Eric, man, I love the color. you understood what i was after, you spent the time to educate me on the various colors potions, and worked your skills perfectly. I'm having fun showing off your great work! I'm including the before and after pictures of my 20 year old new car! Now that I know I can count on someone to make an old car look new, I'll never throw away money on a new car again!

When I got a price quote and time when the paint job would be finished, I was skeptical that it would be the best quality work. I was selling my car, so I just wanted a fresh paint job and body repair, now it looks awesome and I'm definitely keeping my Mustang!

In June, we contacted this shop after our car was in an accident, after he was sent pictures and the damage explained, he told us that he was able to repair our vehicle and gave us a price. This he assured us, included, getting it back to running correctly, mechanically an d After a couple of weeks, he called us to let us know that it ready for pickup. We drove to pick it up and it was clearly not ready. Paint was smudged, looked like it had dried while it was running and was on the lights and mud flaps, the contours on the panel were crooked, there were new scratches on the car. Also, it would not drive without the brake system shutting it down. It has been talk to him, and he explained that he hadn t really seen all of that, and his guy said it was ready. He apologized and said he would correct the work. This is after he already received more than half of the payment.After more than three months, he called to say it was finally ready. He said pictures, and I questioned some of the work for which he had an excuse. At this point, I was just ready to get away vehicle back. It was clear that he was not going to repair it to a standard at an auto collision repair shop should hold. It was delivered with overspray everywhere, filthy inside, and out, and much of the damage poorly repaired. DO NOT LET THIS SHOPTOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. We are left with a job undone and he has received his payment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

DO NOT USE THIS PLACESave yourself money, time and headaches.After 4 months , I got my car back half way done, and it took 1 more month for them to bolt the panels the right way.They charged me to fix the drivers doors and doors still sagging and scratching the "fresh paint".They wanted to charge me extra to buffe the finish.Clear coat shows alot of pinholes all over the car.You can feel and see overspray everywhere.Clear coat runs everywhere.They did finish the spaces between panels.Biggest regret trusting this business.They wouldn't answer text or phone calls,I would have to lose time from work to go to the place in person to get updated and to hear dumb excuses.I am only giving them one star because Google won't let me post, but if there was an option for negative stars I would give them the most.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.Service: Painting

I waited over a week to post this as to calm down and give only the facts. SO�on�May�12�2023�i�took�my�car�to�Bar�C�Customs�san�antonio�located�at��3840-2�Fredericksburg�Rd,�San�Antonio,�TX�78201Eric�quoted�me�1300.00�to�paint�my�2000�ford�mustang�convertible.�He�insisted�payingcash�or�he�would�tax�me�on�the�non�cash�payment,�i�paid�500�deposit�and�he�said�it�would�be�done�bynext�Friday�May�19th�2023.�I�picked�it�up�on�Sat.�May�20th�2023�and�paid�800.00�cash�for�the�remainding�payment.He�then�showed�me�the�8�inch�run�on�the�clear�coat�on�the�rear�spoiler,�said�to�come�back�wed�May�24th�and�theycould�fix�while�i�wait!�I�start�driving�off,�still�in�their�parking�lot�and�notice�the�hood�scoop�is�not�all�the�way�down�and�justflopping�around,�i�immediately�call�him�still�in�his�drive�way�and�he�says�there�were�only�2�screws�in�it�when�it�came�in!�We�justinstalled�it,�was�not�loose�and�was�fitted�tight�to�the�hood�with�lock�washers�and�lock�nuts�before�i�dropped�it�off.�So�i�get�hometo�try�to�fix�their�poor�install�and�find�the�bolts�under�the�scoop�lodged�against�a�seam,�Also�wasnt�falling�off�when�i�drove�there,��Anyway�i�fix�their�poor�workmanship�andnotice�they�didnt�paint�the�front�lip�of�the�hood�also,�so�when�i�went�back�on�wed�May�24th�to�get�the�run�in�the�clear�coat�fixedi�tell�them�about�no�paint�on�the�front�of�the�hood.�They�sand�the�rear�spoiler�trying�to�fix�their�work�but�said�it�cant�be�fixed�andmust�drop�it�off�to�repaint,�fine!�So�i�open�the�trunk�and�the�bumper�under�the�trunk�was�also�not�painted.�I�drop�it�off�on�SaturdayMay�27th�for�them�to�fix�their�poor�work,�was�told�all�would�be�fixed,�well�i�pick�it�up�on�wed�may�31st�after�they�say�its�all�done,The�rear�spoiler�is�still�messed�up,�now�is�2�different�shades�of�red,�my�brand�new�1600.00�convertible�top�is�stained�with�some�kind�of�whitestuff�that�wont�come�off,�my�brand�new�1500.00�dollar�exhaust�as�also�been�painted�red!�My�windows�are�covered�with�probablyclear�coat�and�had�to�use�laquer�thinner�to�get�off,�There�is�also�a�paint�run�on�the�driver�door�and�the�whole�car�feels�like�sand,What�are�they�doing�here?�They�are�doing�more�damage�than�good,�I�am�going�to�list�this�on�the�Better�Business�Bureau�and�alsoon�google�comments�to�hopefully�prevent�them�from�destroying�anyone�elses�automobile.�They�treat�your�vehicle�like�crap,�all�theywant�is�your�cash�money�and�do�a�horrible�job.�I�work�in�retail�and�i�will�tell�everyone�i�meet�about�this�place�and�not�ever�to�do�business�with�them,�you�have�been�warned.Service: Painting

We found this place when looking for somewhere to get a car painted for our son for graduation. Didn t have a lot to spend but wanted it to look the best possible, well boy were we surprised when it was done in 3 days, but looked show room ready!!! Best paint shop if you re looking for a beautiful paint job and the owner was absolutely wonderful, even upgraded the color for us at no extra charge because it was for our son s graduation! 100% recommend for any paint and body services. I'm highly disappointed with the work they did on my camero! Just to start it off, the finish product looks like crocodile skin. It feels like they sprinkled sand on my car since it's so rough and bumpy. I thought my car was bad when I brought it but it came out worst. On top of that, the paint only lasted about three weeks before it started fading terribly. The owner ERIC needs to reevaluate his decision on running a "customs" shop. He overpromise and under delivers. I highly don't recommend coming here.

Work received - Protective lining (off brand rhino liner) spray to a 2004 Tacoma (entire truck, jams included) and rust treatment on the frame.Why 4 Stars - Minor imperfections (i.e. trim on the backside of the hood and a few smaller trim areas missed due to bad taping). Note, Eric will fix with his warranty but I got this done right before moving due to my job and no shop where I was going could do the work.Summary - Overall, I am happy with the work done. I would say this is one of the better "bang for buck" shops in town for liner work. My clear coat was peeling and I needed a good solution before moving to protect my truck from winter weather. I paid half of what I would've if I had gone somewhere else (i.e. Maaco or the off road shops that rhino line) - $2500 vs $5000+. There are some minor imperfections but overall the work is acceptable. It may take several coats, so ensure you see the work done in the sunlight and different angles before driving off into the sunset. Eric is good to his word and easy to work with and did a great job bringing new life to an old work truck. He put in a lot of extra work to treat the frame rust that other shops would have skimped on, he did a second coat and helped install a new grille and sprayed to match. Really appreciated his patience in working with a busy schedule. I would recommend Eric for getting your vehicle sprayed.Service: Painting

My son and I had the worst experience with this shop, body work was not complete, wrong paint match. I don t understand how they are still in business. Please save your money and use reputable profesional body shops. Owner statement: The paint would get lighter to match in the sun.

If you re limited on funds and need a bad dent or damage on your car & need it fixed for cheap compared to other places but don t care if the job is half done, id recommend. Probably half the cost of most places. But I wouldn t bring a brand new car to get work done. Just a project car , mine was a salvage vehicle thankfully so it didn t hurt toooo bad. Still shouldn t promise a service that can t be delivered throughly. Examples would be patched up dents that you can still see the outline of where it use to be , not perfectly smoothed out, Basically all dents and damage on the truck now looks like cellulite in the sun. :/ Also Half fixed the ac only to find out it was probably a quick fix I could have done at autozone because ac started blowing hot again 10 mins after driving. Should have expected that after seeing the job done with the body. And to top it off, have a full suspension job done only for my mechanic to let me know lots of things were left loose and untightened. It was a quick careless job, they don t care clearly.Communication skills I rate a -0 out of 10. I voiced my dissatisfaction, Eric chatted with me briefly & never heard from him again. Just expect to be the only one reaching out to get answers & to be told another day and another day but never reaching out to communicate dates have changed, be prepared to be doing all the communication on both ends ! At the end of the day the fact that this place ONLY accepts CASH, CASHAPP, and VENMO, all the apps that you CANT dispute anything on, basically buyer is unprotected. Overall rating for this place 3 out of 10.ProsNice color optionsRestored headlights free of chargeConsVery poor communicationNot thorough in work completionReturned vehicle in a much more dirtier condition than received (from paint job)Annd again very poooor communication .Would I ever return to this Buisness again if I needed another beat up car I m flipping worked on ? . Worst paint shop in San Antonio. They ruined my Corvette. I took it in for a paint job no body work no damage was on vehicle but pits in the paint.They ruined my Polycarbonate roof, ruined trim/rubber and carbon fiber trims. . They no longer respond to my texts, they had my car for about 2 months, I rejected it 5 times. Don't use these people. Currently getting estimates for a reputable company to repaint the car. I will be filing a lawsuit in the next 10 days.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The service I received from this shop was great! I brought my car in Tuesday morning for a full color change and received the text around 12 pm the next day that I could come pick it up.. They work extremely fast! I also got my rims painted which I instantly fell in love with. I m not from here so I m happy to know that I have a trusted shop I can run to if I need to. I plan to return soon for some more work.

They painted and installed my new bumper with minimal issue. In addition, they offered me the best deal out of the 3 places I reached out to for doing it (spent less than $300 for the service while the others claimed it would cost over $400 at least.) All in all very good experience and will definitely return for more service.

Terek and his crew do a great job at getting you in and out and being honest about the cost and turn around. They are the guys you want to get your repairs handled; professional work, fast and friendly to the wallet. They don t rip you off like the other guys and they give you options.They fixed my bumper same day. Held my car for 7 months, without touching it. Drove my car there, had to get it towed out. They did something to my transmission, so I had get new one. Gave a deposit of 1,200. Never returned it. But! He was such a nice guy to pay for my tow. Beware do not do business with Eric
