I ve had good experiences at different Auto Zones throughout the USA, since I travel often, but this location was a definite 5 plus! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Paul assisted me in both my purchase and install that even ran through his lunch break. Offer this young man a raise and absolutely the opportunity to be a full-time employee. Do not lose your chance to retain excellence in customer service, Auto Zone Corporate.Ask for Paul if you re going to this location. Quite knowledgeable about complicated vehicles that require TLC.

The service here by the employees was pretty dam good compared to other locations where you can tell the people just don't wanna work or hate their jobs. But this location the times I've gone have been very helpful.

I usually rate a 5 but for the second time in a row the manager with the gray hair is a jerk. I had bought a couple items o. Sept 11th and tried them a couple days later and they didn't fit. Took them back to the store, without receipt and immediately told me I couldn't exchange them without the receipt. Clearly brand new. I showed him the purchase on the app under rewards pts. So now he sees I bought them, but without receipt he has no part number to give me a refund. He couldn't find it in the computer so as I'm pulling the app up to search he makes the comment do you really think they'd put it on the app if he didn't have it in his system. Well what do ya know, it was there. He clearly didn't feel like messing with it. I just want to know if he's that miserable of a person, why does he work in retail. Other employees were great. Time for that manager to be humbled with some cleaning and scrubbing.

I had a great experience at this Auto Zone. They checked my battery, had a replacement in stock and installed the new one in about 20 minutes. It was stress free and as pleasant as getting a new battery can be.

I want to especially thank Michelle at this store. I had had a battery replaced at their Austin Highway store, which subsequently died about two weeks later. I took my car to the Blanco store because it was close to my mechanic - they not only replaced the almost-new battery, but also did a system check and confirmed that the problem was the alternator. Michelle was friendly, courteous and helpful. I appreciated her help so much. She deserves a raise!

Got a new battery here for my 2019 Mazda Cx-5 and it is double the power. It shocked the guy at Autozone when we switched the batteries but he had gloves on so it wasn t bad. Was so glad to have help, I ve never put a battery in a car newer than 2010 (They ve gotten far more complicated now).

Traveling from Tampa Florida. Got a jump and had no clue as to what was going on with my car. Google auto zone about 10 minutes from our hotel in San Antonio!!! The manager Michelle cMe to our rescue!!!! She went above and beyond sold us our bad battery and installed it!!! She was heaven sent this Sunday morning!!!! Thank you thank you thank you Michelle!

Just don't let them know you are conservative because they're racist like that. (Regional manager set things right for me) Store employees need to not let their personal animosity affect their excellent customer service. Afterall, the customer smells your stink too.

On 09/22/20 at 9 pm i tried to return an interlock solenoid at this location because the part they gave me was the incorrect part for my vehicle, a guy by the name of ryn or ryan was rude, i wasn't even greeted when i stepped in, i explained to him my situation, i was asking for store credit instead of the money back on the card because i switched to another bank and closed the bank account i had, i had my receipt and everything but he still didn't want to help out with it, didn't make any effort to help me whatsoever, even when i was given the wrong part. He lied to me saying that was not possible at all even when i knew it is because my brother works for Autozone in Dallas TX as Store Manager and he told me how it is possible. It surprised me because the guy was a gray shirt (Parts and Sales Manager) and still didn't want to provide customer service, he told me to deal with it myself calling my bank and at the end i asked for he's name and he didn't want to write it down for me, he only wrote the DM's phone number (Mr. A Jay) on the receipt and turned around. I always buy my parts at autozone, i used to even had a commercial account but this type of behaviors are the ones that make people shop somewhere else, this is the reason people shop at amazon instead, that attitude affects the business, these are though times for people already, every dollar counts. I think as customers we all deserve best in class customer service for the thousands of dollars we have spent with the company, what a shame. I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO AUTOZONE!

Ra�l was extremely helpful, came in unsure if my battery or something else electrical was malfunctioning because my car didn t start the first time around in the morning, he checked for it if it was the issue, helped me choose the correct battery and installed it all by himself in less than 10 minutes, easily the shortest it s ever taken me to get a battery replaced and the cheapest as well.Solid work from the guys at AutoZone thanks again Raul

Great customer service have followed Raul the manager from other stores to his new location always makes it very easy to get what you need. Don t have to be a mechanic they can get you what you need.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!About 2 weeks ago I bought 2 - 5 qt containers of Mobil One High Mileage motor oil. I put it in the trunk of my car and carried it around until today when I took the car to get the oil changed. While there, it was pointed out to me that one of the 5 qt containers had only 4 qts in it!?!. The top had been opened and the seal had been lifted while someone removed about a quart of oil before closing the container and putting it back on the shelf for sale.After finishing the oil change, I took the empty container back to Auto Zone, told Josie ?? what had happened and requested an additional quart of the same product. Josie listened, understood the issue, and gave me an additional quart of oil. She was courteous and reasonable in resolving the matter.I have been buying from this auto parts store for over 10 years and will continue to do so.

The staff are great and I like this store. I've seen that they are often helping customers with their cars in the parking lot.The only reason I have to limit the rating is because it's a small store and has a limited inventory .If you need parts, it's my go to store In the area.

Really nice man helped me in the store with my brake lights.... I couldn't tell what I needed to get. He came out with me to check the brake lights and got me the right bulbs....... then I went elsewhere to find someone to help me put them in

Took my battery in told me it was going to be 2 hours. Came back 2 hours later they didn't put on the battery charger. Told me to come back in 2 hours. If they were busy they should of told me to come back in four hours. I got poor excuse and a lousy "my bad".

Set my oil and washer fluid down so I could look up filter and the a worker put my stuff away smh.The catalog didn t go to the year of my car so I went to counter and worker gave me the number I went to look for it and couldn t find it then the guy at the counter said they were out.these employees are a joke and they are too slow I m ordering from rock auto from now on!

Great costumer service ! Today I had problems with my wipers, it was raining bad and had to stop because I couldn t see anything, like really anything, I stopped for a while until rain stopped a little, I found this auto zone on google and it was like 3 min away from where I was.I have two little kids as it was still raining, I call and they helped me super fast and I didn t even got out of my car. I payed over the phone and the employee came out and changed the wipers for us. Great service and really a blessing.
