I was looking for an off-the-wall product that is not normally carried by many stores and was able to find it here. But what was the most helpful was a girl that works at this location on WW White Road by the name of Diana. She was absolutely amazing, very friendly, very helpful, very cheerful. And I noticed that she was very in tune with what products were in what area that saves customers like us a lot of time and it moves us to container to shop at this location. Thanks again, Diana.

Horrible customer service kept me hold for more than 30 minutes. When I hung up and called back the lady acted as if the people in store are more important that the people that have to call in . I spent my whole lunch break waiting on hold and she has the nerve to tell me what do you want me to do . There should be a system in place we re both people in store and people that have call in get the same help .

I normally don' leave reviews, but this was one of The Best Serivce I have recieved in a while. My head lights went out and I needed a new fuse. They not only helped me find the right plug they also helped me change it out!. But wait there's more they help suggested better headlight and installed those as well! Again the best serivce I have had in a while!

Over heated plugs! I'll burn a motor cylinder head and buy out stocks running it daily to support my children. But there plugs are just as strong as I am on car.

Although this store is busy, their service is amazing. The manager at the new braunfels street location claimed that he could not find my battery purchase in their system and refused to help me any further. I ended up leaving that store and drove a few extra miles to this location on w.w. white road. The employee here had NO PROBLEM finding my battery purchase in their system and was able to help me get a new one.

I needed to fix the oil sending unit on my truck. After calling O Reiley s and Advanced Auto Parts I called this store and they quoted me a price but told me it was out of stock that I could pay for it now and pick it up the next day. I needed my truck right away so I called Advanced to see if they would price match, they said they would however I would need to bring in a print out of the price from AutoZone. I did get a print out and went to Advanced Auto Parts. Whenever I gave the print out to the guy at Advanced he looked it up and realized they quoted me the wrong part for the wrong year of truck. Even though on the print out it shows he was looking up my 2010 Silverado he was going to give me a part for a 2014 that is absolutely the wrong part and could of caused serious damage to my engine. After all the guy from AutoZone had to use the scanner to get the code to quote the price. How is anyone to know what those codes read if the employee doesn t even know. I wonder how many cars they have messed up by giving people the wrong parts for their car or even creating a bigger one?(Below is the price I was quoted after each Auto Parts store ran a scan for my check engine light)

For as busy as they were it was very quick. Except for the people looking for diagnostics who were put on back burner which I think was a good thing cuz about a dozen people in line and half of em just needed code reader. Maybe loan a tool would be better option but now a days u �an get a cheap OBD2 reader like 7 bucks. If u own a vehicle it's a must have.

Running around all day trying to get the right part. Walked in to this location and was greeted great. Got to the counter and was helped by Jenny. She got me the right part on the first try. She was very helpful and kind. This location is a little out of the way for me but, the service I got today, I believe this is going to be my go to location. Jenny is AWESOME. She won me over as a return customer. Thank you Jenny.

Went at closing time and the manager was openly counting money....when I approached him concerning a part he said very rudely we don't have it. I said how do you know if you didn't look it up. He them stated I'm counting money right now....DUH...which is a big no no for obvious reason and to put that above tending to a customer is definitely grounds for termination on so many levels..
