I had a great experience at AutoZone auto parts last week. I had a problem with my headlights that were recently replaced at another shop. They were not working properly and I was worried about driving at night. I went to AutoZone and they quickly found the product I needed for my car. They also came out to help me install it. We ran into some trouble fixing the headlights, but they did not give up. They got more experts, watched a video and then fixed it. They did all this on a holiday, when other places would have charged me more money and time (other places were not even ready to take my car in). The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they did it with a smile and no expectations. They were courteous towards everyone who came to the store. I highly recommend AutoZone for their excellent service and products. They really saved my day!

Stopped in couple weeks ago suspecting a bad battery. Was assisted by Craig. He was super ! Suggested options and items without being pushy. Kindly installed the battery on the spot and did a great job. More than satisfied customer !

I bought a new 2024 Maverick and went to the Austin Hwy Autozone to get some new items for my truck. I was so excited and Shauna could see how excited I was and went the extra mile to help me find all the items I was looking for and needed. I want to especially thank Eric at this store - my battery died so I brought it back here, where I had bought it. I expected to have to pay something for replacement because I didn't know if the battery was still under warranty. Eric not only gave me a new battery at no cost, but also installed it. I have always had great service at this store. Their employees all deserve raises!

Worst customer service EVER!! I bought a trailer hub assembly from them a few months ago. Within the same week I bought the same part from O'Reilly Auto parts. Bearings went out so I took it today for a warranty exchange. Turns out AutoZone does NOT offer warranty on trailer hub assemblies. O'Reilly has a 1 year warranty on the same part. O'Reilly's told me if their hub assembly goes out that they would be HAPPY to exchange it, no problem. The employee at AutoZone looked at me like I was crazy. The manager came to see what was going on, only to find out she too thought I was crazy.. stay away from this place, they are absolutely NO help.

No matter who s working, no matter when we go in there, we get excellent service. Always very friendly, always very helpful. The employees are not only respectful of customers, but of each other. The cleanliness of the store and professional appearance of employees shows what pride they take in their work. Highly recommended.

If you are a female stay away from this auto zone. They are not helpful in any way. And if you are needing help, it's funny to them. They refuse to take your phone number for points or to check points if your purchase is less then $20. I'm sure I had enough points for free stuff or even a discount. But she refused to put in my phone number because the purchase was only $23 after taxes .....(For a plain black license plate frame that only had one the pack.) Stay away ladies. Go to Advanced Auto parts right down the street. They know customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

The young man named Paul at this location is a fantastic employee and should be recognized by management. He was back-and-forth between the registers and helping customers out front with batteries and code reading. He was able to swap our battery and get us back on the road for a family trip in no time, the whole time with a smile on his face, polite and informative.Great job

Paul L. was a great help in locating the right battery for my car, a Fiat. He was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and patient in answering questions. I would recommend this shop just for the professionalism there but will add that the store was well-stocked and clean with convenient hours.

Absolutely exceptional service. The AutoZone team was knowledgeable, efficient and installed a great product for us quickly. We entered the Zone with a bad battery and left with a solid one, including a great warranty, in less than 20 minutes. Thanks again, we will DEFINITELY be coming back exclusively to this AutoZone.

I went in to buy a battery for my truck. The manager was at the counter doing sales. I asked him and let him know I needed a battery and gave him my year and model. I told him I want the econocraft battery that s $90. He showed me the two most expensive battery s and told me that s All that they sold. He then told me that battery prices have went up since I bought my old battery and that I had no choice to buy the $280 battery. After going back and forth he finally showed me a battery for $180, since my truck wouldn t start I ended up buying it because he made me believe that s all he had. I went in to drop off my core and decided to look for myself in the website, sure enough the $90 battery I wanted was still listed and when I checked the shelf it was still in stock. Which pi$$ed me off so I showed him, and his response was those battery s don t really work It s NOT his business what battery I want to put in MY truck. And it s embarrassing that I ve been a mechanic for over 15 years working in Porsches and Ferraris and I got had by some guy at auto-zone. I ve been a customer at auto-zone for many years, and with a commercial account that I ve spent well over $250K at. But after this to be honest I m just going to continue to go to oreillys next door instead.

I went here not long ago to get my car battery possibly changed. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and helped my boyfriend and I figure out our options. I ended up get the battery replaced and they did it for me right on the spot :) will be coming back again for future car issues need be!

Johnny went past above and beyond helping me today! I was having trouble replacing my battery terminal post clamp and he came to my rescue. Excellent service, but that experience of service is a reflected of their owners which they are charging too expensive auto parts being that they are "helping" to the people to get affordable auto parts. I already know that business are business but they are taking advantage of average people to sell their auto parts too expensive. I know that there are junk cars lots to get them "cheap" but no guarantee like them. The guarantee comes from maker which is greedy as well. Thank you

I went there to have the blinkers of my car replaced . The staff over there is super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond because I had a pair of bulbs that I didn't notice that needed replacement and they helped me by letting me know and they even helped me to replace them. I highly recommend this place whenever you need something for your car.

I choose AutoZone over Advance auto parts and Oreilly s because the customer service is phenomenal. Anthony and his team are great in this location. Anthony helped me save money and gave me honest, legitimate recommendations for my truck.To add, I forgot my credit card at this location and it could have easily turned into a disaster, but the staff recovered it and kept it safe for me until I was able to pick it up. Thank you again! I would definitely recommend this location and will return for future automotive needs. Keep up the strong work
