Great customer service, super fast repair time, and excellent finished product. I brought my 70 year old jeep starter into Big Moe's in a box, Completely disassembled, they had it back to me in less than a week looking and working like new! Well worth the drive down from the Austin area.

As an over the road truck driver, time is money. I was have a starter issue with my APU and need a resolution quick before I left town the same day. These guys went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. My application was a very uncommon starter and they said if I don t have a replacement I can rebuild it while you wait. Price was better than online ordering I highly recommend you call these guys before any other option. Let s keep small private business going.

I called Big Moe and spoke to a salesman.. unfortunately they could not help me because the vehicle I have is a foreign car.. as I was telling them my issue he put me on hold and it's going to get another competitor to help me with my issue.. it blew me away because That's the kind of customer service that we don't see nowadays.. The guys were very professional and try to help me as much as they could.. if there was 10 stars I would give all 10 stars to them..

Chrysler 200 2013I took my alternator cause it was making a loud squeaky noise and it was losing power to battery. They fixed it within 2hrs. Works like brand new. I highly recommend. I took it 11/23 and I still haven't had no problems. Thank you again!

First off, it's extremely rare that I write a comment, however,I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided by Big Moe and the staff. Everyone was friendly, and engaging.They tested it. Ran it through several loads and couldn't find any wrong. (It was holding its load). They recommend cleaning the connection to the Alternator from the vehicle. Turns out the plastic clip holding the harness to Alternator was bent causing it to be loose. It didn't require an extensive rebuild. I greatly appreciated their promt 24 hour service, but mostly importantly their honesty and integrity.This speaks volumes about the Staff and the Owner. I highly recommend Big Moe's for your Alternator needs.Again, Thank you Big Moe...and Staff.Respectfully,Luis MedinaRetired Army Veteran

I highly recommend Big Moe Starters! I needed an alternator for my classic truck and they custom built an alternator for me that works amazing. Super friendly and very professional...I will be coming back to them for any future needs.

Very honest and trustworthy, down on my luck and couldn't catch a break, Big Moe's really helped me out when they could have just said no we can't help. They gave some great options instead of trying to sell me something I couldn't afford. Great workers and customer service that's second to none. Great locally owned and operated business. Been around for many many years. Tell them Michael with the Impala alternator sent you.

I can't express enough how impressed I am with the service I got from the friendly staff at Big Moe's. This was the first time I had I had used them, and they treated me like I had been a life long customer - Which I will be now! I would highly recommend using them & wouldn't hesitate to send friends & family their direction.

Let me preface this review by stating I don't give reviews, but I am completely impressed and blown away with Big Moes so I had to. The help I received was the best I have ever had anywhere. The owner was super attentive and took the time to listen to me and he tested two alternators that I brought him. His Shop is incredibly clean and organized, His equipment is top notch. Lonnie has put in the work and invested in his business. I recommend the shop to anyone looking for starters and alternators new and rebuilt. I should have gone here sooner. A really great experience and couldn't be happier.

Nothing but greatness! Mr. Lonnie and his staff are the best! I was lead here by reading the reviews and im glad I went. My task was an all day project in which he teamed up with his mechanic buddy (who was also great) stayed until the completion of the job. I don t usually leave reviews but I had to. Got my high output alt done and new wires perfectly made for my battery starter and alternator. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work done. Even the car audio guys looking for the best wire for those big systems. Thank you guys for everything. And i will definitely be back!

Had problems with a starter on my skid steer and talked to the guys at big mow and decided that bringing it in was the best solution. Turns out mine was fried. They sold me a rebuilt that looked brand new and when I mentioned all the lines I needed to attach to the positive bar they offered a pigtail at no extra charge. These guys were great and went Above and beyond to help. Hard to find good honest people like them, highly recommend Big Moe

I needed several feet of battery wire for an inverter I m installing on my truck. Couldn t find it anywhere. Big Moe had what i needed. Everyone here is really cool people and know their stuff.. Glad i talked to Lonnie he s really knowledgeable and took his time explaining what I needed for this install. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you Big Moe s!!

I needed a rebuilt alternator for my 14 accord. They had the cheapest price in town and took my order over the phone. The service was exceptional!! Lonnie the owner helped me out and answered all of my questions in a polite and respectful manner. The shop was in immaculate condition! You can tell that they run a quality business here. I definitely recommend Big Moe's!!!

Great business with great core values. Brought in my alternator for my race car and they tested it, informed me on the issue, educated me on how the alternator excites, ans fixed my issue at a great price! I discovered Big Moe Starters & Alternators while I was traveling from Virginia and my alternator went out on my RV. When I stopped by the business Lonnie met me at the counter. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help. The entire staff went out their way to help knowing we were from out of town. The professional knowledge, honesty, integrity of this business was outstanding. It s really nice to experience such wonderful caring honest people who truly cared about helping fix your problem and not taking advantage of you. If anyone is experiencing starter or alternator problems this is the place they need to be in San Antonio, Texas. Thanks again for all your help and making us feel so welcome. Jim & Vicki

Martin and Lonnie were 100% knowledgeable and AWESOME dudes to do business with. Sent them pictures of an alternator I needed and they happened to have 1 in stock and gave me an AMAZING deal on it. Will forever be a customer both personally and for my company as well! Going back in a few days for an Alternator and another Starter for my company. Thanks y'all! Highly recommended!! Called to have a special alternator built for my F-250. Was done the same day! The person I spoke with was very nice and professional. I had my wife pick it up for me. She was very very impressed with how nice the business is and the organization of all their parts in the back. I wouldn't hesitate to send my mother or daughter to them. Keep up the good work guys!

They were great as always. They taught me not to buy a red top Optima battery anywhere but an Interstate dealer. Otherwise Interstate won't warranty them.Update: Tim and Lonnie went way above and beyond to help me get my batteries replace through Interstate.

Just left Big Moes a great group of fellas working here. I came to help a friend was NOT a paying customer yet i got the paying customer treatment they gave me a drink cuz in Texas its hot. Not only did they give excellent customer service they went above and beyond for a noncustomer as well. Dave was a hit he installed the battery my friend bought all with a smile in the heat! Easy thanks guys ill def be returning as a customer!!
