I have a wheeling trip in 4 days and needed a quick adjustment to my Jeeps ball joints. Tony, and the gang, were able to get me in and square away my steering so that I was ready to go wheeling. Bikini Offroad offers quality and friendly work/repairs/upgrades to your Jeep or other off road vehicle. Stop by and talk to Tony and the staff.

Outstanding customer service and knowledge at this shop. Truly genuine customer service and care for the customer and vehicles and they are determined to make you happy and fully aware of what needs to be done and what it will take. These guys and girls do not cut corners and honor their word and their work. Have been coming to this shop for a year now and have made relationships with all whom I have interacted with. Level of comfort I with this shop is unrivaled. Good people doing good work.

Highly recommend. Came in with a laundry list of issues with my Jeep. I received friendly service and they addressed everything from large problems to small. Started with a full engine replacement and worked all the way through to suspension. I was shown the exact work and price before they started, communication was fantastic, and I was completely satisfied. These folks really knew what they were doing and they run their business in a friendly and welcoming way.

Meet a good man. This is Tony from Bikini Offroad in San Antonio. An amazing expert at jeeps and jeep modifications, friendly and incredibly honest. I finally had him replace the soft top on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler and he did an outstanding job. Next up is a punch list of mostly minor repairs before it gets shipped back to Florida.

Absolutely the best 4x4 shop I have ever been to. Family owned and operated. Everybody here is amazing. I am on a road trip and had some issues with my Jeep and this place came highly recommended. They were able to get me in the same day. Quality of work was Top Notch and the price was great.

Tony was very helpful with the items I needed for a local jeepers Jeep very friendly and professional. I even got to hold the flashlight. If you are in the Grater San Antonio area and need parts or service for your jeep. Come check them out.

Fantastic experience here. After taking my Jeep to another auto repair shop for 3 different diagnostics and them misdiagnosing 2 of the issues and not even getting to the third after 5 days in the shop, Bikini was able to get all the issues properly diagnosed and resolved in a day and a half, even with custom ordered parts. It s 100% the only shop in town now that I will allow to touch my Jeep. Thank you Bikini Offroad!

I Love this shop and all the staff!Tony especially made our day when he said they can fabricate just about anything! We asked if they could build us custom running board brackets for our 4 Wheel Drive Sprinter and boy did they deliver!

Called over the phone and explained some steering issues. They were able to squeeze me in Same day and diagnose my issues. Come to find out due to UAW strike the part I needed wouldn't be available until who knows when. Hours later Got a call back telling me they were able to find it and could get me scheduled to get my jeep repaired at the end of the month.Awesome Experience. They go out of there way to help you and have my businessUpdate: Had an Appt for an install. Gave me an estimate for approx 3 hours and was done in half that. Kept me up to date the whole time and when my ride was ready. So far seemed to solve my issues. Definitely going back for any needs I may have

went by Bikini today after putting off getting some jeep issues looked at... my husband owns a 2013 JK and I, a 2015 JKU.They started talking to us immediately: my husband suspected his clutch was going out again (replaced by Bikini in 2021) and I had a check engine light that was showing O2 sensor malfunction.Tony drove my husband's jeep and came back with the his (Tony's) suspicion as confirmed... that the centerforce clutch that was installed a few years ago... the weights inside of it just make a sound after awhile... that unfortunately (or fortunately) nothings wrong with the clutch and go home we don't want your money. (I maye be describing the exact non issue incorrectly)For mine, they plugged it in the machine and the code that we had already replaced one of the O2 sensors was still showing same... we replaced (at home) the wrong one....Didn't charge us for their advice and sent us on our way after I booked an appt to have a teraflex leveling kit to be installed.Came home, grabbed one more sensor, did the other side and the check engine lights is now off.heck yea Bikini! thanks!

Took my Jeep in to get a leveling kit and it came out great. But what really surprised me is that these guys fix a couple of my other problems around my Jeep. I didnt even have to ask them either. Thanks for going the extra mile. Wont be going anywhere else.

I am new to the Jeep community. Bought a used 2014 JKU in March 2023, only 15k miles with a four inch lift. Noticed there was a clunking noise. My husband replaced the driver, rear heim joint. He then saw there was a bind in the suspension lift, hence why the heim joint probably went out. Bikini Offroad took a look and did a four wheel alignment and made sure everything was in spec with the suspension. Staff is very knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely be going back for future jobs for my Jeep!!

Their labor rates and fees will crush you. They are on the very high side for quotes and installs. There are a few other reputable shops in town at a fraction of the price this shop will charge and very comparable quality.

Special thanks to Tony, Brandon, Mike for Diagnosing my jeep!Mike went above and beyond explaining the detail of the transmission issue and some steering issues that he observed. Bikini Offroad should be everyone's first choice when it comes to Jeep upgrade/repair.A month wait was worth it.

At the beginning of the year, I talked to one of their mechanics about a lot of work I was planning for my Tacoma. They looked at my truck, took notes and gave recommendations of parts for me to buy for them to install. 2 months later, my truck was hit and ran and thise upgrades were put on hold. I will finally be getting my truck back from the body shop this week, and called Bikini Offroad to setup an appointment to repair some minor suspension damage and to start working on the extra mods I had planned with them previously, but was told that they only work on Jeeps now, and can't work on Toyotas.Not sure what happened between the beginning of the year and now, but Toyota owners shouldn't bother with this shop. Their website says they can meet all of your offroad vehicle needs, but that seems to be a lie.

I'm a certified mechanic and one of my family members took their jeep here and got lied to multiple times. After they paid almost 8k in repairs they still didn't finish and had wires hanging down, other parts not working that was working before they touched it. Very bad customer service and a rip off. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.. Took 5 almost 6 months to do a wiring harness and wasn't even done right.

Great service and quality work, the entire experience was awesome!! I had a 2 skyjacker lift installed on my 92 Islander after all work was complete it lifted my Jeep 4 . Thanks to Brandon for recommending this lift. Looks great and ready for the trails!! Guy with the blue mohawk was pretty cool too. I ll definitely be doing business with them in the future.

I went in to see if they can fix a fuel supply tube problem, they unfortunately were booked out for a while but handed me a simple clip. They suggested that I just replace the clip first before anything else to see if it would solve the problem.AND IT DID. Thanks guys for helping a new jeeper save some money. Looking forward to doing more business with y all in the near future

Tony and the crew are great....yes, some the work can get pricey, but they do great work and they do honor their warranty on work and on labor. They are knowledgeable about Jeeps and WILL NOT poke your eyes out for cash. They are honest and reliable people. I highly recommend, especially if a general mechanic tell you one thing, these guys are great for a second opinion. They go out of their way to help. Again, they are honest and knowledgeable too.

Did a great job getting my jeep aligned after I installed my lift kit. Would definitely recommend. Got the work done quick at the time of my appointment and jeep drives very straight.I hate taking my vehicles to the shop, I would much rather do the work myself. These guys restored my faith that there are still good shops out there.

Bikini offroad is the only shop you should take your Jeep to. They are simply the best. Not only is their work solid, they take the time to fully explain and go over every detail with their customers. I ve been a loyal customer for 5 years now and don t plan on taking my Jeep anywhere else. Shout out to Robert and Tony! And thank you to the whole bikini team.June 2023 update: The crew is still doing great work and taking care of customers with above and beyond service! :)

This place is great. They're extremely busy but worth the wait. My Jeep is always in good hands with the techs here. Customer service is pretty good considering how busy they are. The front desk guy seems very knowledgeable in what they offer and what you need. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who owns a Jeep.
