I desperately needed new brake pads and rotors. I learned of this company when I was buying the parts from an auto parts store. I m so happy I did because it was going to cost about $600+ to have it done(even though I bought the parts myself) at brake repair places. He was on time and did a great job. Honest as well. Turns out I didn t need all my rotors replaced, only two. He discovered they still have a few years left on them as long as I keep up with the brake pads. I was able to return the parts and saved so much money. I would 100% recommend this service to everyone. Oh and he fixed my bumper in a snap too! I didn t even request it he just saw it was misaligned so he fixed it.

Once again Billy Bob's saved the day. My husband and I just got in a new Freightliner and the dealership was no help. Julio took care of everything. Don't bother to go anywhere else, one stop to fix your truck right! Excellent service. Thank you Julio and Eva for keeping us on the road.

On our way back from the coast, our motorhome died existing the interstate.We came to a stop completely blocking their entire driveway. They don't work on gas engines. However they were able to figure out what was wrong. We ran and got the part, which they installed. Then we were up and running. Not only did they make the best of what could have been catastrophic. They also maintained their sense of humor during the time we had their business completely blocked both entering and exiting.Special thanks to Julio, Andrew, and John.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've been there 3 times. Tractor inspection, battery change-out, and tire change-out. What can I say... they were thorough and professional with a great price. As an owner-op, I will continue to give them my business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - While stuck on the side of the road with three broken leaf springs on my RV, I contacted this company. They were very kind and accommodating. It turns out that 3345km later, I had to redo all the leaf springs on my RV. Standens - a well-known manufacturer of leaf springs located in Calgary - conducted expertise. It turns out that Billy Bob installed the wrong leaf springs (2400lbs instead of 3000lbs as I requested and required by the manufacturer) in addition to being of poor quality and improvised bushings. I tried to get a refund or an amicable arrangement, but they never returned my call or answered my email. Long story short: I got cheated out of USD$1000.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We needed an an axle replacement on site on our fifth wheel and were unable to find any mobile rv people available or skilled to do the job. The people at Billy Bob s were exceptional from the office staff thank you Amy to Samuel he was able to even come a day earlier to help us in our situation. He was very experienced, very knowledgeable, very kind and considerate of our needs. They charged a fair price for a great job done. Even went out of their way to pick up our part because we could not disconnect from the fifth wheel. Cannot recommend them enough.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Excellent mechanics! Took my Pete to at least 8 places and finally found mechanics that were able to fix all my problems with my truck. Only took a few days, unlike weeks at the dealership! Highly recommended. Julio and Eva are the best

People were not friendly at all. Ended up quoted me 197$ for the tire with tax included. But paid 236$ before leaving. Prices were to high.

I have four former military vehicles and two have enormous tires. I supplied the 9 tires for the vehicles and called on BBR&T to come out and replace them all. They did exceptional work and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. If you have a military vehicle in need of tire replacement or repair call on them and ask for Jimmy. I been doing business with this shop since 2018. I took one of our trucks for a PM and for them to find an air leak that other shops can t find and like always this shop provides me with an above and beyond service. Julio always goes above and beyond in getting our trucks fix right and on time . He has good people skills and always treats us with respect and integrity. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Excellent service! Just bought a used motorhome that needed new tires and shocks. We shopped around and decided on Billy Bobs due to all the good reviews. Very please with the service. I have used Billy Bob s twice already for my 18 wheeler, they have earned my business and are my primary go to shop. Every time I call they get me right in and out within a Day or so, (major repair) . they do the job the right way and never had an issue. Julio, John, and Eva are always helpful and show great customer service. If you are an Owner Operator I highly recommend this shop they will get you in and out and job done right the first time. Its hard to find shops that will get you in when you call, when I have a truck issue I call Billy Bobs and they get me in same day or next day and their turnaround is faster then any shop out there. I will continue to use them in the future on all my truck repairs. Thank you guys!!!!!

If we could go higher, we would! Quick response time, excellent repair on flat truck tire. A little spendy, but what we would expect on emergency repair in less than 30 minutes.

I was traveling and in a bind when I pulled in and immediately got a helpful guy that turned out to be the owners son. I went and found a pair of used tires that were perfect for me. Had a slack adjuster s-cam and housing replaced, they took 2hrs to finish job they charged me for 4hrs Julio said that its 4 hrs because they go by a book, its $125 per hr, another shop told me they would charge me $150 per hr and that the job would take less than 2hrs , Julio told me it would take around 4hrs to do the job but i already new that it would take 2hrs (acording to other places and youtube)and i figured Julio said 4 as a max time frame in case they ran into issues. So I decided to do the job with billy bobs since I already do business with them in the parking section. I figured i would pay around $400 $450 max with seals and parts It was $700 total so im not happy about that. The job seems to be well done mechanic did a good job everyone was polite, I just feel i was mislead and that prices should be written down in an estimate if they are gonna go by the book . Also i picked up 3 bolts from the ramp on the bay were they worked on my truck so watch ur tires going in and out, maybe they forgot to sweep them or job security whi knows

Went here for an unscheduled RV tire repair and was seen immediately. They told us to come right in and when we got there I talked to the mechanic right away. They were busy but We were in the repair bay with in ten minutes and done and paid with in an hour, even over lunch. Everyone was amazing and nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
