Installed new tie rods and figured that since I don't own a grease gun that they could hit the 2 zergs for me, at first he tried to refuse saying he was to busy, but I told him I would tip. It took 2 minutes and I gave him a $20 to break and told him to keep $5 and gimme the change, he handed me back $10... these guys are shiza they will definitely overcharge you and recommend unnecessary services save yourself some money and go somewhere with trustworthy mechanics.

Excellent, and the mechanics are a unique group of B's. Bob, Brad, Bryan, Billy, and one more that I know of ,Juan the super "J" ,all are excellent mechanics, I've been going there for three, almost four years.

Love this place, courteous, very professional. Truck repairs were completed in a timely manner and above all reasonable prices. They ensure your vehicle is safe for you and your family. They don't just try to take as much money from you like dealership repairs. My 2013 F150 King Ranch drives like it is brand new. Very happy I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Bexar County Automotive.

Experience was horrible. Went in to be told I had to go get cash to pay the fee for inspection. Then after returning to get inspection rep says my window is to dark. I ve had my car since 2016 and was never told this until now 7 years later. Never coming here again.

Bob and his dad are always amazing. I really appreciate that they give me good options. Theyre honest and I trust them to take care of me and my vehicles. They'll even be transparent enough to let me know if itd be cheaper to just go to an auto parts store to get the part myself and they'll install it. I only go to them now.Just got the alternator and belt replaced on my truck. Brought it to them last night and they called me at 2p today to let me know it was done. Theyre so quick and efficient!

I personally had a great experience here. Very helpful group of individuals that were able to troubleshoot and fix what was needed on my Lexus. I ll be back when my cars needs something.

Bob was helpful and friendly. Got my inspection do SUPER quickly. They re also super close to the tax assessor s office so it s really convenient- can pop in, get inspection, and head over to register/renew!
