There were 2 men working the front desk & the manager who wasn't with a customer decided to help me instead of having me wait for the other sales associate. But after asking him for what I needed he repeatedly tried to convince me that "I didn't need it" & "if there wasn't certain lights on that it wouldn't help" after I sternly asked him if he could please hook my car up & give me a print out of what it would say he then told me to wait & that the other man would help me. I guess him counting the drawer was more important then doing what I kindly asked of him. But on a positive note the other man helped the customer he was with then kindly helped me out with what I needed & even went above & beyond to explain to me what everything meant since I wasn't too sure. Really appreciated him taking the time to do that for me. The manager needs to take notes on customer service from the people he probably trained.

One of the worst experiences I ve had in an auto zone.12 people in line, I get to the front and asked if paying with cash or card. Card Gentleman points to a side register, and says I can self check out there. I told him it would be a good idea to let people know it s an option, he said there s a sign.My reply - when you have 12 people in line you might wanna remind them it s available. He replied again - there s a sign.

Orlando was incredibly helpful when I came to change the battery to my first cars. He was also kind enough to share some car knowledge as I was in the dark about most things that come with having a car. Services was really speedy and great even though it was Saturday! Came in and there were like 8 people in like and 20 minutes later I was already driving home. These people know what they re doing! Awesome awesome

Been waiting for 40 minutes for a battery replacement that costed me almost 400. The personnel here doesn t care. Tried to get a refund in order to go to another place and was denied. Don t recommend doing that here

I had the worst experience in this Auto Zone. I went to buy tire caps for my car and i asked the cashier guy if he could put them on for me, he said he didn't know how I asked if anyone else could help me so he went to the back and this older man came to the front I asked him if he could put the new caps on tires he said "your husband can't do it" I said no, I don't have a husband then he said your son, I said my sons don't live here and do I have to explain myself to you? He then started putting the tire caps together and we went outside to my car, when he saw that I had the old tire caps still on my car he said " do I have to take them out"! Then he turned around to get a screw driver when he came back I had already taken out 2 of the tire caps with my car keys. He installed the tire caps and said " have a nice day" I used to go to this store and the employees were always very helpful and willing to help a woman. I think they don't have the same manager and employees seem like they don't want to work or in a bad mood

Excellent customer service. They diagnosed a problem with my car, I purchased what was needed right away, and one of the employees (I believe his name was Pablo) asked if I had someone to put the parts in and offered to do so for me. This was the best customer service I have had at an auto parts store.

Needing a Battery under waranty to be replaced . I dont carry tools in my vehicle . They were unable to help me take the battery out , I was told to take the battery out myself . Another customer was able to get better help and have someone take his battery out for him . Service depends on who you get at this location its not across the board like every other location .

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Genaro was so helpful in troubleshooting my fuse issue. He helped me find the problem and placed the new fuse for me. I was so grateful for his help, especially since I had my young child with me. Thank you!

I didn t know that they offer battery installation, they didn t even ask. I only found out when I enter back to buy the tools toInstall it and another customer ask for his battery to be installed. Then I ask but they said it was almost close time ! But I got the battery 30 minutes before the other customer

Great experience at this location, staff were super helpful and quickly found examples of correct replacement options for my car battery. To my surprise they offered to install new battery and made quick work of it, The store was clean and well stocked, service was outstanding!

AutoZone on Colony Dr. San Antonio, Texas.I d like to take this time to recognize Edgar who went above and beyond this evening not only in the store, but after hours.I am new to San Antonio and do not know anyone who could assist me with my car.I had a dead battery and to no avail, jumping it just wasn t starting the car.Edgar not only helped me choose the best battery for my car, knowing the bind I was in and how upset I was that I had no help, he himself offered to come install the battery when he got off work.At 10:30 pm he was at my house, in the dark making sure my battery was installed and my car was running again.I truly don t know what I would ve done without this young gentleman.Thank you so much Edgar for going out of your way to get me back on the road. Service like that is hard to come by these days.

Went there in 26th december, and had a very great experience.I had to change my tail lights for my SUV and had none experience l. First I went to the Dezavala location which refused to help me sold me the wrong lights. When I went to perrin Beitel location they refused to assist and denied a refund even though I had my Receipt with me. Finally I went to the one on Wurzback and let me be Honest, they are very great in customer service. Jerry helped me out and spent about 30 minutes trying to give the light which I really needed and even fixed it for me. This man and this location definitely needs a shout out Thank You Jerry for your service and being very helpful.

I've never have had an bad experience at any AutoZone I've been to, and this location is no exception, ...I needed some jumper cables , and was directed by staff where they are located because I couldn't find them , staff was friendly , courteous ,helpful and had me in out in less than 10 mins.. only gripe is that the cables, (cheapest/lowest) price was $30 bucks... Ouch... I like it better when I just borrow them.. rarely do I ever need an jump start.. .. Helpful staff always. Now can I get someone there to help me get my car window back up? It came off track and I'm afraid I'm gonna break it since I don't know what I'm usually doing when it comes to cars....lol

The people working here are really rude and they don't work like all other stores. They don't wanna return items as easily as the other ones and make the life miserable. The worst autozone i have ever seen and I've been going to different autozones for almost 4 years.

River is the one!! My car was miss firing and after I replace the spark plug I came to River said it still acting up and he advised me the next best thing was the coil. River even came out side to look at my sparks to lmk if I need to replace them to. And while he was helping me and older lady came back in time to thank him greatly for helping her. It was great ti see how River gives everyone the top notch customer service and care. Thank you River your the best!

Good experience.I quickly ran in just to get information on a radiator fan. The employees are really helpful even allowed me to take a quick picture of what was on the screen so that I would have it on my phone when needed it, instead of carrying a printed piece of paper around. Good People.

Check your items inside the box before you leave.Purchased a couple of parts, they weren't the correct ones (per mechanic, unopened). Brought them back and essentially got accused by the manager of trying to pass off a factory part as one of theirs. Called the mechanic on speaker phone and manager and mechanic got into a shouting match over who did what with this part and whether or not I should be reimbursed. Mind you I've never looked in the box, so claims the mechanic too.I can't say what happened. I don't have that kind of prescience, but how a swap would have occurred in the brief few moments that I was at the mechanic, who has an excellent reputation, i don't know either. There would have had to have been some sleight of hand. I know I didn't swap the part. Why are the parts not sealed in the boxes anyway? Manager never said well you see the seals been broken so...not that I would have known whether there was a seal, I just assumed I was getting the appropriate parts, my fault.Eventually, I guess the manager got fed up and just decided to refund me, as I was crying and in disbelief at the chaos in front of me.I can't even say how horrid I felt walking out having been through this experience, except I wasn't even worth a handshake. The whole thing left me feeling dehumanized.I'll never return.They did process my return, but what I went through for that was absurd and honestly mortifying.Edit:**THE PAT RESPONSE TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS IS INSULTING. YOU WANT SOMEONE TO FEEL LIKE YOU ACTUALLY CARE, RESPOND APPROPRIATELY AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT HORRID MANAGER WHO IS REFLECTING POORLY UPON YOUR STORE.
