I recommend this place to anyone! The staff is super friendly and quick. Their prices are very reasonable, and they don't over charge. I had to get my car towed over there during Easter weekend. One of the workers waited an hour after closing for my car to arrive to make sure my car is safe in their shop over the weekend and not just hanging out in the parking lot. They were able to diagnose my car very quickly and explained everything that I needed to do to get it fixed. I'm super grateful that I have found them, and I will now be taking my car there for services. 100% recommend!

I ve been coming here for several years for my later model Mercedes SUV. Whether it is a simple oil change, a diagnostic problem, or brakes, I ve always received top-notch service in an efficient timeframe. What brings me back is the integrity of the owner, manager, and all of the employees I ve interacted with. They do not try to push unnecessary repairs. In fact, they are very thorough about what immediate needs are, what may be needed in the near future and down the line. I always feel like I have a choice and never pressured into a decision. In addition, they once wrote down a part number for me to obtain a minor item from the dealer and put it on for me complementary at my next oil change. I would recommend them to everyone! Can t go wrong with the experience of the staff, integrity of the employees and prices that can t be beat for the quality!

I've taken my car here a few different times and they always get my car in quickly to be diagnosed and fixed. I've had nothing but a pleasant experience and have dealt with understanding staff. Very appreciative of this honest and trustworthy automotive shop.

Danny and Jeff always have my back!! Super nice, courteous, thoughtful and set realistic expectations. Very nice facility, clean, inviting, lounge area is very relaxing with snack machines, fish tank, TV, coffee. Entrance and exits are easily accessible!! Disabled friendly parking and level ground from parking to entrance. Reasonable and respectful!! Thank you guys!!

Absolutely love this place. My car was literally dying trying to make it to this shop. Long story short Babcock Automotive fixed my car the SAME DAY and had me back on the road without any issues. Thank you for your speedy service and customer satisfaction.

Hi Alfred Acovio here to inform you that Babcock Automotive has done a great job in fixing my 2015 Ford escape. It s running like new again very smooth and quiet. They replaced the valve cover and gasket the oil pump gasket. The front and rear motor mounts less than 24 hours at a great price . They did a complete inspection on my vehicle, informed me of other items that needed to be fixed the price that we do the job for, when and if I decided to get those items fixed, thank you again for the great job.

My ford edge was in great hands, and they have excellent communication at every step. Great service from front to back, got my car in and out for a valve cover gasket replacement job on my SUV, they worked with me on getting my car back outside of hours, they were down to earth and not jerks like at most shops, and they exceeded every expectation. Clean shop, knowledgeable techs, and plenty of bays. Will use for all future vehicle repair needs in the future.

My bad experience with this shop started back in November 2023 when I brought my car for a catalytic converter replacement, diagnosis reported also motor mounts to be fixed and brakes to be replaced. I started fixing the motor mounts and then with catalytic converter to be fixed, car never functioned properly. After fixing it, I almost got killed on the highway because car will not accelerate, and I almost crashed with an eighteen wheeler because of this issue, this was only a few days after having the Catalytic converter changed .I went back to the shop and then they told me the oxygen sensors were broken, this problem can happen when the catalytic converter is being taken off and mechanics are not using caution and the proper tools to disassemble the manifold, but I payed for them to fix it anyway.When I got my car back , it was still shaking and not worked properly so I went back a few days after. I got my car back and still car is not working right, now my engine light is back on and they told me it is the transmission and something else . The weird part is that in less than 6 months I spent more than 4000 dlls with them and my car never worked right. I definitely don t recommend this place as a trustable automotive service place, and they are also super overpriced, the two people at the front got mad because I am telling them that my car has not worked right since they first started fixing it, they said my car is old and that Nissan cars are not good and that I have too many miles on it , my car has 129000 miles and is a 2011 model .They asked me to leave the place after all they told me and my car is still broken , nice way to avoid responsibility for a bad job done , please don t spend your time and money with this place, definitely I don t recommend it.It s hard to proof that some mechanics take advantage of clients, so I will just go somewhere else to have my car fixed, only as part is that I spent 4000 dlls of my hard work and still have a broken car

Friendly, trustworthy, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. What more do you need to know.. finding a good mechanic is tough, Babcock is absolutely one you can trust. I won't go anywhere else. From Oil changes to brakes to tires.

A few months ago I took my son's car to the Babcock Automotive shop due to a problem with the clutch pedal, the diagnosis they gave me was: new clocht, new master cylinder, and the estimate was $1,791.97 plus taxes. I decided to take the car to another shop and the diagnosis was only the master cylinder en the cost to repair was only $280 with parts and labor! I no longer trust on Babcock Automotive.

Management here is phenomenal. They don't overcharge, and they are honest about issues and what is needed to fix your problem. I've come here a couple times now and they are my new regular mechanic going forward. I recommend these guys heavily. Also, they always pick up the phone and are honest about quotes.

Stop looking this place is legit! I came here because of the reviews. I ve been working with Jeff. He s knowledgeable and honest . He went above and beyond to help me. As a female to find a place like this is rare. Customer service is and has been so professional and friendly. I would recommend Babcock Automotive to everyone! They truly are an amazing and a great place to work with!

I'm a retired engineer and this place impressed me greatly. In for a simple oil change, I watched their operations and interactions with customers and employees. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very efficient & effective, high tech mixed with old school values in treating customers. Even their paperwork/checklist was visually helpful in pinpointing potential problems, their severity, and pricing. I felt comfortable with them working on my 12 yrs old baby. Even got a free mini flashlight for my fob. Great job to this team!

I was recommended to this shop by someone at an auto parts store around the corner. The owner, Mr.Rucker, and his whole team including Jeff, were honest, professional and efficient. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service and communication. As a woman, sometimes I've gone to shops and feel like I've been either taken advantage of or the price jacked way up. But not here! At Babcock Automotive, I felt safe and they took the time to be fair and communicative. I've already recommended them to my family and friends! They're definately my ONLY go-to Mechanic for all my car needs.

I've taken my old Toyota Tacoma truck for work here the past couple of years & they always do a great job! They're honest & hard working. I just referred my friend/coworker here after she got tired of getting the run around and overcharged at her dealership. Highly recommend Babcock Automotive

I ve been going here for a while now to do uhaul rentals and so I can only speak from my experience using uhaul there, but this past weekend I rented a uhaul and returned it early with the gas refilled and when I received my final receipt, it stated that I had not filled up the gas and charged me a large amount! I m glad I took a photo of my fuel gauge as I can prove the my gas was in fact filled, but when I called Babcock Automotive, the gentlemen on the phone was telling me that I was wrong and that the gas was only 3/4 of the way filled. He then went on to say that he found papers and a carpet in the back and threw those away for us and was kind enough to waive the cleaning fee, but I can guarantee that he was looking at the wrong truck as I have photo proof that the truck was clean! Basically I m upset at the incompetent workers who try to nickel and dime people, and then have a sour attitude when they re wrong and won t admit it! I can t wait to talk to uhaul and send them my photo proof of everything I am saying is right! All this to say, one bad experience really ruins my mood and I don t think I ll be doing my uhaul rental there ever again.Warning to those renting uhaul: take photos of Everything before you rent and after or else they ll make thing up to charge you for!Attaching photo of my fuel gauge for PROOF that the fuel was returned at the same level I rented it from (7/8ths of a tank).EDIT: The owner Daniel did call me back to help me resolve the issue and was very kind and told me he would have a talking to with the gentleman who was rude to me. I'm changing the rating back to 4 stars since he called to resolve the issue, and I will be using them again in the future, so I'm giving them another chance. I will change the review again in the future if I am treated poorly again.

First time customer here at Babcock Automotive. The customer service here was excellent. They took care of my oil change very fast, friendly, and efficiently. The also double checked for future things that I may need, which is a big plus! Not a bad price for the oil, filter, and service as well! Danny was very nice and friendly, and when the next routine maintenance is due on my vehicle, Babcock Automotive will be the first one that comes to mind. Thank you very much! I was referred to Babcock Automotive through someone I knew that had a great experience so I decided to go with BA and initially they provided awesome and reliable service.Recently, however, I had an experience with BA that will prevent me from bringing in my car in the future. I actually wound up purchasing a different car due to the lack of confidence that began to grow from my experience.I guess that's the positive. A more reliable car that's a bit more new. But, doesn't that defeat the purpose of having to go to an automechanic?Nothing against these guys. For the most part the experience was positive initially. They worked with me as far as the pricing and were understanding. But I could've saved more money were I given a proper diagnosis.I'll be checking out other options. Or, better yet, just learn how to fix the car on my own.

Great customer service. I spoke with Daniel who explained everything that was needed and was kind enough to take care of another issue that wasn't originally discussed. I really loved the service provided and I plan on returning for any car trouble I may encounter. So broke my truck, oil sending switch went out, I was stuck outside of SA, about 90ish miles east, going to Houston. I got a tow back to this shop, left my truck with them after hours, called them the next day and they were already working on it and had the switch pulled out and replaced, I picked it up again that next day.These guys are awesome, they really do take care of you and truck to do right by ya.

Highly recommend. They got my car in right away and was able to get my car fixed and back to me in less than 4 hours. They aren t like the other business that try and get you to fix the unnecessary stuff.

Went in for my first time today. They were super nice and got to me right away. The guy behind the counter got me a quote and then tried to find a cheaper option for me, plus waived the credit card fee for me!
