I've been in here multiple times, and they always take great care of me. This last time I had some broken locking lug nuts I needed off. Not only did they help me out but they spotted some serious brake issues. I rolled out of there feeling a lot more comfortable and safer on the road. Jesus at the counter and Carlos in the shop both get a gold star. And that's coming from a guy who never writes reviews.

Slooowww the tire guy took an hour and a half to do 2 steer tires and then tries to sell me All kinds of other stuff when I got to the alignment Bay they were pretty great no complaints there

Show up this morning for a schedule appointment the gates were locked after 8:00 call my salesman Derek and ask him what's going on he informed me he no longer works there finally got in and it's not the same without Derek sounds like management made bad decisions letting a good salesman leave you have a salesman that answers his phone calls and always takes care of you been doing business here for years and never had a problem today was a cluster so today was our last day my company will be doing business at Beasley's I will be taking my business wherever Derek ends up at

Just spent over $200 on the front end alignment they hardly did anything to my alignment and then proceeded to blame it on tires cuz they want to sell me tires ...loss of hours and hundreds of dollars I should have known better even from slumberger Beasley is the worse place to go don't waste your time or money

Dealt with the commercial side and they were great. No trouble changing the tire on my trailer carrying a very heavy piece of machinery.

My wife's tire went flat and I changed the spare tire. I took it it into the shop to get a new tire and they changed it, but decided it was a good idea to throw the spare tire into the trunk without any care to my wife's vehicle. The cover that was lining the trunk is damaged, bent, and cracked. I found the spare tire just sunk into the trunk when I got home. It doesn't even fit correctly anymore.

Ended up blowing out 2 tires over Easter weekend. Left my vehicle overnight and met with Derek first thing Monday morning. Not only great service getting me in right away but best prices I ve ever paid for these tires. Can t recommend these guys enough!

OWNER OPERATORS/DRIVERS BE AWARE!!!!This company is a Joke!!!!I took my truck in on friday for a simple alignment and centramatics. I ended up paying for Parts + Labor. Parts that I didn't even need and that they broke!The mechanic told me he was going to replace the part that he broke with no charge just to bring a new one. I brought him the part and he told me he would have it ready by Saturday morning.... Saturday morning came and he told me he couldn't get my truck done since he had a road call. I got mad and went into the office to see what was going on. The person in the front desk promised me they would have it ready saturday afternoon as soon as the mechanic came back without extra charge! So I went ahead and paid the $454.93. Later on that day I recieved the mechanics call saying i needed a new bushing to get the job done. I went down to the peterbilt to buy the part without knowing what was going on. When I arrived at Beasley the mechanic was the only one there I gave him the parts and he started to install parts. When he was putting the brackets he was forcing it on and was putting it on backwards. Since I Know a little bit about mechanic I was helping him out! When we Finally finished the work and the alignment, a guy showed up and started making a bill for $600 when they told me they were NOT going to charge me due to the delay and the broken bracket plus he ended up replacing the bushing. I did not want to start an argument so I waited till Monday!!.... Monday came I went in to talk to Erick Oliva the manager in charge and explained the situation to him!He was very rude he had no manners so nothing got resolved !!!!! I asked him to give me corporates number! He ended up giving me Gabrielle's number so that way I wouldn't get ahold of corporate and this situation can stay between them .. I explained everything to him and I ended up paying $284!!! I asked them if the truck was ready and they looked at each other and dissapeared because the truck was not ready they still had not put the centramaticKeep in mind they told me I was NOT going to get charged!!I ended up paying more than $1,000 for the parts + labor for a simple alignment here!!!

Excellent service! The were great at the counter..explained the procedure and what my price would be..and within a short wait my tires were installed and counter guy even took time to walk around my vehicles with me explained what was done. Really had a great experience..a place I definitely will revisit again!!..great group of employees!

very bad experience with this shop. they absolutely do not know how to make an alliment on commercial equipment. became worse than before. the price is twice as high as they said at the start. after their work i have extra tyre wear. need to change and do alignment again. I lost time, money. and extra money. about $3000. never use their services. good luck to everyone

Hands down the best tire service I have ever received. They were able to service me right away and even made special accommodations. My daughter has medical equipment and they allowed us to stay in the vehicle during the service, rather than having to remove my daughter and her medical equipment from my car. The technician was very professional and kind. I would definitely be returning. I live in Pleasanton, but the quality of service is worth the drive. Thank you very much!

I want to thank Beasley Tire for helping me out of a jam. I traveled from New York to Florida to Texas where I discovered a bad tire on my travel trailer. Ended up that all 4 were eventually, sooner than later, going to go as well. Greg and technician were excellent to work with. Thanks again for your help.

These guys are extremely professional! I had a leaking tire but I had lost the lock nuts tool and couldn't remove the tire. They promptly took it off and got me back on my way home. Hats off to this place!

I had to return a second time for an alignment issue. I was informed by the mechanic that the back and forth swaying was due to a lack of grease to my ball joints. So the mechanic told me he added more grease to the ball joints. Note: My entire front end parts are new, and all my joints in front had been greased a week pryor. I was given a report of the alignment where the attempted to make alignment adjustments. So, I took that report to another shop, and they also attempted to corrected the alignment, and was told that the steering gear box was potentially the problem with my steering. I was given a before and after report, and it clearly showed that my alignment at Beasley was not correctly aligned. I will not recommend Beasley Tire Service to friends and family.

Beasley provided great service while replacing the tires on our Class A motorhome. Derrick was awesome to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and made sure they had the exact specification tires I needed. Installation was very professional and we will definitely use Beasley again and refer others to Beasley as well.

I bought a truck from arrow and they sent the truck over to Beasley to check the king pins and the alignment while the truck was there we got 8 new drives tires put on the truck. One of the brand new tires they put on the truck had a defect and started coming apart they did not want to warranty it after 5000 miles. Then I went back to have the alignment checked because the truck was pulling to the right hard from the beginning when I bought the truck. They check the alignment a second time and said it was good, I went over to the TA truck stop and it turns out the king pin on the driver side was bad and the alignment was off. The manager was very rude and tried to throw in the fact that he has 30 years experience in the business he knows what hes talking about. All in all they were rude the service sucked and their technicians I really don't believe at this point in time are qualified to be doing the job that they're doing. FYI WE ONLY PUT 4,000 MILES ON THE TIRES

Just recently my Bus Broke down right when i was entering their business. My bus lost the two rear tires! The employee's immediately came to my assistance. As they were shocked to see what had just happened. Great Service.

The service is excellent . Professional , fast , and friendly . I've been there several times for an oil change and have never waited more than 30 minutes for service . I recommend this place to all my co-workers and everyone else in the general public . Reasonable rates too!

We had a nail in a tire on the way home and saw this place off the highway. They were awesome fast and made sure we were road ready. Not only did they fix the tire but the inflated all the rest of my tires and my spare without me asking.

Had a hard pull to the right after leaving southern tire but that s a other story. Ricky and tire expert found out I had a Radial pull on a steer tire I had put on at flying J two weeks back. He replaced my steer and preformed a 3 axle alignment and I have to say I would highly recommend Beasley Tire.

They went out of their way to get the exact tires I wanted for my car. 20in rims, low profile. I asked questions about other tire sizes and they gave me their honest opinions. The warranty on the tires is AWESOME! Had me in and out in about 45mins-1 hour. Super Fast, Friendly, Professional services. Will be purchasing my tires from Beasleys from now on for all my vehicles.

I was stuck on 1604 - called in and they were great on the phone, gave me a quote and sent help faster than expected. The young man that changed the tire was professional and friendly. He even gave me a bottle of water! They won me over, I will continue to be a customer for all my tire needs.
