I recently came into get my battery checked and knew it may need a replacement. Tyler was super helpful during this process. He changed out my battery and even showed me some things to know in the future about my vehicle. His customer service was great!! Thanks Tyler for the laughs and for showing me things about my poor Kia.

Overall a very good experience. I went to get a vehicle inspection at a repair shop up the street and failed due to a brake light that burned out. Not too familiar with cars, I went to this location and asked for a specific bulb and they provided all that I needed.They even assisted with helping me change the bulb out which honestly is not as difficult as I thought. I saw other techs helping out with charging other customers batteries, assisting with part replacement. The technician I had was very friendly and knowledgeable and will definitely be coming back here. Keep up the great work.

I have been coming to this auto zone for a while and have felt amazing customer service from every hard working employee on the closing team. The closing team is always equipped with smart and reliable employees. Until now... I came early in the day this week and the store manager Raul was not very polite. And I felt like I was not a valued customer. I don't think I will return to auto zone.

When needing a part for my vehicle, i asked for help, so would avoid having to make a second trip. A man assisted me but seem like he just didn t want to help. He gave me the model number and told me to go look for it myself.Not only did he give me the wrong number to go look for it i have to make ANOTHER trip to get the correct one. This is why i go to O Reillys instead.This auto zone on dezavala need coaching on customer service. I highly doubt I ll ever be going back

Last night I could tell the battery in my car was about to die and if I was to turn it off one more time, I would be stranded. Thankfully AutoZone has later hours and I was able to go around 8:30 PM for a battery. Ryan, Jacob and Josh were truly outstanding! Not only were they very helpful, They were very funny with great customer service! They made me feel comfortable with all my questions and I will definitely frequent this particular AutoZone in the future.

BIG THANK YOU TO CHRISTIAN! I came in needing a battery check/replacement and he was very quick and efficient. As a woman, sometimes it can be intimidating coming into car shops. I ve had experiences where I ve been belittled for not knowing certain things about my car and Christian was the exact opposite! He was super helpful and made my experience very comfortable and easy. Will definitely be returning!

Justin was very helpful in assisting me purchase the right battery for my Honda, the wrong battery was purchase originally but he processed the return soo smoothly everything took less than 5 minutes! Justin was super kind an patient when I was frazzled and annoyed with my vehicle. 10/10 definitely needs a raise!

Bought a battery (Duralast Gold), and wanted to get it installed. Unfortunately during the install, my terminal clamp broke due to corrosion. The store manager that day Ryan immediately came to save the day and performed a job that was certainly $300-400+ at a dealership, at no charge. Drove away an hour later with the car fresh and happy as can be. Great service here, I highly recommend this Autozone.

Huge shout out to Kristie(sp?) for helping me this morning with a new battery..I had to get a jump earlier in the morning and she showed me that indeed my battery was on its last leg she had me wait indoors since it was cold..she quickly rang me up, battery was installed and I was on my way in no time thank you so much!

Check engine light was on so came by for free test. Justin came out and ran test and results were misfiring in cylinder 3. Ricardo went above and beyond and replaced two spark plugs for me. Much Gratitude to these fellas and the store.

Tyler M and his crew are awesome. I've lived just down the road for years, and from truck batteries, to A/C recharge, to O2 sensors - I have consistently received excellent advice and service from this location. Like most others (I assume), I have minimal at best knowledge over my vehicle and how to service it. My check engine light came on one day, so I brought it up to this location and used the engine fault code reader. Tyler was specifically the one who helped me out. I asked what the spectrum of my options were once I brought the reader back to him. He was very personable and was able to break it down for me to easily understand (with some much appreciated comedy involved lol). I ended up saving several hundred dollars with a product Tyler recommended instead of my original plan to take my truck into a repair center due to not knowing much about all this stuff. Will continue to use this AutoZone and recommend it to others as well. 6/5 stars

My engine light pop up..being Sunday my. Mechanic shop was closed. Needed some idea why light turn..they ran the dx for me ..no charge..minor issue with gas vapor switch..They were extremely courteous and the dx service free. Will return if I need any car parts..

Horrible and rude! Actually made me cry. I've never been treated so badly. I needed a battery and I was there an hour and half waiting. The guy didn't know how to use the machine to Check my battery. So rude! Not my fault he had to work today. Then he just leaves me and started taking other customers. I waited my turn. I told him something and he went off on me in front of other customers! Finally this elderly man came back from lunch and checked my battery, informed me that I needed a new one. Helped me. I was so happy to leave. I would not recommend this auto zone to anyone! I'll be back to talk to the manager after Christmas.

The store manager today had an attitude with me because I wanted to return bulb grease that I didn't use and was upsold to me the day prior. He asked in such a rude tone, "You really want to return a $1.99 product?!" I was taken back by his harshness and responded, "Yes, every penny counts, and I didn't need nor use it."I'll start shopping at the O'Reilly store down the road from now on since they're a lot nicer over there.

5 Stars!! I show up shortly before closing and walk up to the door and a guy is standing there with a name tag on. Christian M. Parts Sales Manager. I ask him if he could watch my tail light when I press the brake so I know what I need to replace. Not only does he help me figure out which bulbs were out (there were 2) but he went in and got them and installed them for me ... no extra charge! Great Service and very nice person. Thanks Christian!!

We had the most amazing experience with this location. It was a Sunday and my battery was dead. Called triple A and they gave me a boost. My husband called the store to see if they had a battery for my car. They did and not only were they friendly but they also had a Mobil tech to install it once we made it to the store. We didn t have to wait either and it was the absolute best service we have ever had. We will not forget this. I d highly recommend them for any of your vehicle needs.

I have been in to this store several times and always received excellent service. Today, Ryan was outstanding. The battery I bought there 2 years ago was leaking and he looked up the warranty and told me I was able to get a replacement. I chose to get the next higher level battery and pay the difference. He installed it and explained the new warranty. I love this store; employee's are honest, and knowledgeable. I trust them recommend this store to all my friends.
