My experience here was nothing but great. I came from another shop that tried to rip me off. They re extremely transparent and wonderfully communicative and helpful. Rex was great and so was the rest of his team. I really have nothing but great things to say about this shop!

Excellent shop. As a Soldier who has moved many times and had to change mechanics frequently and find reputable ones in new areas, I can confidently recommend Bitters Road Automotive with my whole heart. They are timely, intelligent, and able to explain everything in a way that leaves you confident in their professionalism and more confident in your own vehicle! I cannot recommend this local shop enough!

The team here is honest and fair. Came here after another auto shop tried to rip me off. They were able to resolve the actual issues for 1/5 what the other shop was asking. It s getting harder to find an auto shop to trust these days - this team is that trusted agent. Thanks!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is tremendously experienced and genuinely tell you what you need to get the job done and be safe on the road vs other places which just try and sell you stuff. The shop was readily available to accept my vehicle and provide excellent quality of service and it was only a one day turnaround. The dealership had me scheduled a week out to just assess the problem. I would recommend this A++++ automotive company to everyone! They assessed and repaired the problem within a reasonable time and I felt the charges were very reasonable. Service: Electrical repair

I was in a panic. Called up Bitters Automotive and they saved my day! Engine light was blinking, I had no idea what that could mean, and after being out of work for a week it was not what I needed. I needed to be back at work. But the guys here took care of me and I am back on road to work! Love that they explained everything to me so I could understand. I will be going back when my next maintenance is needed!

There is a reason why this shop is highly rated! They earn it! Thanks to Rex and Joe for superior service. We had been chasing an intermittent problem on our Jeep for two years. I had worked on it. Other mechanics had worked on it. Nobody could fix it! Well, Joe found it, and he fixed it! No more problem! He was the only one with the experience to get it done! Super trustworthy, and I don t throw this term around loosely, but they treat you like family. No up sell. Just honest business. You can trust them to take care of you car or truck!

The gentleman there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only do they tell you what's wrong but they tell you the truth. If what you suspected is not in fact bad or as bad as you thought they are honest!! No trying to push you into services you do not need. I picked up my sister's vehicle and they explained what they felt was the real issue and then gave us information about our own vehicle and things we could do to help it last longer. These gentlemen won my business for future vehicle needs and I know my sister plans to do the repairs here also. Highly recommend this shop.

This shop saved me money and even more valuable to me my time! I had called around to a few different places, getting quotes for troubleshooting an electrical issue. I had even gone as far as setting up an appointment with the dealership to which I didn t end up showing up to thankfully. The dealership had quoted me an initial charge of $160 to run meters and would have ended up charging me multiple days of labor in troubleshooting. Thankfully, I had second thoughts and felt like looking for a local shop. The mechanics were very helpful over the phone, and even though having a completely full schedule, were able to squeeze me in to a hectic day to help get me back out on the road. Thankfully, I was able to get the car up and running with the help of the team of mechanics at Napa.Integrity is a hard thing to find nowadays, but there is no lack of integrity and willingness to solve problems at this shop.I will definitely be back in the future but hopefully not too soon.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto battery maintenance, Battery

My son got a quote to get his brakes fixed from a known chain and they had two pages full of things they said needed to be replaced. I took the car into Bitters Automotive a week later and had both sets of brakes replaced. Rex checked the other items and basically cleaned up the existing parts and had us on our way the next day. It is so nice to be able to trust auto repair shop.Service: Auto brake replacement

Had a unique problem with no breaks but brakes didn't show wear. They quizzed me about the history of my truck and were able to pin point the problem when no one else could. I came here a few weeks ago for a new alternator. Immediately felt good about this place when I walked in. The lead mechanic is highly skilled and explained what would need to be done. I felt very well taken care of. High quality customer service and perfect installation. My van was read the very next day!

I am so grateful to have found a shop with people who are actually really knowledgeable about cars, and whom I can trust.They did a great job with brakes and an oil change on my car, and were also very kind and helpful in determining that my son's car wasn't worth the cost of the repairs it needed.The only challenge is timing - they're a small shop, and do good work, so lots of people like them... Hence they can get very busy, and have no time for you on a given day.Overall: Can't recommend them highly enough!

Came in to get my brakes serviced since there was a warning on my car. They explained how brakes work in detail, did a quick check, didn't charge me for it and told me everything was fine. Very friendly, clearly good guys.

These guys were great. I really appreciate the way they communicate and they do great work.They also stand behind whatever they warranty and I can really appreciate that
