The manager ariel was so quick to help. My truck was stranded at the sonic parking lot and she went to do a full diagnostic on my truck. She even did a battery change for me with no hesitation. After that I ended up needing wiper blades and a engine light check. She provided top tier customer service and is always holding a great attitude. I trust Ariel will always lead me in the right direction.

My husband asked me to return an old battery we had just replaced for a core charge (I don t even know what that is) and the man with the grey beard that helped me was so rude. Like giving me a $23 dollar refund came out of his pocket. I didn t even expect money to be returned?! Maybe he was having a bad day but I can t imagine he s pleasant on a good day. What a sour taste this man s attitude left me. I won t EVER return here not even for an air freshener. Get your CSR s together. Unless it s expected to be hateful and bitter then good job autozone you ve successfully hired the right man.

When I went the man who helped me was extremely rude and was acting as if I was wasting his time and if he has better things to do than work. Literally you re at work and it s what you get paid to do. He was very impatient as I was trying to pull up a vin number for my vehicle. He then rudely asked do you have it yet l. His name was Glenn that was being so rude. I m definitely not coming back here ever again and I encourage other patrons to do the same

Thank you to Ms. Ariel for assisting me with my car battery. The other competitors said it was my terminals. But once Ms. Ariel took the time to explain it to me, it was the battery. Love your personality.

Phillip went above and beyond in helping me with my battery issues! He recommended the correct parts, battery, and accessories to get the job done. When he actually came out to do the battery change as well as terminal change for me I realized that Philip was simply a kind and outstanding person. He got me back on the road which is critical as I drive hundreds of miles for work. I hope that this review reflects upon him and all his generous advice and help. Thank you Phillip!!!

Extremely rude staff. A woman who I believe said her name was Tina and claimed to be the general manager. Rude and condescending when i was asking questions. Rolling her eyes at me and making rude faces. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Extremely rude service from the female employee (glasses, red company shirt). She was rude when I asked for a battery check and alternator test on my bmw. It s a courtesy service that s provided which I needed done as I had an alert about my battery considering I purchased my battery from AutoZone this year I was worried. After I asked for a battery check and we went outside she was quick to say she didn t know how to check a bmw battery with no offering of assistance. I mentioned the battery was in the trunk which I could open, Though she got offended when I asked her if there was another employee who did know how to check the battery. From there the whole interaction went down hill and customer service was non existent. This is not the AutoZone way. there should be no issue on me asking to get my battery checked. Get employees who are willing to help. Ridiculous.

I'm from Austin and NO stores have yet to come close to the customer service that this store provides. Jenna was super helpful in getting my issues resolved after some parts had not been up to advertised specifications with ZERO hassle. I always make it a point to come to this store when I'm in the southside because the team here is ON point!

Went to check my battery if it was good or not? My vehicle didn t want to start I asked if they could assist me and they said they couldn t because they didn t charge the battery pack charger they had so I had to wait. I told my husband what they told me. He drove an hour from out of town to where I was and they still hadn t gotten back to help me. So when my husband shows up they told him it was a certain issue and not the battery being bad because their test showed the battery had 3more months of life. My husband asked for them to jump start the car and they told him it might not work because the battery was not the problem. He told them to do it anyway. They did and it started. He replaced the battery with no other issues.

The customer service was extremely above and beyond. Jennifer was so knowledgeable and helpful she made me feel like I could do the job that needed to be done. Having female associates there help it feel less intimidating however the male associates were great as well. I will continue to come back because of this great service.
