The entire team at Belden s Automotive were incredibly attentive, accommodating and super professional. BELDEN s was very prompt to diagnose out truck offer the list of repairs and only fix what was needed. Repairs were completed within our timeline Thus is our second vehicle they repair with good success. -Donna

These guys are great!!! I came in for an RV inspection and was out within 15 minutes or less. Very professional service. I have used Belden s China Grove location for my 4X4 front end repairs and the kept me informed of the repairs with pictures to show me what needed to be replaced. I highly recommend them!

The meaning of the words customer comes first has been lost in most cases nowadays. However due to my experience today at Beldens I can say that this shop still embodies those words. They re very professional and kind individuals that are ready to help you in any possible way to ensure that the process of your car goes smoothly. If you are not happy then they are just as unhappy and that shows the customer that they actually do care about the service that they are providing and they re not just trying to take your money. The fact that they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer says a lot. Definitely give them a chance. Y all won t regret it!

All the guys at Beldons are amazing!! As a female they explained everything with patience and respect! They aim to please until you are completely satisfied. They changed a tail light for me so quickly (under 30min) and they have taken care of my husbands 2500 dodge ram disel trucks! They fix heaters and other engine issues! We can t say enough great things!! They are #1!!

I ve used their location on Bulverde Rd for years and always had a great experience and this location was no different. Everyone is nice and professional. Had a full break replacement ( rotors, pads, and fluid) and my truck was ready the same day they gave me the quote. My truck stops perfectly now. Highly recommend using these guys. Not pushy or sketchy like most other places.

Driving across the US in our big orange truck delivering service dogs and one of our retrofit LED headlights burnt out. Was able to have a new one rushed to La Vernia and Belden's got us in quickly and had us all fixed up in no time. If you've never tried driving with halogen 6054 headlights, it's basically like driving with nothing but a small nightlight so the LED replacements make it possible to drive at night! Thanks Belden's!

These guys are great people . I was just driving by trying to limp my vehicle home safely these help me out they went out of the way with miner adjustment to my van so I could make it home safely. Since I was home for the weekend and had no tools with me at this time . Thank you very much to this weekend team.

I came in to Belsen s this morning to deal with an issue with the electronics in my company vehicle, a 2023 Ram Promaster 2500 van. Joshua and Marco saw to my vehicle immediately performing a scan of the electronics with their diagnostic computer. They were friendly knowledgeable and got me back on the road in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them for anyone s company or personal vehicles!

I needed a state inspection so I called Belden s and Joshua said bring it on down. They immediately attended to my inspection and I was on my way in minutes. They are professional, clean, and provide outstanding service!

I spoke with Marco, to get an estimate on a leak of transmission fluid. He suggested I check hoses first, to avoid getting charged the diagnostic fee. I did and that was it, a "hose leak."Thank you, Marco for guidance, that is very rarely to get that advice over the phone. I greatly appreciate the kindness & guidance to finding a solution to my vehicle problem.

I was having problems with my fuel system on my 2013 Chevy 2500, and they replaced the whole thing with no trouble. These guys are extremely helpful and professional, I always trust them servicing on my truck. I highly recommend this shop!
