I work at a used car dealer and this shop has been amazing for the clients I have sublet for issues with their autos. From AC to Start issues they've taken care of us and QUICKLY. Blake you're amazing! Thank you

*WOMEN BEWARE*After waiting 3 hours I asked the so called manager ANDREW (seen just sitting in the photo) how much longer my Corolla would be and he tells me my car should only be about 10 more minutes. So I asked, is the alignment done, and he tells me YES. So I asked is it procedure to do an alignment before you put on 4 new tires, which he replied yes because alignment s have nothing to do with tires at this point he had an attitude so I matched that energy and I asked how many alignment machines they have, to which he replied one. This particular machine is in view of the lobby and my car had not been anywhere near that machine. To no one s surprise it did not take ten more minutes and the alignment had not been done yet. When my car was finally finished the mechanic that performed the services had FILTHY hands so I asked if he wore gloves when he drove my car. He replied by simply holding up a dirty rag to my face as if that meant something. It took them all that time and they couldn t even bother to wipe the lube off my tires. The place is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!THESE PEOPLE EITHER DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, DONT CARE, or just hate when women question their ethics.There s a discount tire not far from this location, maybe try them first

Just awful! I came here to get a tire replaced and they replaced the WRONG tire. When I call to tell them what had happened, I got nothing but attitude and that I was the one who was in the wrong (probably because I m a woman and they thought I didn t know any better). After a few minutes of arguing, they finally told me to bring it in so they can see for themselves. Sure enough, I was correct that they had replaced the wrong tire. They finally replace the right one, give me a free alignment for my troubles, and I go home. Fast forward, I start hearing a rumbling sound and my car would shake when I would slow down/go downhill on the side of my car that they worked on. I took my car to my husband and his dad so that they could see what the issue was- they hardly tightened the lug nuts on the tire that they replaced!! My husband was literally able to undue them by hand. They tighten the lug nuts properly and the issues go away. It is a miracle that I didn t lose a tire while driving and that my lug nuts weren t damaged. I have never experienced this level of carelessness when it comes to getting work done on vehicles.

Waited more than 3 hours for oil change that I made appointment for at 11am got here 20 minutes before. Prices are affordable compare to other places charge more just for oil changes. If you looking for a fast oil change do not come here plan to wait your whole day away. Also watching the guy look at my tires did not give me any more confidence in them. Just need an oil change and tire rotation. Not sure why it took so long I scheduled before noon since I need to pick up kids now I will be late what a inconvenience.

Disappointing experience. The associate tried to say we needed a new tire per the DOT s regulations which is untrue. Thankfully we were able to get to another business shortly after and get our tire plugged safely.

WARNING:I ve been their customer for over two years, but the last time was a disaster. They left my lug nuts loose and messed up the engine oil. PLEASE, CHECK YOUR CAR CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. If I hadn t stopped immediately, I could ve had a serious accident. I can t trust them anymore; they re careless and unreliable.

Do not go here! Worst service, absolute worst workmanship! Made an appointment 3 days prior to buy 4 new Michelins, they kept no record of my appointment. Waited 2 hours while Andrew kept saying "almost done, almost done, he's taking it off the lift right now, he's checking something, he's taking it on a test drive, he's lowering it down now, almost done", yeah right. He forgot he already told me "he's lowering it down now" which was not true. Finally they bring my car out front and say its ready. Took it for a drive, something was flapping around, found a shop rag stuck in the rim. Yanked it off. The weights were the stick on type and were already coming off. Took it back, told them to rebalance all tires and use the right weights this time. Took another 2 hours while again Andrew kept stalling with excuses. 4 other customers came and went after they got serviced and I was still waiting. No use making an appointment. This visit was a 4-1/2 hour waist of time.They didn't care.They left my aluminum rims filthy with scrapes and smudges from their filthy machines. They didn't care. Again I say, don't go here, go anywhere else but here.

Beware of this place. They rotated my tires and forgot to install 2 lug nuts. I noticed this after 3 days. They do not care about your car at this location. Wait time is 3 hours also when the manger said it will take no more than 1.5 hours.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change this week. During the change, they checked the coolant, and told me it might be low, but they couldn't see down into the radiator to confirm. I thanked them and told them I would check it. They put the wrong mileage on my windshield sticker, so I had to return for them to correct it. The next day, my car overheated and my wife was left on the side of the road. When I opened the hood, I found that the Big O technician had left the radiator cap off, so the coolant had boiled out, getting all over my engine. I had to buy 2 gallons of coolant for $40. Today, I called the store and asked Trini if I could bring the vehicle in for them to at least clean off all the crusted coolant from the engine. He said they weren't a vehicle cleaning station, and that I should just take it to a car wash. I explained that the fault rested with his technician for not putting the cap back on, and he told me they could not help me at all. I have usually had better service than this at Big O Tires, but Trini was very clear that they would not help. No mention of any compensation, no apology, nothing. All I asked is that they make it right.

Went for an alignment. They were able to fit me in. Service was done in about 30mins and price was fair. Definitely will come back for future service.

Can't understand how this location, has a high rating. Cashier last weekend, gave Me attitude. For about 7 mins., cashier and other worker are joking around -while My car is ready to go. I had My a/c and radio off-when I go to leave-a/c full blast and radio on. Why?? No reason, I went early in the morning -horrible service.

Rarely do I write a scathing review. I made an appointment for an 1100 AM service. I arrived at 1050 and was told, give is an hour. At Noon my car was still in the parking lot. When I asked what the hold up was, I was told my manager brought other vehicles ahead of you. Under most circumstances I would get my key, leave and write the business off. Unfortunately, to save $30, I bought a Groupon. Here I wait. This experience has taught me to avoid business with Big O Tires moving forward. You can make your own decision.

I came here to get help with putting lights in because the places before did not place the right leds in my suv. Andrew the manager was very helpful fyi they were almost closed and he still helped me out! He had his coworkers pull my vehicle around and had me out in less than 10 minutes. I also came back the next day for an oil changed and alignment everything was done perfect and he even explained to me I had a coolant leak which I did and he helped fixed that even with rude customers in the building complaining about unnecessary alignments, and that their car was not be fixed on their time because the store was packed with vehicles already the workers kept their composure and were very nice and helpful! Thank you Big o tires!

The speed and professionalism of the staff was pretty good. I was in a pinch in the amount of time I had. And because I feel that they over charged me on rims by 100%. The tires they did treat me right on. But still have to pay for a big bill when it would have been lower, sucks. Should have said no and walked a way.

Had multiple vehicle emergencies this past month,and thank the heavens for Big O tires. Especially service manager Andrew Ramos, the professionalism, courtesy, and expedience in which my vehicle was returned to me were all above bar. This has become my go to shop for vehicle service and repairs. I will be recommending Big Os Babcock to friends and family.

What a life saver this hidden away auto repair place is? IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AUTO MECHANIC YOU CAN TRUST... AND NOT PAY A FORTUNE... THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY REMOVED A NAIL AND REPAIRED A TIRE FOR FREE. Only one thing l'd like to insert, their employees work on commission so please be careful to pay the person that originally processed your repairs request.

I only come to Big O Tires for my truck needs. I have a 2022 ford f150 with 37s so I get an alignment about twice a year. I recently took a trip to the coast and when I got back the truck was making a popping noise when turning and my steering wheel was slightly to the right. I was worried some parts were gonna need to be replaced. Came to the shop on dezavala and explained to the awesome guy at the front desk what was happening. He suggested to get the alignment done and they ll take a look at everything once it was on the alignment rack. Tech finished up all the work and informed me my camber bolt was about 1/4 inch loose!!! No idea how that happened but thank goodness he found the issue. Amazing job from front to back! Truck hasn t driven this smooth ever! 5 out 5 would recommend!

Wanna go to Big O? Don't.Big O is a Big O waste of time and they have no common decency towards their customers. I witnessed this in their lobby towards another "we apologize for the inconvenience" customer before they got to us. My wife and I were both lied to. They have no present or effective internal communication, it's non-existent. This is a sad example of a service industry I left 25 years ago. Shameful.

We waited at least 2 hours for putting new tires on the vehicle. Then, immediately after we get on the road we hear a thumping noise, a rag had been left attached to one of the tires. Then when we get out on the highway the back tires start wobbling. So, we came back to fix the tire balance. And yet again we had to wait another 2 hours, just to balance 2 tires! (And we were the only customers waiting inside.)Being hella starving during the whole second trip did not help any either. The only food within walking distance of this place is Mexican Mexican Mexican and a pizza place, all of which I've never heard of before, and after trying this place for the first time I was not in the mood to experiment with anything else.

Decent, quick service. Nothing special.Reviewing my receipt, Mileage was wrong so I had to call them to update in their system. Reviewing sticker on windshield, next oil change due date put on there was 5 days from the date I took it in. It s the small things that impress and don t impress me. Sorry, won t be returning.

I found big O because of a discount offered in Groupon. I had two issues at the time, an oil change and my AC was not working properly. When they looked at the AC unit they said they didn t have the capability to repair my BMW. I was then told that the coupon I had already paid for was not valid due to the make of my car. It was in the fine print. Fair enough, I asked them to do the oil change and paid for it. A week or so later I noticed my engine had oil sprayed all over it. I consulted my local mechanic and he found that the oil filter they replaced was not replaced using the appropriate BMW tool. This caused the oil filter to crack and thus the oil leak. Since the oil had sprayed all over my engine I also had to replace my serpentine belt adding additional cost. My mechanic replaced the serpentine belt and did the oil change for me. When I took the receipt back to big O tires they said the best they could do was reimburse me for the oil change. I asked for that to be done and a few weeks later the refund still have not posted. I went back to big O and reminded them of this and they weren t sure how or why but they had to give me back my refund that day. Apparently their staff is either not well trained or do not have the proper tools to work on some vehicles. They also do not appear to have any concern about their quality of service or making things right when they ve made a mistake. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this shop.

Every time I get my car for oil change and they tell me 45 min but make me wait for 1 hour and 30 min . I believe this is the last time I am coming to this location for oil change . Service is pathetic

Great experience taking both my and my wife's vehicles to this Big O tires. You would be amazed. They do a lot more than just tires! They've worked on my air conditioning. They've replaced key suspension parts on my vehicle. They've done tires all sorts of stuff. Josh is a fantastic technician. If your vehicle needs service I'd recommend you check out this Big o tires.

I have to say that the main reason I brought my car at this location is because of Andrew he has done a outstanding job with both of my vehicles I have no complaints with the work him and All the staff have done for me even at old location. Keep up the good work Andrew

My mother went in with a $19.99 coupon for a conventional oil change and was told they no longer 'do conventional' and the only one they could offer her was $69.99The coupon didn't expire until the end of September, these guys are scammers especially towards women

Hands down, this place has amazing folks supporting our community! Chris and Martin are always looking out for your best interest. I recently took my truck to a Ford dealer for front end work and then came to Big O and it was well worth the trip. Not only did I get same day service, but Big O saved me $700 compared to Ford. Give them a look when you need something done! Thank you Martin and Chris!
