Thank you to techs Alex and Trent for doing a difficult tire mount for me and getting me back on the road! I appreciate all the effort you took to help me, gives me faith in not only Belden's but in the kindness of people . Truly a blessing!! And Allen the assistant manager was so helpful. Just a great team!!

Good small auto shop. Really went the extra mile for me. Was very understanding that the vehicle was my only mode of transportation and worked with me on getting it fixed. They were able to source parts quickly for a car that has hard to find parts. Took less than 24 hours from time I committed to the work to them having the parts ordered, delivered, installed and the vehicle aligned. At the end, one of the parts was under warranty from another place and they happily worked with me on getting the required paperwork to warranty the part.

I recently moved to San Antonio and needed to find a place for inspection. They were quick and informative (I m coming from a different county). Based on the service I received during my car inspection alone, I will gladly return to this place for any car related concerns. They seem like good hardworking people who are actually interested in helping you.

Wonderful customer service, they truly care about their customers and will give you the fairest price. The service techs are great at what they do, very skilled and knowledgeable. The manager Alex went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my vehicle issue.

These folks are so professional and friendly. They actually called me to give me status on my car.First, I took my car to both a dealer and then to a shop (I wont mention either name) and service was not only non-existent, they were rude. Neither place called me and my car was just chugging along. I would call them and they acted like I was a bother.I had to eventually tow it to Belden s and they worked wonders. It runs like it s new and they kept me informed.They act like they want my business, and they truly know how to fix em.

Great experience. Finally got my truck working longer than 2 days after 18 months of back and forth, Beldon finally fixed my issue and helped me save some money on a defective part that was still barely under warranty. Should have come sooner.

I was having issues with my Chevy Volt and I can not thank the staff there enough for all their help. Alex, Allen and their techs were honest about what might be going on. I have been to this location twice now (second time just for an inspection) and the service still has been impeccable. I ve been to some horrible places in the past and being treated fairly is a plus in my book.

Had a flat tire on my motorcycle. Drove there,they went out their way to help me. They couldn't patch my tire, but the employees were so helpful, and friendly. Would definitely recommend their services.

I came here with my father who had a flat tire on his pickup, after being told by other tire service and repair shops they could not help us, Mr. Alex De Hoyos told us it was totally repairable, he help us so nicely and efficiently, we felt amongst friends that were super professional. Totally recommend and will be coming back for all of our tire services and change.

Did a great job diagnosing the whole vehicle inlcuded with my serpentine belt repair. I paid $242 for this serpentine belt job for my SUV in January of 2024.

If I could put this place in my pocket, I would! The people here are so personable and gave such great service. I appreciated the shuttle service majorly, it saved me so much on Uber fees. They also did a great job of giving me quotes and being sensitive to finances by feedback of which services could wait a little. First of all, far better than Sun Auto (what they couldn't fix in 2 tries, Beldens did in 1).I've been a customer with Beldens for 7 years now between Lockhill Selma, Prue and Fredericksburg-regardless of the location, the standard is the same: they take care of you by taking care of your vehicle. They are much more affordable than the dealerships but the same quality. The biggest critique for almost every location I've been to is that they are so busy...but they're worth the wait if you can get in.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery

When I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by Allen at the front desk. He was so kind and helpful to assist my questions and concerns!! Alex completed my repair and was so knowledgeable on the issue needing to be repaired. Alex was so kind enough to go above and beyond by changing my blinker light bulb that HE NOTICED was out while doing the repair. Everyone in San Antonio needs to see them for car repairs!! Lovely staff Allen & Alex :) will be returning in the future for ANY OF MY TRUCK REPAIRS!Service: Auto maintenance

I did some looking around for a quality auto shop and the rating and reviews are why I made an appointment here. Definitely didn't disappoint! The 2 managers are easy to talk with and are very personable. Fortunately, my issue was just a leaky tire but I will definitely come here for major work in the future in the event I need it. The way these guys talk with and treat their customers is gold. They are very sincere, genuine and clearly enjoy what they do. I have to mention their coffee lol not only does it taste great but omg it hits like an electric current in your body lol They sent me home with a packet of their coffee grounds and I look forward to using it for work tonight Fully recommend this location for auto repairs/maintenance! **It's definitely better to schedule an appointment if you are able to, I think it makes it so much easier for both you and the shop**

I haven't used them for auto help, but these guy's customer service is next level. I needed a tire to hold a punching bag. They gave me one for free and had me in and out in less than 5 minutes!

We were from out of town had problems with our vehicle. People recommended we take it to this automotive place. We took it in about 4 o'clock that afternoon they jumped right on it the next morning. It was ready at 2 o'clock.Said they only had to reset the computer. No charge!!!!!. Really nice and knowledgeable folks.

I woke up and had a completely flat tire before work. A nail had worked its' way into my tire. I called in and spoke to Allen over the phone and he was honest about the wait and even gave me a suggestion to another Business that may have sooner availability. I needed up still going with Belden's and I am so glad I did. Their technician, Josh, was able to quickly fix my tire and they did not even charge for the repair! Very professional, honest, and pleasant to work with. Will be going her for any future problems!Service: Tires

Ended up not doing business as they don t install non-OEM brake pads/rotors. However, Jeff greeted me on day one with transparency and honesty. Never tried upselling anything and had no hard feelings for me walking out the door after inspection. If I have any other issues I will be back.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Had a bad tire while on vacation with my family. We were 7 hours from home and rushed for time. Everyone at this establishment was super friendly and helpful. They even offered snacks to my children. I've used Belden's for awhile, though I previously used the Prue location. This was my first time at this location. They really take care of my car completely. They replaced my tires for a good price, comparable to Discount Tire, plus fixed an oil leak that two other places failed to track down. Plus their shuttle service is super useful. They even gave me a few swag goodies when I picked it up. To top it all off, the repair and parts were all far cheaper than I expected. I was expecting a thousand dollar bill, and it didn't even hit $600. They even showed restraint on replacing only things that needed replacing. I love Belden's and I'll always go back.

Have used them for years. Took my car in fully expecting them to tell me I need a new AC compressor. Turned out to be some valves. They could have easily sold me a compressor that day. Appreciated the honesty.
