I am extremely satisfied with Leroy's work. He was very professional, on time, and got the car working exactly like it should. I have a 2002 E46 that had a leaky evaporator core. He completely disassembled the interior and then put everything back together perfectly. If you are looking for a good honest BMW mechanic, this is the place to take your car. He is the only person I trust to work on my vehicles. I highly recommend him to anyone that owns a BMW.

Took my E39 M5 to bmw doc this morning, had bearly made it there , Mr Leroy started scanning car , 21 codes on car , after several hrs of troubleshooting he came to conclusion that car is running out of gas , I just replaced fuel pump and filter, still bulging out , added gas and running fine now , has another vacuum pick up tube in tank that is not transferring fuel to other , good job Leroy , now I can repair car , would definitely recommend this guy for BMW needs . Bmw-doc is the best!Any service that my car needs i will bring it here. Leroy had my 5 series running like new in no time. Highly recommend this shop. Leroy and Tammy got you covered.

Been going to Leroy for a year now could be longer but I m not taking my car to no one else besides him . Yes BMW parts are expensive and can be a tremendous headache including labor cost but the most important thing is whatever needs to be fixed is fixed correctly with him I feel lucky to have someone willing to show me and explain the problems also thanks BMW Doc!

Leroy did a great job on replacing the motor mount on my X1, as well as thoroughly inspecting every part of the car to do a full diagnostic. Leroy is a very honest professional that will charge you reasonable prices. Unexpectedly my convertible top didn't fully close, of course I was quite concerned about it because the hardtop convertible mechanism is a complicated system, so repairs can be pretty expensive. Called BMW-Doc and got an appointment, so after securing the top, I drove to the shop and left the car there to be diagnosed. Just a couple of hours later Leroy called me saying that the problem was just a minuscule misalignment of one of the sensors in the trunk! WOW! That was a huge relief, I couldn't have been happier with the diagnosis. He also said he noticed that the valve cover was leaking some oil, so he replaced the valve cover. I trust Leroy 100%, he is an honest man, and that's just as important as being a fully trained BMW professional.Without hesitation, I recommend BMW-Doc, Leroy and his wife run a great "concierge type" BMW service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Leroy was very knowledgeable and was able to identify what the problem was with my BMW X3 with little to no wait he was professional and I would recommend anyone who has a BMW to go to him for his expertise. Leroy told me 5 days for parts order and 3 days for labor. Finally get my car back 3 weeks later. He returned my car to me in only partial working condition. Did not even put 50 miles on my car before it quit again. Leroy refuses to take my calls or answer my texts. Would not recommend him to anyone.

I live in the Austin area, But been looking for someone I trust in the San Antonio area to take care of my daughter BMW , Leroy had so many great reviews and man I see why , diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a half of day. Good experience with BMW-DOC. This is a one man shop adjacent a residential area. I do not consider this to be a drawback. He is formerly a BMW tech ( trained master technician). I consider him to be superior competence at more reasonable rates. His residential setup makes him careful in what jobs he takes and who he works with. He will work with you on your automotive issue and make choices which are driven by your best interest. My experience is as regards an e39 M5 and it s relatively rare s62 engine. A lot of local shops that advertise specialty BMW work didn t want to spend much time on the phone with me or didn t want to go near this engine. BMW DOC didn t shy away. Give him a call. If nothing else you will get a solid opinion/recommendation on how to handle an issue.Service: Engine repair

Leroy is the ONLY person I allow to work on my car. I live in Frisco TX and have traveled and even towed my vehicle to San Antonio to have work done on it. Never once have I been disappointed or had to have anything redone after having my car serviced by Leroy!! If your looking for an affordable, honest, and knowledgeable mechanic, you have certainly found him!!

New to the area and needed pretty quick service to my 328i. I wanted to go somewhere not the dealership to get good quality, professional service. BMW DOC took very good care of me and my vehicle. I even had to get a special California specific part and it was no problem at all.
