Vanessa was such a great help, I accidentally bought the wrong windshield wipers and she was able to help me get the correct ones. Made the process super easy and quick, and shout out to Gio for helping me put on the new windshield wipers before I left! Great customer service from everyone!

I drove a little further to visit this store since other Autozone stores customer service has been declining recently in the last year. I just wanted to exchange a part size, assuming this store would be no different in service. A young man helped me and made the transaction smooth and he was knowledgeable to make sure I had the right part for the exact vehicle that I needed. I wish I would have gotten his name, but if everyone else there works like him, this will be my new go to store.

When we try to call for pricing on parts or see if somethings in stock(location culebra across from the Heb) I don't remember her name but the lady the we spoke to on the phone then went in person was just very "annoyed" by us and we asked about a part that it said was less than $70 as a posed to what their computer was saying at $90 something just go to to a different one and they professionally explain to us its and online exclusive thing

There's only one way to mess up a visit to Auto Zone, and that's terrible customer service. I did even want to ask questions because I doubt anyone working at the time had any useful knowledge.

I needed a head light bulb changed and I m glad I came here. I recently moved from out of state and don t have any of my tools here yet. I called ahead of time to see if they could help me change it out which they were happy to help.When I arrived, Jennifer promptly helped me and quickly changed my head light bulb. Such a great and easy experience here. Jennifer was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

I recently suffered a blowout on the street in front of this location. I stopped my car in their parking lot to call and wait for roadside assistance. Since it was over 100 degrees outside I asked if I could wait inside. Not only did they welcome me in to the store, they told me they had seen me pull in to the lot and made sure I was ok. They also got a chair for me and a bottle of water. Even though I was not a customer they made me feel welcome and safe. Thank you to all the employees at this location.

Went in for check engine light. The lady that helped us (I believe her name was Miranda) was very helpful. Ran diagnostics, ordered parts (which we picked up later that day) and even installed the battery for us! Easy peasy! Highly recommend this location.

Great facility, has everything you would need for parts and everything.Came in to do a check engine diagnostic and came away with the parts I would need!Very efficient and nice people here! Utilize them!

This Autozone is located conveniently down the street from my house and has friendly staff working inside. I was able to get what I needed quickly and although I didn't have any need for assistance with vehicle part installation, my questions were answered promptly accurately and courteously. Definitely will be back.

I went in for something simple customer service was amazing. The old man that speaks Spanish helped me out I didn t get to catch his name. I don t even speak Spanish but I wish all stores could be like his customer service.

Angelica at AutoZone at on culebra 10:40 store her people skills are very amazing she know how to do with the customers and she keep them satisfied and she make sure they get what they need very awesome woman I really strong recommended that woman get a raise she makes good money for y'all store she loved the people and she take care of those people that store I'm one of the customers thank you

There was a worker named Maria that was very professional and had outstanding customer service ! As a business owner i definitely would hire her to work for my company . She was very knowledgeable on her products and prices . She even offered additional products that could better my situation. Im glad she was there to solve my troubles

I am taking time to write this review To say this young man Ray V customer Service Rep for auto Zone on Culebra RdI was in about closing time on 03/12 and I didn t have a receipt but Ray V search the computer trying to assist me to locate the part under my phone # . He search every way he could think. I was amazed that not once did I feel rush and they had already locked the doors and were close , but Ray continue to assist me . It is hard to find someone that cares enough and takes pride in there work kudos to you Ray V for caring enoughI also have to add that when I call his districtManager Kevin M to compliment Ray V ,he too was very kind and polite .

Well I came here today to get a fuse replaced. I'm disabled and can't get under the dash to replace a fuse. The young man was helping me and when we found the second fuse box he went in to get needle nose pliers. The manager told him he had been outside to long and to come inside. Obviously this particular location doesn't care about their customers. The young man did tho. It wasn't even busy!
