Came in about 30 mins before closing and the clerk was very helpful in finding the part needed. I came to buy replacement bulbs and once he found them, he even helped to put them on. The clerk wasn't pushy and was very nice.

Janai was too busy treating us like we were trying to steal. Very rude. Pretty much trying to run us off, saying we needed a part number to help us out. I didn't like the way he was towards us. We left there and decided to go to the other location down the street. We were met with Excellent Customer Service.

Went in to get a battery & everyone was super helpful. The store manager Valentina I believe was her name was outstanding & made me & my family s day so much better! I m glad to not be so stressed now about my car. I definitely will be going to that same location from now on for outstanding service !

My car battery died, and I was about a mile or so from this location. My car ended up starting and I came to this location. The female store manager, I believe her name was Tina assisted me with running the battery test, taking it out, finding the correct one & since her location didn t have it, she drove to the next closest location to get me a new battery. She was so helpful, as well as another guy behind the counter. I ll be returning for any auto care needs from now on!!

Went into the store on Goliad this morning to have the battery checked. Veronica and Valentina assisted us. Valentina found the warranty and offered to replace right away. She even brought it to my attention that the bridge and mount for the battery was missing. We were very grateful and for installing the battery.

I was in and out in less than 20 mins! Charles at the Fair location in San Antonio, Tx, sold me a battery and happily installed it for me! Very professional, kind, and willing to help. Excellent service from Charles! Thank you, sir!

I want to praise Justin B. For excellent customer service. I went in for coolant and motor oil. He helped me get what I needed and carried it up to register for me. When I payed and got to my vehicle, it wouldn't start. He proceeded to check connections and jump started my car. I will make his location my preferred store bypassing 2 others that are closer. Thanks Again

One of the best locations in San Antonio and the staff is really helpful getting everything you need to get your car back on the road, they are very well trained respectable and dependable. Plus mainly everything at AutoZone you buy has a lifetime warranty with no questions asked on returns. I will always shop at AutoZone

Auto Zone has great reasonable prices compared to other auto part stores. Very helpful & courteous to help me as a widow, I need honesty in the people who help me considering being on one fixed income (S.S) only. And this store helps me considerably with everything for my truck. Thankyou Auto Zone!

Emergency stop. Needed power steering fluid. Arrived barely a few minutes before closing which I hadn't realized. Nevertheless, I was greeted with a wonderful welcome. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and excellent customer service. Sadly, I didn't get his name. He definitely deserves to be acknowledged for going far and beyond the call of duty!!!

Usually, I always find what I need, and staff is usually very helpful.Only complaint would have to be the high prices. I have a money green 2015 Mercedes benz ml350 suv. And I know it's a foreign car but , Geeeez!!

I needed help because I had an issue with my license plate. As soon as I entered the store, I was welcomed by Mary. She responded quick and was very efficient. She took care of everything within minutes. Honestly, I couldn't be more impressed. I truly appreciate her help.

Outstanding customer relationships from an employee by the name of William at Fair avenue store. This employee is very friendly, knowledgeable and gives that little extra for the customer. I have said it before . I could choose to go to any other auto parts store there are several within the same distance in my neighborhood but I choose AutoZone because they treat me right.

I did not expect the service I received today. I frequent auto zone and I have to say I missed the old school service they provided in the past. Installation of wipers, batteries etc. We ll today, not only did Mary C. help me select the transmission mount and wiper I needed for my daughter s Jeep. She also installed and showed me how to install the rear wiper. I probably would ve broke the whole thing had I tried.I highly recommend this location and am appreciative of the assistance I received. Mary C. definitely went above and beyond my expectations.
