Yesterday at AutoZone, my experience was fantastic, thanks to Seven, Rene, and Jessica. They were incredibly fast, polite and helpful in guiding me through the available sales when I inquired about front brake pads, brake cleaner, lubricant, oil, and filters. They also informed me about discounted bundles.

Just wanted to point out an employee that was very helpful to me, i had a very long day and he was big help to me i wish i could remember his name i believe i saw Frank but not entirely sure, he wore a grey shirt other than the red shirts the other employees wear. So thankful for my experience after a long dreadful day

I changed my review from a 1 to a 5 because Des and Jessica helped me out with an ongoing customer care issue. You can tell that Des (district manager) actually cares about her stores and her customers and Jessica unfortunately got the brunt of my rage directed at the soft handed dorks that ruined my experience.

Today December 15, 2023, I had to go to get a new battery and have it installed. I was helped by Manager BRANDON. Let me just say he went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me on this raining day. He could see I needed help with the battery being installed. It was raining and he went outside and installed by battery in the raining. Thank you BRANDON for the great customer service you provided. It not only made you look great but also Auto Zone. Thank you so much again for your help. This shows there are still amazing people in this world.

"I recently visited this Autozone and I'm truly impressed with the exceptional service I received. Having been to several AutoZone stores before, I can confidently say that this one stands out. I walked in to purchase a headlight and within a minute, the store manager, Jessica, and Seven were already at my car, taking care of everything. All I had to do was swipe my credit card. This level of service is unparalleled, and it made my visit a breeze. Kudos to the team for their efficiency and dedication!"

Well first of all I want to say that autozone is a great place to come an get your auto parts and that every since the old store manger has let it seems as if everything has changed so with that being said there is this older Hispanic guy that wears a grey shirt in the morning time that when people comes in he calls them (weenie ) and he acts as if he doesn t know what he be doing I mean this shouldn t be tolerated at no time from anybody especially an employee

Stopped in for a battery check and store Manager, Jessica, went above and beyond by checking my old battery to confirm it was dead and installing a new battery. Very friendly and very fast service.

After going to some other Auto Zones where I was told they had done a hands on check and I showed up they didn t have the part . I was leaving the store on 1303 W Commerce discouraged, I made one more call and that store was on Valley Hi , he said yes they had it on hand and I headed that way . The Manager Brandon,had set it aside . Thanks a lot you re a great Manager

the elderly Hispanic gentleman in a grey shirt decided to put 3 packets of brake grease in my box and charge me for them, then told me i was getting a 10% discount on the brakes, i asked how, he said it was a promotion. I looked at the screen on the customer end and saw he had charged me for items i didnt want, or even grab. very unhappy about it.

The customer service that i received on my visit there to acquire a water pump was utterly execrable. The old man who became belligerent over some triviality should not have the privilege of having a job servicing customers. To be more precise about the quality of his performance amid our interaction, let me put it by saying that if he serviced a person, other than myself, who was having a really rough day, I could definitely see how his conduct would provoke someone into becoming violent against him.

I stopped at the AutoZone on valley hi drive for tail lights and wiper blades. Amanda the store manager was very helpful helping me find the products i needed for my truck (Ford F250 Super Duty), she even offered to help me install them even tho it was drizzling outside. My truck has a 10 in lift but she still installed the wipers and tail lights. She has great customer service and i will definitely be returning back for any future help i need with my truck. Thank you AutoZone for having awesome employees who go out of their way to help.

Exceptional customer service! This is our go-to parts store because we always get the assistance we need. As a female who often gets talked down to at auto parts stores, it s a great experience to always have friendly and respectful staff assist my family and myself. 20+years as customers and going strong!

They were a big help at this location store 1386 215 Valley Hi Dr. San Antonio Texas. District manager Roger De Luna, area sales manager Andres Ceja, sales personnel Seven O., sales Brain S. And another young man I didn't get his name. I'm here on military orders and my car battery decided to die along with my headlight. I was stuck and didn't have tools. Got a jump headed to this location. They all were courteous and helpful. I was able to be on the road within a hour without having to worry about my car not being in good operating order. Thank you for your services. They allowed me to continue on to my military duties.

My friend and I were at the Auto Zone at Valley Hi today and I would just like to say that the employees there went over and beyond to help us out today even as much as to get me a chair to sit in because I have bad knees and can t stand up very long and we would like to thank the employees for going beyond their duties of even helping out my friend with her car today

**** BUYER BEWARE****I want to start off by saying auto zone did an excellent job taking care of my problem by replacing their part under warranty despite no warranty on product.I bought a set of duralast aero wiper blades that ultimately broke off of wiper arm. This seems to be a design flaw. The bracket that connects onto the wiper arm on your vehicle is made of plastic. I would say that because of this, it is worth buying a better set of wipers.

Valley hi autozone. I would not recommend to an enemy. If you want frustration and lack of communication then go here.Went to purchase a battery man in front of me was a Spanish speaking customer. Lady employee kept okay charades with him trying to decipher what he was saying. This went on longer than it should have. Finally a store manager came up to help. He and I were the only two customers, why the Spanish speaking store manager didn't come to help I can only imagine. But he finally did after 10 mins or so. Why didn't the lady employee tell the customer, I don't speak Spanish and get the manager to help him.Then I got this genius of an employee next.The battery I went to purchase was $189. With tax and everything was $208. I inquired about the core rebate for turning in the old battery and she stated it's applied. I said the receipt shows core charge $22 then minus $22. She just started again its applied and could not articulate how it was applied. The store manager then said it's simple math. Yeah, thanks for the explanation.I got my money back and went to O'Reilly next door.There the employee explains it in a more suitable and customer friendly manner.The battery is $189 with a core rebate without the core they charge an additional $22.I bought the battery from O'Reilly for same price and got great customer service for free.Stay away from this autozone unless you hate yourself.

Darneil R. Was such a wonderful help to me. He went above and beyond helping me with my battery, installing it and testing other things making sure everything was in order before taking off. I truly appreciate Auto zones employee Darneil! Not all super hero s wear capes

Crabby, old white man was obviously having a bad day. His rude tone and uncaring demeanor has affected my high expectations of this location. I will be going next door instead where it is bright and clean not dingy and gloomy. They also have very kind and attentive associates which is the complete opposite from this dog house with angry workers ready to bite your head off.
