad accident, and decided to go with Bolados. They did an excellent job getting my truck back on the road, and in a reasonable time too. I was very impressed on their professionalism and precision. Frame work had to be done, which turned out perfect. All of the mechanical and body work was done perfectly as well. Truck came back to me basically looking brand new from the factory. Truck drives better than it did before honestly. I look forward to giving them more business. Thank you!

Out right lies on painting practices, poor customer service, job took two weeks longer than expected, terrible workmanship quality. Peeling and flaking within 2 months. Had to pay someone else to strip and paint it correctly. Avoid Balado at all costs, don t waste ur money.2nd:Add poor record keeping practices to that list of horrors!

Amazing experience. Had my car done within the week. Great communication, amazing work. My car was hit while it was parked. Wasn't sure what to do. Called dealership and was recommended to this place. They helped me with everything every step of the way. Dealted with the insurance for me and called with updates. After a car accident, my car was taken to Bolados. John was very friendly and helped me with the process of repairing my car. They fixed it in a timely manner and my car was ready within the time frame given. Took my vehicle here for body work after being side swiped on the highway. They worked with my insurance company to handle all the paperwork and claim information. I barely had to do anything. The body work came out great and they even took out a small dent in my door unrelated to the accident for free!! They matched the paint perfectly on my 5 year old Pearl White Cadillac. There was no difference in the color of the new parts and the rest of the car. Definitely going to use this place again.

Every time I walk into the shop I feel like I'm greeting my family. Everyone at Bolado's has taken great care of me and my car. They never fix anything that doesn't need to be fixed - they do the only the necessary changes for the fairest price. My Ford Taurus has over 236,000 miles on it and, after a few things went wrong right in a row, they got her back on the road running like a new car. I wouldn't trust anyone but these guys in San Antonio. There's a reason they've been open for 40 years! Extra thanks to Manuel, John, and Blake.

Despite Liberty Mutual suggesting I get my car repaired with the big name companies in the north side of San Antonio, I decided to try my business with an automotive repair shop I ve driven past the last 30 years. From the moment I walked into the building, Bolado staff treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. They immediately did a preliminary walkthrough with me and assured me they d get my 2016 Dodge Challenger looking like new again. Within an hour my insurance set up an appointment with Bolado for an appraisal for repairs. The next day, my car (my baby) was in their hands. Within a week I got a call that my car was ready. Just as they promised, my car was looking as if it had never been rear ended. I was amazed at how they were able match the exact color of the paint. Not only did they 100% fix everything they even repaired an old door ding and polished one of my chrome rims at no extra charge. I highly recommend Bolado for your automotive needs. 10/10-James

I've been taking my vehicles here for the last 10 years they do tremendous work wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone they're very good at working with your deductible

I took my 2006 Toyota Tundra to have the hood repainted. They gave me a very fair quote. My truck was ready when they told me it would be and they did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Took my truck in to be serviced after being involved in a auto accident. Came in to Bolado's automotive on 3930 sw military. The guy's in the we're exceptionally helpful. Especially the mgr. He was very honest and professional. Explained everything in detail as to what kind of service was expected

The customer service is truly professional, I felt very comfortable doing business there. They didn't hesistate to answer any queries or concern I had pertaining to my vehicle. It was smooth sailing for me and they kept in touch as the rendered the service. I didn't get a hold up n the job was done even more than what I expected. it was a job well done!!!

Stopped by this shop just to check them out not intending to get service so impressed and although I live 40 miles away I put my car in for body repairs they did a fantastic job John was excellent as a service advisor and got my car back a day early.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is CROOKED and DISHONEST. Took in a truck for cosmetic damage only. After staying at this shop, the truck DID NOT RUN anymore. They stole the original parts and swapped them with parts that did NOT work. STAY AWAY from these THIEVES.

Worst place ever went there to get an estimete 2 days later they where charching 700 for storage fees lady is rude and dosent tell you anything about there services and they refuse to give cars back DO NOT GO THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY
