Great customer service with my experience, got my car in quickly and installed new rotors, calipers, brackets, ball joints and serviced my brakes for an excellent price. I saved around $600 going through them versus going through firestone. The guy running it was very kind, respectful and extremely grateful for my business. My car is running great now and I couldn't be happier.God Bless America and their soldiers

Unfortunatly, I went to this place many times. Felt comfortable and well taken care of. Eventually they said nothing was wrong even though I have spent estimated 2 thousand dollars there and it wouldn't even start. The next day my boyfriend and I drove around to multiple places and within minutes at each place found out that my transmission was what's wrong. Serious expensive transmission problem.. I hope this is not it but I feel like dishonesty and robbed. I hate assuming that but I just do not know how else to feel. Learn from my mistakes. BEFORE doing anything anywhere go get free diagnostic tests at different places before you waist your money!!!! I would of much rather spent my entire income tax on a down payment on a car than throw it away. Lesson learned!

Rented a 15' UHaul truck from Bel-Meade. UHaul messed up the online reservation (not Bel-Meade's fault), but the manager, Steve, was able to hold a truck for us. He was friendly, fast and courteous on the phone, at pickup and at drop off. Steve even allowed us to return the truck past the 4 hour rental without an additional charge.

Completely ripped off by the price. Talked great customer service, but took advantage of having my car in their care to do some imaginary checking of normal systems (red flag) I asked for a list of what they found. Although overcharged for labor costs and told I would be given a list of what was checked and the status of that particular system, I was given no evidence of this work at all.

This place sold my good friend a defective starter, we saw this and took it to 3 other qualified mechanics to confirm our suspicions, after this, he simply asked for a different starter or his money back for the starter (which we are willing to return to Steve), when confronted with this, Steve accused him of calling him a lair and got really defensive, after this he went to a different mechanic and had to purchase another starter and have it installed is still attempting to return the defective starter that was purchased from Steve. He is being very unprofessional and and is unwilling to to fix something that wasn't even his fault, it was the manufacturer of the starters fault. We are just trying to return it, get our money back, and then Steve should be able to return the defective starter to recoup his losses as well, however the longer Steve is being unprofessional and refuses, the less likely he can return it for his money. We are almost to the point of contacting the authorities because he sold us a product and a service, in which did not work. We have tried to reason with him but to no avail. He is unprofessional, stubborn, and unwilling to listen to reason.

Rented a u haul there. But love this old school gas station. They still actually wp skin on car there. Great service and friendly staff
