I didn t get the girls name at the counter, however her customer service it s outstanding, very thorough.The gentleman Sonny replaced my battery in about less than 30 mins, he was so nice and very attentive.I rate this Store a 10+ for excellent customer service.

Sonny was very professional and efficient! He recommended the best battery to change for my car. He installed it and showed me exactly what was corroding and fixed it. Sonny replaced my car battery and the terminal for the battery. He offered me a water bottle and let me sit inside on a stool while doing the battery replacement. Sonny was very attentive to other customers who were walking in and very polite and helpful. Sonny deserves 5 Stars for his hard work and dedication at Autozone! Thank you Sonny!

I went in to buy a battery not really knowing what batter to get for my car. Sonny, the gentleman working up front, helped me find what battery I needed and even checked to so if my current battery had a warranty. After getting everything squared away he even changed out batteries for me. All and all a great experience and a very helpful and friendly employee. Someone give this man a raise!

Sonny is fantastic! Went in to get my check oil light checked. He did so quickly. He also reset the light for me quickly. There was a gentleman after me who came in to get his checked. Sonny was professional and made sure he would be ok waiting momentarily to reset my oil warning light. I just appreciate how courteous and professional he was!

Call and ordered a part and was told it would be in next day this was Sunday it did not come in until Thursday. Went in after putting the part on and two employees working at 6pm. Long line, I asked for help with windshield wipers. The employee I got at the desk was not very helpful. I asked him to help me put them on my truck (I am 8 months pregnant and cannot reach atm) and he did not want to. I told him my truck check engine light was on and he said oh the machine is down, it s been down all day . I know from an insider that they say this when they do not feel like bringing out the machine and checking what the problem is. So annoyed. There was an employee outside when I walked out and I asked him for help, he helped me put windshield wipers on. I did not get his name. I cannot be driving my truck with check engine light to all of the auto zones in the area. Wont be coming here again.

This AutoZone rocks. I had the BEST experience at this location today. The team members were very friendly & helpful . But Elizabeth, the parts sales manager, went above and beyond for me in my situation. My battery died unexpectedly, and it needed to be replaced. She helped me find a battery that fit my budget and even lent me a hand by replacing it. She was AMAZING!! I really appreciated her being patient with me throughout the whole process as well. Will definitely return my business to this location.

I had the pleasure of working with Sonny, an AutoZone employee who went above and beyond to help me with my car battery replacement. Sonny not only tested my current battery but also took the time to remove the necessary parts and coverings from my vehicle to access the battery. This extra effort on his part made the process much easier for me and saved me a lot of time and frustration.In addition to his helpfulness, Sonny also recommended some relevant add-ons for my car that would enhance its performance. He listened attentively to my concerns and took his time to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.What really stood out to me was how friendly and personable Sonny was throughout the entire process. Even though he was getting off work at the time, he went out of his way to find Jesus, another AutoZone employee who was also very friendly and helpful. Together, they worked to replace the battery in my car right there in the parking lot, making sure the job was done right.I appreciated how Sonny interacted with me and my family throughout the entire process. He was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything to us. This was the best experience I've ever had at AutoZone, and it was all thanks to Sonny's exceptional customer service.Overall, I would highly recommend Sonny to anyone looking for help with their car at AutoZone. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible, and I am grateful for his outstanding service.

Today a very friendly gentleman by the name of Sonny was the best to us. He took his time and fixed our problems right away. He could have pushed us to the side and gone about his business but he went above and beyond for us and our issues.

Sonny M. went above and beyond with helping me with my suv battery issue. He was able to explain what the issue was and how to resolve it. Sunny was AMAZING I went in there not knowing anything about cars. Trying to get the right tools that my boyfriend needed. I had my boyfriend on speaker Sunny was so nice and friendly helped me look for everything my boyfriend needed he even found the tool way cheaper for us I left leaving there with everything I needed for my boyfriend to fix his car he was unbelievably sweet and you don't find workers nowadays like Sunny thank you Sunny for your amazing customer service and I'm very grateful to be able to have met you.

Elizabeth, Pedro and Gabriel were amazing assisting me with finding the right parts for my vehicle!! With the stress of my daughter being in an accident, this new (used) vehicle I bought her needed parts and here at this AutoZone, I found these employees to be very helpful in finding what I needed. I went to get a new car battery and Sonny M. Was very friendly and saved me $150 by diagnosing my battery issue, testing it and solving my issue FREE OF CHARGE. Definitely a great guy and I will recommend this location.

Customer service out the window. One person greeted me after passing 2 employees. One was occupied while the other 2 offered no help. Took my items to check out and nothing attempted to be bagged cashier to busy texting on phone. I had to ask for a bag. It was only after I asked for a double bag for a heavy item was I offered help to take it out.

Went in thinking we needed a new fuse but we had simply purchased the wrong type of bulb. Despite how small the issue was, Sonny went out of his way to help us out. Not only did he help us shop for the items we needed, but also offered assistance in changing the bulb. Will definitely make sure to stop at AZ at Roosevelt Ave when needed for the awesome customer service!

Had some great help the past few days getting hub calipers for my ford! Really appricated Sonny M.! He's a wonderful man who helped me out everytime i came into the store! :) This location will definitely be my go to autozone from now on!

I went in thinking I was going to need a new alternator. AZ rep, Sonny, assisted me by checking my battery and alternator. It turned out I needed a new battery.He looked one up for me and even installed it in my vehicle. Took his time in cleaning the battery cables and terminals before installing the new battery.I informed his manager, Chris, that Sonny went above and beyond his role as an AZ rep in helping me today.Thank you Sonny, for your help today and your military service!
