So normally I don t leave reviews, but I had a bad experience today that I felt needed to be posted. I bought some windshield wipers the day before this incident and was having trouble putting them on. So I came back the next day to ask for help and see that I bought the right ones as well. Two employees helped me with the windshield wipers. One of them might have been a manager or at least an employee who knew what they were doing and went outside to teach the other employee, who had no idea how to change windshield wipers.So the competent employee/manager changed one no problem, but had to go back inside regarding another issue with a power outage that happened a few minutes earlier and left me with the other employee. So as the other employee was trying to change the second windshield wiper, I noticed he was having difficulty and was putting it on the wrong way. I gave him a minute or two hoping he would figure it out, but he didn t. So to help, all I said was the wiper actually needs to go on the other way after you lift the latch. He then says Look man I don t like you telling me what to do. I m here trying to learn and figure this S#!@ out and you re here telling me how to do my job. I don t like that. If you knew how to change these things yourself, why did you even bother coming here to ask us to do this S#!@ for you? I then said I wasn t trying to belittle or insult you. I was just trying to help you out. To which he proceeds to rudely hand me the windshield wiper and say Well here. If you know how to do it, why don t you turn it the right way and tell me how it goes. I do so and he was able to then put it on.While I appreciate the help I was given, I have never encountered such a rude employee in my entire life. His way of talking with foul language wasn t just limited to our exchange alone. He also talked nonchalantly the same way with the same foul language to the other employee in store with other customers inside. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location ever again and I don t recommend anyone do so either if AutoZone chooses to hire people like this and keep them onboard.

I had a great experience at this location. My car was scanned due to a check enginee led that popped up. That is whenJason gave me awesome customer service he went above and beyond, he recommended me the best options and the most important thing he shared his knowledge and thought me about how to replace the parts that I bought there. He saved me time to go to the mechanic.

If I can give a zero score I would. No one acknowledged me as I waited In line. There was no other customer in front of me either, there was one employee helping someone outside but 2 more employees inside and they ignored me completely. I asked for help and they didn t help me. Worst experience ever at an auto parts store. I guess they discriminate against pregnant women with toddlers. I m very upset and disappointed.

Autozone never lets me down but today I was given some of the best customer service I have ever received. Joe the store manager got me exactly what I needed, provided tips, and even helped with instal. I will definitely be back and refer all my customers to his location (Enterpise)

BEWARE of battery SCAM!!! I took my car battery here to get checked and they insisted I needed a new one. Then I took it to Advanced auto parts on babcock and my battery was perfectly fine! Get your battery checked at 2 locations to make sure!

staff here are always helpful and amazing ...its crazy how some customer dont show appreciation to these employee. The employees are sales personal not mechanics, people Stop bugging them to do your job" they already help us enough ". Great Job Autozone Employee's keep being the wonderful helpful people you are Great Job to the night managers for always helping and going extra mile .

So my car would not start yesterday and got a charge from a tow truck driver. Of course it started up right away and when I took it to Auto Zone they told me that my battery was really good and at 100%. The next day when I went to start my car it would not start. Hmmm of course it's going to say 100% bc it was charged. Their battery tester is garbage and deceiving. Not happy with AutoZone on bit!

This location makes a habit of closing down 10 to 15 minutes early . They close at 9pm but if you walk up to the already locked door at 8:47 , they give you the throat slash gesture and yell out , " WE'RE CLOSED !!! " with an attitude i might add . If you close at 9 , close at 9

The staff here are knowledgeable in pretty much all things automobile. What I don t know how to do the staff will explain or flat out for it for me in the parking lot. Only drawback is usually have to order parts on foreign high end vehicles.

Went to Auto Zone this evening for a new battery and the staff was awesome, especially Chris and Gilbert. The have winning customer service!! They treat their guests how they would like to be treat. Wish more companies would take lessons from Auto Zone!! Nowadays, great customer service is had to find. Thank you guys :)

This was the second out 3 Autozone locations my husband and I went to and by far the worst one. Our battery needed to be replaced for our 2020 Toyota Corolla. We bought the battery from Autozone and it was still under warranty. The person my husband was dealing with was unprofessional like he was high school with a huge goofy grin on his face like something was funny explaining how he was unable to help us. I would highly recommend not coming to this location.

Was okay.. won't find what your looking for unless you ask for help, or know this store quite well. Categorization was a bit off in this store but no complaints otherwise. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am visiting in San Antonio. Woke up this morning with dead battery. Some kind gentleman gave me a jump and I went to AutoZone. The serviceman that help me was superior. Wish I got his name. He wore a baseball cap with fishing hook in the bill. I was on my way to my destination within 15 minutes. This is what customer service should be.

I just went in to get my battery checked and turned out to be bad. I had warranty so it was replaced for free. The guy helping me was so awesome. I wish I got his name. He was so sweet in answering my questions and showed me how to tell if a battery is going dead for next time. He was a bearded guy with black disc earrings. Super cool guy. I was in my out of there in less than 20 minutes.

Terrible customer service and they served a guy who jumped in front of me when I was in line. Didn t want to wait another 10mins, literally went to O Reilly s 5mins down the street and got my item and checked out in 1 minute

Phil Guerrero was so helpful and even went out of his way to address my needs. I didn t end up purchasing the product I thought I needed because he had a different solution. Emiliano G was such a big help. My car had the check engine light on and I stopped in there. Emiliano hooked it up to the machine and got the codes for me and told me what was wrong and got the prices for the parts I needed. He was kind and courteus when I was having a bad day and I really appreciate that.
