Usually love coming to this autozone, super helpful and friendly.Was waiting patiently for a battery change for about 30 minutes and was told "give this customer the tools to change his own battery!" I understand that the other customer was there first and that he was priority. I get it. But customer service is managing expectations and requires communication. I did not deserve to be snapped at.He was snapping back at his coworker who had come outside to check on me. She asked if he was able to get to me and replied with the quote above.It's very convenient to come to this location, it would be nice if folks would slow down to think about how their response to a simple question makes others feel.

S/O to the whole team today. Very good customer service and they were able to fix my key and they all greeted me with a very warm welcome. I had a rough day at work today and I really appreciated their great customer service. Left with a smile !

It is understaffed but they did the best they possibly could. The service was great, and a nice gentleman with glasses and a beard (I m bad with names) helped me get back on the road with a new battery. Some guy yelled because the service was slow, but what can you do when there is 8 customers who all need battery replacements with 2 employees where one has to monitor the store? Anyways, the service was great and the gentlemen that helped me deserves a raise. He works very hard for this establishment. The lady with the blue contacts was very nice too!

Juan O. Was absolutely amazing! He was only suppose to change my car battery , he found out there was more reasons wrong with my car and he figured it out. He was so sweet and made me feel like I was about to take off with my car!

Mr.lou and Rebecca have been helping me the last few days and have been beyond wonderful to me I appreciate there customer services and friendly atmosphere they are very helpful and always putting there best food forwards these to employees deserve a raise!!!

My car battery died and I brought my car in and was immediately greeted and assisted. They tested my battery and confirmed it had no juice and then offered to charge it for about an hour. As I was waiting, Travis sparked up a friendly conversation and offered me a chair while I was waiting to get picked up. I came back an hour later and my battery was barely juiced up and my car still wouldn't start. Travis then assisted me by helping to jump my car so I can at least get it home. Travis made the entire experience 5-stars! Super friendly and helpful! Thanks Travis!! This will be my go to Auto Zone location moving forward!!

The worst service I have ever received, people are not at all cordial when answering a question, their cervical to the client is at -0, especially that of an adult man with glasses, what a rude person, I have the worst experience of this I don't recommend this place at all

I highly recommend this AutoZone location. My husband and I brought our 2020 Toyota Corolla to this location because our car battery was weak and needed to be replaced. The battery was still under warranty. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and had the required tools to take our battery out and replace with a new one. Thank you to the staff at this location.

I don't usually write bad reviews. But I think I need to share my experience with everyone. It is long story but please read.I have a problem with my battery my car won't start. A couple week ago, I went to this shop to check if anything is ok with my battery.And one of the guys told me that my battery needs to be changed.And he helped me to change new one. But to be honest, when he brought the battery, it looked so old-dirty-dusty and doesn't even look like new at all but I got charged new.But I don't want to say anything that day because I respect people who work hard and don't want anything to be worse if I ask him so many questions and doubt him, he might be upset.Thankfully, when he changed it and tried to start my car, my car was still not working. He tried to pull out the battery but it was too tight(when he put it out) so I believe he broke some of the parts but blamed someone else broke it before.So he needs to take a new battery and this time it looks so brand new battery. Finally it s work my car can start.

Had Edward from store 3130 (this store) assist me today and he was absolutely an amazing person. Edward took the time to assist me with my vehicle regarding my battery and was so patient and helped explain how to resolve my issue. This store has always been my favorite Autozone to go to, and all of the employees are great as well. Their store manager is super friendly and I loved the environment inside the store, you can tell they love what they do.I spoke with their regional manager Rob and let him know that I had exceptional service and I hope this store and its employees are recognized and appreciated for all they do.

Such great and friendly service. Eric was very helpful with replacing my battery. Another location "couldn't" install a new battery I purchased and I called this location on Lock-Hill Selma and Eric did it, happily. Thank you again!

My mother stopped by this location a couple weeks ago to charge a battery, only lady that spoke Spanish said about an hr. or so.When she went back the lady said she FORGOT TO CHARGE IT and apologized..completely unacceptable and inconsiderate of those who don t have that much time during the day. Even worse, a another employee tried to brush it off by saying the battery just didn t work and needed a new one. The cheapest one they had there was $200.. Never stopping at this location again and that employee should seriously be let go.

Mr. Eric was a tremendous help. I was trying to find a fastener to hold down the body panel on my Subaru. Eric went out of his way to to make sure I got the right part by comparing the size of the part to the car. It might be a part of autozone s customer service policy, but his service was amazing. Thank you so much, Eric.

My wife went there At 9:00 pm she need it wipers ask lazy employees weren't doing nothing one of them said be outside to install it never came out just there sitting down laughing should get fired

Asked the sales manager if they give a military discount and she said "every day". We'll, apparently not that day (Saturday). I didn't notice til I'd gotten home so I did their survey explaining that I showed my ID but the discount was missed. Someone from their store called me Sunday morning just after 8 am. I thought that was a little early to call on a Sunday but answered it since it identified the caller as AutoZone. A very disorganized young man started the call. He was rifling through papers and stumbling over his words. Anyway, he apologized and told me to come into the store to get the discount refunded to me. I was much more concerned that they provide training on it to prevent repeats. Unfortunately, I'm unconfident that will happen...

I go to this store all the time and never had a bad experience. I think I have been going to this location for the past 15 years so I have made a lot of purchases here including batteries. I recently had one of my batteries die and they rolled out the red carpet and took great care of me. Without giving the boring details of my story, I can say that my experience was nothing but positive. Auto Zone and this store took very good care of me and I am now a life long customer! All I can say is that Auto Zone is a stand up company that goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Why you buy something from Auto Zone, they always have your back.

The Customer service I received was on point! I had a headlight go out on my Jeep and had no idea how to replace it! Herman went above and beyond to ensure I not only purchased the right kind of headlight, but he installed it for me. Superb service! Fast, efficient and kind.

I bugged Herman twice within a 2 day span and he was the greatest both times. After I went somewhere else to get my spark plugs done, my check engine light was still on. He reset my check engine light and told me that if it comes back on to go back to the store. Not even 2 minutes down the road it turned back on and I turned around. Not only did he check to make sure what part I needed he took it upon himself to put it in for me. I m not sure if they are suppose to do that but he did. With no questions or hesitation! If I could give 10 stars I would! That store is always great and gives off good vibes! They all need a raise!

Prices are rediculous first of all. Talked to this employee for a long time about parts and what i needed and he still gave me the wrong part after we disscussed exactly which one i needed. Very nice guy though and excellent customer service. Bottom line the prices are rediculous

Frank, the store manager helped jump my car when no one at my job was able too. I was down the road and was so appreciative that he drove just to help me! He was so friendly, nice and fast when doing his job. I followed him to purchase a new battery, he took off my old battery and placed my new battery inside. I was grateful that I was able to find someone to help me as I am new to town. He was nothing short of amazing!

Didn't come in for parts or consumables, but had waste oil to dump and the lady took it to the vat. While I waited I checked the store out. Inventory seemed good and organized. Plenty of everything to get your car clean and running right.

I needed to get my battery charged, they said it would be a 20 minute wait. after waiting patiently for almost an hour, I realized they were helping people that got there after me. got the guys attention, he comes & disconnects my battery, then starts trying to convince me I didn't want to do it today. didnt I want to just come back tomorrow? well, no, not really that's why I'm here now. I was so irritated by the whole interaction I left. they had plenty of time to charge it even if it took the whole 2 hours, I don't know why he didn't want to do it.

My battery needed a quick charge so I stopped by to see if they would be helpful. It took over an hour ( I had to take a Uber to get something to eat to pass the time by ) when I arrived to pick up my car they did not reset my system or put my battery In correctly and they left out 2 parts that hold the battery ! My car was glitching the whole ride home and now I m forced to make an appointment with a Mechanic to fix my car. I wish I would have never stopped by. I clearly don t know a lot about cars but I just needed a simple battery charge I m not sure why It was so difficult.
