Felix at the front was very helpful and provided great customer service. This location has always provided excellent customer service and that's why I will remain a loyal customer. The manager Robert was extremely friendly and as a business owner I loved to see the respect and professionalism in which he treats his employees. Great establishment!!!

Picked up a screw in the rear tire of my Alfa Romeo came in early Monday morning they got me in right away were able to repair the tire and get me back on the road in 45 min. I love this shop they always take care of me and never scratch a wheel.

Fast service. I ve been in there twice in the past 10 days, and they got me in and out reasonably fast both times. Prices are fair.

The workers were very nice, however nice doesn't equate to great car service.They didn't have me sign for work on my car prior to servicing or even afterwards.They did a synthetic oil change (5 quarts of oil) and a tune up.They informed me of a bottom pan oil leak.They said they checked my fluids however they did not top any of them off. After I checked under the hood, the window washer and brake fluid were low.They said my tire pressure was fine however my tire pressure was too high at 38 it's only supposed to be 32.I paid $300 all together for oil change and tune up when All they did was change my Spark plugs for the tune up .Keep in mind this was done in an hour. ( Usually regular tune ups can take up to 2 hours)Being that they specifically specialize in Tires, they didn't say anything about my warning light about the Tire system or that I needed to get that checked out at the dealership.When you Take my money can you at least do your job in educating me about my car needs.Also if I had known they were only changing out the spark plugs I could have had my Son do that.Well thanks Big O Tires Formally known as NTB.I think I'll stick with Discount Tire next time.

Good guys, balanced 3 wheels and replaced 2 tires. Not the cheapest in town but they use professional equipment. Took me as a walk in and had me out in 3hrs I can t complain since other people were already scheduled

I usually never put review but this worst oil change service ever. Even having appointments i wait 2 hours just for oil change recently and after couple of days later it came to my attention there is oil leak and it is Weekend, so i need to wait until Weekday to find what they have messed up and need to see how they can fixed it. Why they cant do through check on to first place if there is leak or not.Also, I trust other customers review also that they might have not done any inspection or tire rotation.FYI before oil change there was never leak issue. Im sure they have messed up and now I'm been penalized to take my car to this location for oil change.Update: Today, when i check underneath, i find out they never tighten the bolt. i need to screw it twice to make it tight.

I had an appointment but they were able to take my car in 2 hours early. I also got a great deal for all 4 tires and got one for free. The wait wasn t bad and I got to observe the entire installation process through the waiting room window.

Daughter went in for routine oil change November 22, 2023. As she drove off noticed Oil Pressure light was on, took car back to see store was closed. Called her in laws for help, and father in law showed there was no oil. Oil was put in the car and she drove home and waited for store to open the following Friday(November 24) after the holiday. Reported the issue and was told she needed to replace the oil pressure sensor and cost was $239. She declined and asked if it would be safe to drive although she did not replace it, she was told it would be ok. She then was going to run errands and her EPC light came on. I contacted the store, spoke to Jonathan, informed him of the issue and he stated that they performed the oil change correctly, after telling him that no lights had came in before she went in to the shop and nothing was notated on her invoice of any issues. He offered for me to call his district manager Johnny Aguirre. Called him let him know the issue, offered to review the car at a closer location. My daughter was told the same thing, oil pressure sensor needed to be replaced and she will be ok driving the car without replacing it.I got a 3rd opinion because at this point I was not accepting the diagnosis after her car was not having any issues until she took it to this location. Turned out the oil filter stem was broken and this is why her EPC light came on. Now again these lights were not on until she had her car serviced at this location. I reached out to the district manager let him know that their diagnostic test was incorrect, asked me to send him the invoice. I sent it and was asked has this invoice been paid of course not my daughter should not be responsible for this repair. Never heard from him again after following up with him through email, calling him and texting. So I reached out to the corporate, phone kept ringing with no answer. Filled out the form on the website and still no response. It s been 2 weeks!!! I have been really patient and at this point very disappointed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I am also filing through the small claims court to get this resolved.

The store was able to perform the maintenance to my vehicle well and in a timely manner. The work on the vehicle is solid and I will be returning in the future.

Amazing service! I submitted an online form at midnight inquiring about their mobile installs. They got back to me that morning and had my new tires on my jeep by 330 pm!

I ve gone to this NTB for a while to get my tires rotated and oil changed. Never really had a problem until this last time. When I went and picked up my car I noticed that there was grease all over my glove compartment, I m guessing from where they checked my cabin filter, and they left a screwdriver in my floorboard. I keep Clorox wipes in my car so I just wiped it off but I noticed when I got home that there was also grease in my seat. I called back up there and the guy offered to clean it up for me but I didn t want to drive all the way back up there. I managed to get it off with resolve but it was ridiculous how dirty my car was. Not gonna hold it against them because I ve been here many times with no problems and the guy at the front was really nice, but they need to talk to whoever checked my cabin filter.

JT is the GOAT at Big O s! I came in before close on a weekend to file a warranty claim on a tire with a road hazard. He pulled up my warranty info and got a new tire ordered for me as it s an uncommon size and brand. Thank you, JT!Frank

If they did everything they said they did mention on the Groupon, I got a heckuva deal!! (I have no reason they didn't do everything on the list, but it was a lot). The 4 stars instead of 5 is that I "paid" for the long wait!!

They had the tires I wanted in stock and cheaper than almost every other place I looked at. The person I dealt with was polite and friendly, and I never got the vibe that I was constantly trying to get ripped off. It was very professional. I think this may just be my new tire place. They offer appointment times, great prices, friendly staff, and seem honest. I'll be getting another set of tires with them next month, we'll see how that goes.

*Sloppy work* Great initial customer service and I feel I got a good deal. Unfortunately, they do sloppy work and don t cross-check before they release the car to the customer. I had to go back the next day to correct some issues. When I left, one issue still had not been corrected and a new one came up. I won t be going back except to use the tire warranty or one-year alignment which was part of my tire purchase. It was my first and last visit for tires.

I ve been going to this location for several years. I ve always had a great experience. The team is helpful. They don t push you to buy anything unnecessary. I had a slow tire leak yesterday. It was covered under my tire warranty. I was also presented with a recommendation for my rotors. I forgot I was hearing that grinding noise, so I appreciated the reminder! I was back on the road in about 90 minutes.

I'm from out of town and had a bad tire called Big o Tires after calling several places and got a great deal on 4 new tires a free alignment at a great price. The service manager Robert was very helpful the crew was amazing. Place every clean.And got me on the road within a 2 hours.

Great customer service! Was able to quickly get my oil changed. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. Workers went above and beyond and even helped with a follow up call a day later to help explain my car situation again!

Horrible experience, i bought 4 new tires for my Durango and they included a wheel alignment. My alignment was fine, they insisted so i accepted, they came back and said one wheel was off. So later that day i come back because the wheels were vibrating. They claimed the machine was off. So they rebalanced, off i went and it was worse. I went to the dealer told them what happened. They fixed the wheel alignment and rebalanced ther wheels. I do not recommedn this place.

The staff is friendly and professional. They never made me feel pressured like some mechanic shops do. The prices were very competitive. I was expecting to pay way more than I did, so that was a nice surprise. If my car needs work again I'll for sure be coming back here.

I had a tire under warranty that needed to be replaced. They replaced it no hassle, customer service was great. The problem I had was after they replaced it, they didn t check the air pressure. I had 3 tires at 33lbs of pressure and one tire at 39lbs. I mean what? This is your specialty! Tires!!! Are you telling me this is the best you can do?

My brother Jake recommended Big O. Ray and the guys were awesome. Straight gangster. The dude with the pig tattoos on his arm was awesome too. Gave me a quote over phone and that s what I was charged. Took 1 hr. I know the quote sometimes varies over phone I get it; but it was nice to be told something and have them deliver on it. I was not pressured to do anything unnecessary or lied to. That s the business I like. Straight up to the point. Will be back again. Appreciate it very much. Cody with the Terrain.And the guy who fixed my brakes, told me my cv joint was going out. I knew this and he spotted it also and knew what it was gangster

These guys got me right in on the same day for tires. They were very honest, great customer service and were even great when they were finished with my tires and I added on an oil change. I absolutely recommend going here. I will be back.

I arrived at Big O literally at 8 mins before closing. Not only did they stay behind to service my vehicle, they also took time to find the perfect tire for me. The whole team was extremely helpful and the servicing mechanic was very enthusiastic. I ll definitely become a regular here for my tire service needs.
