Went in to get an estimate for new tires as I had suffered some road hazard damage while I'm a temporary work assignment in San Antonio. They had exactly what I wanted in stock at the warehouse and I was able to get an appointment for 8:00 a.m. the next day. Overall, it was one of the better experiences I've had getting my truck serviced.

For someone who doesn t know about the maintenance of the tires, it would have been great to have a full understanding of what was being purchased. How the promotion truly worked, and an itemized receipt for the initial purchase, rather than a deposit receipt when payment was taken. I don t mind going the distance for a location I feel comfortable or like and paying what is needed. I do my Best to stay within the budget I have set for myself for the things that are needed. This went over my budget, but told myself this is needed. After looking at the itemized receipt, I could have gotten a better offer else where. I was told the filter I needed was included within the price I had payed, and it was not. I was then quoted an additional $25 on top of the $600 I had not expected to pay. I went here thinking I was getting a great deal. Didn t have my sensors checked, the day I payed I was told they would be checked. I needed this checked so I can later come back and make the purchase for new sensors. I was told I would get a discount on my filter, since it needed to be changed and it would be a lower price, but I don t live near the location, and didn t think the drive would have been worth it. This was extremely upsetting and hurtful for me. Lesson learned, I have to become my own expert.

Tony, the manager is awesome. Made sure intake area was nice and clean. Robert and Chris were the techs in the garage that handled my oil change and tire rotation. I watched as they worked. They work great as a team, pretty fast as far as oil changes & tire rotations go. Plus, they had some classic R & B hits jamming in the garage. Tony, went on to explain what's up with the suspension on my vehicle and we got a plan in place. Great service! I'll be back & I'd encourage anyone to go!! Oh and crazy great price on my full synthetic oil change too!!!

Theres a gremlin that works there i believe his name was mauricio , he such a sweet and nice boy took real good care of me and my family and got us right just on time for me and my family to feel comfortable on our 12 hr trip , THANK YOU MAURICIO

I never really leave reviews, but this place was amazing! Service was fast and the price is more than reasonable. Went in for an alignment and I was expecting to be there all day, but they brought my car around before I finished watching a show on my phone. Staff is super friendly and they know what they are doing. I ll be sure to come back to get other services done with them.

Originally went in May for an oil change thay was supposed to come with a multipoint inspection. I was told I needed to change all my tires (only needed to change two really) and that I needed a brake and transmission flush. I didn't do these services, and 2.5 months later I noticed some odd behaviors with my vehicle. They did a free inspection, since it turned out it hadn't actually been done before, and they noted SEVERAL things wrong with my vehicle that were emergent. And even agreed if the original inspection had been done, some of those items would have been noticed. Gentleman at the counter discussed options, we discussed what were the most important to fix first, and he worked with me on a couple of quotes.

I have always been worried about getting ripped off or being sold something that I never needed for my vehicles. Then I can here and meet Trinidad and he was able to tell me everything from what they can see from a simple oil change. They were able to fix my break issue quick and for a great price. Then I had another issue with my other car. I called and talked to Mario, so professional and knew his stuff. I thought for sure it was my water pump. He looked it over and found it was actually some plugs that are known to go out on my vehicle. I have gone to this shop over 3 times and have always left there confident that my car needs are taken care of. If you are looking for a place, I highly recommend Big O Tires a chance.

The staff is absolutely refreshing in these days and times where everyone seems to be angry and doesn t have pride in their work . Dulce from the moment she answered the phone when I called showed me she was very interested in what my needs and concerns were and didn t talk fast or rush to get me off the phone right away ! She searched pricing and availability and let me give her my feed back without pushing me in a choreographed script !!! Once I got there they did their jobs quickly efficiently and were all extremely polite . I highly recommend giving them a chance to show you what they showed me !!!!

Thanks Johnny for the awesome customer service you were vary nolledgable and quick to help me I appreciate your help and thanks to Big O Tire shop and the tech guys who installed my tires & alignment. I will recommend friends and family also they serviced my car so fast I was in and out with new tires, alignment in about 1 hour so glad I went in and not the second choice I had in mind. Once again Thank you so much.

Was definitely struggling with the price of having to replace all 4 of my tiers but they absolutely helped me with staying as close to my budget as possible with keeping my families safety on the streets in mind with the quality of tiers. I was also in and out on the same day and feel definitely much more confident back on the road again with safe reliable service done to my cars shoes lol. I definitely recommend them.

I recently took my 2020 Camry to check a noise that I kept hearing. The technicians stated it was my struts. After spending over $1,200.00 the noise persisted. A friend of mine had his mechanic check it again and it turned out it was my hub seal. I had to spend another $400 to replace it. Never again will I do business with them. They should ve known what it was.

Mario was excellent and friendly. He ordered my tire and it was installed the next day. Tony helped me to get the service going was professional and prompt. The young man that installed the tire was very informative and respectful of my questions. I will return to this location for my tire needs.

Had to replace 2 tires on my drivers side from hitting a huge pothole. Since I bought all 4 tires from them and added the warranty for all 4 it was such a relieving feeling to know that I could get them replaced w/o having to pay a whole lot of money!! Plus the service was fast and staff was very polite!!! Highly recommend them

I'm writing this on December 2022 and I must say my recent service visit here has greatly improved. I had not visited for about a year and had the same service done that I received today and the service took the entire amount that the business was open. I'd even called someone to take me home (instead of waiting). Today the service took a normal amount of time. I hope that continues. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because I had called 2 days prior and scheduled an appointment. I had difficulty getting to that appointment but I made it on time just to be told when I arrived I didn't have an appointment. So all the difficulties I had just been through were for not. I did not like that at all. If I set an appointment with someone over the phone it should be in the computer. I was still seen tho'. I do notice some training still needs to be done here and there as well as better communication between the back and the front and maybe even some smiles from the mechanics to the customers when they enter the front could be applied, but it has greatly improved and I will return.

I have been bringing my vehicles to this store for oil changes and tire rotations for several years. Anthony and his team are always courteous and do an extremely professional job every time. If I have an issue that needs addressing they will make me aware. It's hard to find such outstanding service nowadays, and this store is a shining star on the Southside. Keep up the great work!

As a repeat customer to the location, the staff is overall very friendly and pretty quick on what s to be done. A few things to address are 1) that there s no baby changing station in either restroom. There s a city ordinance in Bexar County for this, FYI. 2) the staff out of habit park in the 2 handicap parking lots in front of the building. I ve had to address this once in the past in late 2022. Other than what s mentioned, the staff are helpful and respectful. I appreciate them.

I love going to big o tires for my truck needs. Came out of dialysis,truck wouldn't start. Walked to 2 auto repair shops who told me get the car to them then they would see if they could help. I walked to BOT, by then l was exhausted, could barely stand. The manager named Mario Arrambide immediately came over got me comfortable took my keys and went to my truck. Told me he tried to bust my battery but it was dead. He gave me a good price with warranty. Replaced battery and adjusted all the workings on the dashboard. Brought the truck to me with no extra fees! I went yesterday five months later to get oil change and Mario still rembered me! Being a senior citizen he really looks out

The service was done well I had a Groupon was attended right away. The oil change took about an hour to do from check in to check out. The staff was busy so there wasn t much talk. They got the job done. Now as far as the place it needs a little clean up floors were dirty. Overall satisfied. They literally handed us the key charged us $9 dollars extra for the oil not covered by Groupon and we walked out.

Excellent service! The gentleman was a big help. I bought the tires I needed, suggested that my car needed an alignment. The price was VERY reasonable! Than you SO much for your help....

Great customer service. My son was in urgent need of new tires on a Saturday afternoon. My son was leaving to Houston on Sunday and the young gentleman at the counter did everything to ensure he found the special tires his car required. He made it happen and had a great attitude about it. Car was ready by end of day. Thank you for going above and beyond!

They had my truck in 4 new tires in about 30 minutes. They had my tires in stock and were able to take care of me fast. They were all cool guys and didn't cause me any anxiety.

Went in for an alignment. Went for breakfast thinking would be a long wait. Alignment was done faster than our food was served. When we arrived for pick up, we were given complete and understandable details of what was done. Will definitely go back.

I needed a tire fixed, it had a nail in the wall and I had a 2:00 appointment. I pulled in at 1:20 and they got my tire fixed fast and I made it to my appointment on time! That made me happy!

The representative Anthony went above and beyond to assisted me. I was scatterbrained and lost my wallet. Thanks to his kindness and patience, I recovered my wallet and all around it was a great experience. Great customer service and service. Thank you!
